Absolutely abysmal customer service. My advice would be to steer clear of this shop unless you are happy being treated like a nuisance. Made two visits and was attempting to buy an item than needed ordering. After leaving our number we heard nothing so telephoned and was told it might be better to order it online as "nothing had been done". If the shop doesn't need custom then fair enough but treating a customer with respect should be a basic requirement in business and speaking politely is a basic human requirement. Have never witnessed such appalling attitude in a privately run small business.

Elegantly presented store filled with unique ceramics, cushions, quirky cards, colourful candles, contemporary jewellery and much more, all curated beautifully by the owner Kate. She has exceptional taste and you can only imagine the home she has herself judging by her alluring window displays! A firm favourite of mine and many other locals of Altrincham.

Shocking customer service. Really rude and abrupt - refused to give me two separate (paper) gift bags for the two candles I had bought as presents. And then on a second visit I was made to feel like a total inconvenience again when I simply asked if they had any more of a particular thing. I would avoid.

A beautiful shop with lots of gorgeous home pieces, I love the scented candles, they smell amazing! They are beautifully wrapped and make the perfect gift, they are my go-to for presents and people always love them. Lovely cards to go with them too.
