What can i say Jonathan at Greenwoods Jewellers was wonderful all the way through the process of picking the perfect engagement ring for my fiancee , he made several personal appointments for me so we could choose the right ring and gave me so much of his time and offered me a price hard to beat my any standard . I 100% am delighted with Greenwoods Jewellers and the quality of the ring. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a personal and high end experience when choosing the right jewellery or timepiece. We will use him again for our wedding rings and he even offered free alterations afterwards. As good as the very high end jewellers such as tiffany-boodles with a better price ! We were looking for an experienced jeweller to repair a bracelet and spotted the most stunning and unique diamond wedding ring in the shop window. We had been looking for a ring for years this was perfect. The repair was done, the fitting for the ring was free and a comprehensive valuation. But the best part is Jonathan gives excellent service, is a fantastic jeweller and a throughly nice bloke.

When my wife had to have a ring that was very special to her cut from her finger last year I'd spent months talking with various jewellers local to us in Wales about having a pendant made from the stones etc. but none were able to offer a professional service or the creative vision that I had been hoping for. So, despite having moved to Wales a few years ago I thought I should contact Johnathon who had been brilliant when I used him for a bracelet back in 2019. Johnathon immediately sent me his ideas and asked me to pop in anytime. I drove back to Hale & within a week Johnathon had created a stunning pendant for us. Let's just say its probably the first time my wife has been rendered speechless for a very long time!
