Despite the name it has nothing to do with prince rupert it is in fact a gaol but it is in Everton park where I take my dog for a walk and there are some great views across the city from here

I came here to take some pictures of the S class and record a short video to help my friends do a video edit for a project they are working on. The site was really very nice with beautiful views of the city. The weather wasn't as nice as we expected it to be, so we didn't spend as much time we would have liked to as it was getting cold and started to rain. I'm sure on a nice sunny day you can have a nice walk or a picnic on top of the hill where the views are amazing.

Situated in Everton park , would of been as holding cell at rupert's cottage , facing what would of been the old toffee factory its situated in a nice park with brilliant views overlooking the city and wallasy on a good day, only thing that drags the park down is whitechapel drug users congregating where their once stood a old water fountain,

I am a bit biased, as this is my teams emblem but, I wish the council would cut the surrounding grass. I know it is part of the council's contribution to climate change but, it looks absolutely scruffy. People are staying away, what's the use of going to a park if there is no grass to sit or play on. This is just my opinion.

It's just a monument' I like to visit from time to time for sentimental reasons' I used to play around there as a kid growing up' I believe Prince Rupert was held prisoner there during the time Cromwell and his army where running around around witch hunting and killing catholics during the time of King William of orange which let to the battle of the boyne 1690.

Great views from up here. After the stadium tour yesterday it seemed the ideal place to continue our Liverpool tour!

Great little landmark. Itโ€™s the tower used on the Everton FC crest. Have it tattooed on me as well.
