The coffee shop greatly located at the heart of the Cheadle village on the side of the main road, great services and good quality of food and beverages; Car parking available at the back of both sides of the main road with mobile payments.

Great place to catch up over a coffee and cake staff very friendly and accommodating tables cleared constantly and area always kept wiped down. The toilets were also equally as clean and tidy.

Usual Costa coffee experience. Friendly and helpful staff, and clean throughout.

We have been going to Costa Cheadle for 2 years and always had a good experience and fantastic customer service. Very clean and spacious. The staff are very friendly, polite and accommodating. Despite how busy the place is, David is fast when serving customers and always smiling with customers, going round and making sure customers got what they want, and if they need more drinks. Thanks for making us feel welcome every time we visit. All the best

From many Costa Coffee places I have visited few have made such a lovely impression than this one. Cleanliness, service and quality are there in abundance. I looked around for a worthy plaque for award in service to customer but amazed that none around.....Costa you have to send them a worthy notice. No staff names as all were first class and so welcoming. I tip my hat ( ok Cap) to you all xxxx

Am sick of paying to stay in with my coffee only to be presented with a paper cup. Could have paid fir take away. I hate paper cups. So understaffed it's ridiculous. Rubbish

Called in for a quiet hot chocolate with my sister,and never again. The noise was ridculous.I'm sure that the girl behind the counter was the saucer-stacker world champion at noise making.This plus very loud and vocal staff,the (expected) sound of the steam machine made it one of the most anti-social places I have been.The 'hot' chocolate wasn't hot,there was hardly any taste to it,and at a ludicrous £3.40 each.Not for me thanks,I'll stay well away.Paracetamols should be on the saucer of every drink serving.

Popped in here whilst picking a car up in the local dealership. Staff were very friendly, coffee was great and just a really nice atmosphere. One member even gave my son some free marshmallows that he spotted in a jar.
