Nice staff and nice items. I work and shop there a lot.

My wife loves this place, and she does buy some nice stuff here. Staff don't mither, so that's a big plus.

Quite a small shop with not that much stock. Much prefer the Trafford Center one!

I pop in there to browse and generally look at the sales rack. I like Accessorize jewellery (premium ranges) and Monsoon clothes but they're so pricey. I only buy things in the sales. I don't like the layout of the store much, especially in the sales. It can be a bit like a posher jumble sale / boutique charity shop and gives me a headache looking through the racks, of which some are too high up and your arms ache trying to look!! I tend to give up and leave.

Lovely accessories, always something nice.

Used to love the variety and boho styles but have lost a bit of pazaz for me and some of the nice items in the shop window weren't in stock to buy.

The shop is a good size and it was sales time. It was easy to move around the shop and find clothing/accessories for all tastes. Unfortunately their dresses, skirts and trousers are too long for me (5' tall) but the quality of their ranges is very good and on trend. I was specifically looking for snap hair slides which I was struggling to find elsewhere. They had a small selection, reasonably priced up to £12.00. Shop assistants were unobtrusive but happy to help when asked, friendly too.

Children's coats are lovely but come up very small. Granddaughter tried one 12/13 age and no growing room, she's just 10!

There was a good sale on some items.Not sure how many shop assistants they have,but there was one behind the till and rest of them on the right side (4?) having a good laugh.The one who served me (dark hair, between 20-29)was not too engaged. Very cold. just asked if I wanted a bag. Then off we go to a circle of friends to have s debate.If I did it in my work?I am fired.

(Accessorize) Lovely products; jewellery is somewhat pricey, but good for little treats; bags are nice, but there is limited variety within the store, so for a wider range of products the website is needed.

Went into Monsoon in the worst time ever, it was packed. Staff were still lovely and helpful
