Was a little late when we arrived to Store at Trafford Centre Manchester on Saturday, however the staff were as helpful as if the store had just opened, no rush to get me out of the store at all, i explained that the Lacoste shirt I was wearing was purchased from the USA but the assistant still found me the perfect match and it fitted perfectly. Thank you so much for the excellent service and experience, will definitely return when I’m back in Manchester 👍🏻👍🏻

Nice shop with helpful friendly staff everyone I have spoken to has always been helpful. This might be due to the fact the clothing is very expensive however it does sell nice t-shirts and polo shirts which fit very well. Shame the last 2 times I have gone they have been out of stock of the size I wanted.

Lacoste Trafford Centre has become one of my favourite places to buy clothes. A particular mention and thanks for a gem; Tim who gives outstanding customer service. He's friendly, personable, knows his products well and gives excellent advice. I hope the head office sees this review! Also, Gabby and Ivan are nice people too, friendly and easy to chat which makes shopping a nice experience. No problem with the staff who were friendly and helpful. I bought two identical polo shirts in different colours - same style, same size, same fit apparently. When I got them home there was a significant difference in size - one is at least an inch longer than the other as well and being bigger in all directions. I contacted Lacoste customer services who didn't want to know despite this being appalling quality control from the brand. They just sent me back to the store but that is a significant distance away and will cost me time and petrol. And they wonder why the high street is dying...

I don’t do a lot of reviews, only when they are worth it, I have been to Trafford Centre Lacoste shop today , to return a couple of item I mistakenly bought on line ( my own fault ) I was seen by Christian, I could not speak more highly of him, he sorted out my returns straight away and then went out of his way to find me the items I should of ordered in the first place , even 1 item I didn’t think I would like, but he was spot on about the fit and the style . THANKYOU so much Christian- you are a credit the company .
