One of the best Primark! Beautiful Home & decor section. They’ve got stuff for kids of all ages. Bought a lot of clothes for my newborn. You can get everything like makeup, jewellery, clothes etc. Perfect location too!

Absolutely shocking customer service. Asked for a jumper in the size that was shown on the mannequin. All staff said they would ask a manager to get this down, as they weren’t allowed. Manager told staff to tell me that she couldn’t be bothered and to return tomorrow when another manager is present. Absolutely terrible experience.

I can see why young people come here for their clothes, as the prices are very low. However, you definitely get what you pay for, and the quality of the clothes is quite low. It's not my first choice for shopping, as I prefer better quality items, but if you're on a tight budget, it could be worth a visit. Just keep in mind that the tills tend to get very busy during rush hours.

One of the best I have visited, very clean, got what I needed, would definitely come back, lots of stitch items, from night wear to stationary. Comes with two floors, lift really easy and quick as was the check out. Lots of choice and prices reasonable also

Loads of bargains in Primani like mens denim shorts £10 or a blue & gray men zip rain jacket £15.. I tried on 9 items was going to buy three but had to budget myself to one item a knicks basket ball long sleave top £14.

Probably the nicest Primark I've been in. Very well lit, with good air conditioning. The shop was more spacious than average Primark stores with plenty of room for a pram between racks.

This primary store has lots of variety available from women mens children wear from jewellery to artificial nails cosmetic you name it this store provides it. Beautifully set up not to jam packed easy to locate what you want and are looking for. Me and my children really enjoyed browsing through this store and buying our fake nails which by the way they have an amazing varity of Iv tried the nails and they are amazing they are glue on come with a number of nails so can use on different occasions also you can buy them at a great price which is an extra bonus 👌😃

Its fine, they always seem a bit(being kind) slow on the tills. Watched them while u wait n some seem like they are heavily sedated or in super slow motion mode. Its not busy enough to have such queues build up. Stuff in window display twice now they dont have in the store. Its ok, pretty big, not too busy. It's not dirty or messy, quite large

This store is vast. Over 2 floors? Household items plus lots of clothes etc for sale. Prices extremely low ( which is wonderful for the wallet !). Do visit, even if it's for a ' look around '.

One of the best located Primark’s in the Northwest Positioned inside the Trafford Centre all in the newly refurbished Barton Wing. A massive store and well worth a visit.

I normally hate Primary. Normally it's stupidly busy and the walking areas are tiny as they try to cram in as many items as possible. This store however is vast with lots of space and room, doesn't feel cramped or restricting in any way

My wife loves it here looking at all the clothes I managed to have a cheeky 8 pints whilst waiting for her it takes away the pain of the bill and carrying all the bags better, so many bargains and the whole shop was cheaper than some jackets a few doors up. Keep up the bargains Primark your doing a great job.

Very big store with lots of products for everyone. My only criticism is the speed some of the till staff work at. After visiting multiple times, the staff on the checkouts are more interested in talking to each other than providing good customer service or speed.

I absolutely loved the statues and fountain. Was brilliant! The primary was filled to the brim with loads and loads of people and long queues! I wonder of its because it was a holiday or that's how things are there. Lots ans lots of variety in the Primark. I loved the mall and the statues.

I love Primark but very disappointed in the lack of organisation. Clothes are thrown wherever and usually don’t have a lot in stock. When I asked a staff member for help of where something was her response was “They will be in the women section” with no help. When it came to the till which was on another occasion, it came to a total of £36. I clearly said I wanted to pay £30 in cash and £6 on card. The guy on the till took £30, but my card kept declining so he got the manager to help. I clearly said again £30 in cash which I gave him and £6 on debit. He said “Sorry, I thought you said £13 in cash the rest on card. Clearly not paying attention when I handed over £30! I’m thankful that he apologised but it doesn’t change the fact I could have gave them a lot more money than needed and that I was at the til for 20 minutes just because he wasn’t listening to me!

One always pops into Primarni for ones socks and undies, the smell of the common people is delightful. I think the security guards were picked up from the closure of Ethel Austins.......delightful!

Well stocked large store with great choice of affordable clothing for adults and children, homewares, footwear and so much more. Free parking and easily accessible store. Worth a visit to buy affordable items.

I am amazed how tidy the staff keep this store a lot cleaner than the one in town centre. A huge range of women's clothes downstairs. Mens, baby, girls and boys upstairs. Very spacious.

Very strange staff in this store. As soon as we entered, the security guard said that card payments were not accepted, we went to withdraw cash. Then we returned to buy things and when we went to pay we saw 2 queues. One led to payment by card, but the employee kept asking, stupidly, do we want to pay by card or Apple Pay. It turns out you can use a card, and at the same time the staff encouraged you to pay in cash. I recommend conducting an investigation and finding out what's going on there.

Well laid out shop. So much better than Manchester and Stockpot. Great little cafe with good prices. Free parking

Great size. There was a tannoy saying they were having card payment issues so we expected a delay. However they should have said "cash only" would have been much easier to deal with!

This place is amazing, it's such a large primary and I think it has more variety than some of the other stores. Great day out

Excellent choice of good quality clothes at very affordable prices. Especially the variety of clothes for toddlers and young children are is very good. This store in particular is very large and has a wide variety of products. The staff are also very nice and helpful.

Love this store, but for goodness sake get small drag trolley baskets. l had to stop shopping as l could not physically carry anymore in my basket. I wanted to buy so much more but couldn't carry a second basket for mens wear. Missing a trick management. 😂❤️

Went to Primark at Barton Square few days ago,looking for cushions- great choice & prices. Spoke to a lovely lady Gaynor, she was so pleasant & helpful even tho she had finished work. Also spoke to Scott,again both of them are Customer Service @ it's VERY best

First visit to this store and I was pleasantly surprised at the space to move around. Plenty of staff available to answer queries and they were friendly, helpful and polite. The store was easy to navigate and there were no queues in the changing rooms, the rooms were clean as was the store.

Never knew this store existed at the Trafford, so for a 1st time visit it was enjoyable especially for my cousin from overseas. Nice to see Primark at its fullest of products...I know I didn't get to see everything they had but would go again. Think its normal to have big queues for paying but the wait wasn't long.

This is possibly one of the largest stores I have seen. Over 2 floors. I have never entered the store myself, but looking at the amount of people that coming out, it is extremely busy. The best place to park would be Barton Square side of the Trafford Centre, close the Event City.

Excellent shopping choice. God prices and the quality of the clothes are good and last long. The 3 pack kids pjs is well worth it and good quality The store is quite untidy with clothes strewn all over and mixed sizes. The staff work hard to try to organize the strewn clothes that customers very rudely throw around. Friendly staff Check your items nicely. They have a wide variety of candles.

Best primary I have ever been to! It has everything! Well stocked and well presented. Changing area is amazing, they let me use it to change after the baby threw up on me! So grateful! Customer service is so on point!

Bright, airy store with helpful staff. Quite disappointed in the limited range in store given that it's quite big. I was unable to get some of the basic items that I can buy without issue from either of the other stores in the area, even though one of them is considerably smaller

Excellent primark and less busy than city centre! Staff were good but the tills could have been manned more. The store itself is quite large and has a decent range of clothing. There is a coffee shop and a nail/pedicure salon.

Helpful customer service, might need of a larger range of sunglasses and caps.
