Fabulous service, even before stepping through the door. Georgie was so helpful in getting my consultation sorted and booking my appointments over email. Emma was fantastic and put me right at ease and really looked after me during treatment. Everyone I came into contact with at the clinic was so polite. Dr Ahmed has never failed to deliver. Recently a friend suggested I try elsewhere as it was much nearer to me and was slightly less money. I made the mistake of doing this and regretted it immediately. I like a natural look and left with a very shiny and hard to move forehead. I have now returned to Dr A and confessed to this! I realise that there is a definite art to this and Dr A knows exactly what he is doing. He listens and makes sure the client gets exactly what they want. Incredibly professional man who I would highly recommend.

Having been a client of Bank Medispa consistently since it first opened I can confidently say that they are the best at what they do. From the moment you walk through the door, every member of staff is kind and welcoming, the clinic is stunning, service impeccable and they always run on time. Nichola has significantly improved my skin with her treatments (best hydrafacial I’ve had) and skincare recommendations and she never fails in making every visit relaxing and enjoyable. Dr A is without doubt the best aesthetic doctor I’ve seen (and I’ve been to many well known and award winning practitioners). He is truly the only doctor I’ve met who really understands what his clients want and need and how to deliver that in a natural yet effective way. He is patient and takes the time to understand your areas of concern and what look you’re hoping to achieve, and every time he delivers the perfect result. Most importantly in my opinion, you can tell that he genuinely cares about his patients and delivering a great service, his focus is on patient experience, not profit, which is rare. I have done Morpheus 8 and CO2 cool laser and they have massively improved my skin, I’m very impressed with the results and I highly recommend them. Iv been getting Botox for years now however this was my first visit to the medispa…it is the only place I will use from now on! The spa is beautiful, the staff are all genuinely kind, friendly and professional and Dr Ahmed did my Botox exactly as I wanted it. He’s allowed full movement of my eyebrows, whilst freezing everywhere else that I wanted. Iv requested this in the past, however no one has done it anywhere near as well as this time, The Botox even started kicking in the next day! I’m so happy with my treatment and so glad I chose to visit here. 10/10 recommend.

I had Botox done for the first time to try and help manage the severity and frequency of my migraines. I was super nervous, didn’t know what to expect but I can honestly say it was a really relaxing and pain free treatment and Dr A was so kind and reassuring for a first timer like myself. I’m only 1 day on so cannot say if it has worked yet and will have to wait a few weeks to see the aesthetic effect, but if the Botox has the desired effect on my migraines, I will not hesitate to make this a routine treatment as and when needed. Amazing experience with Bank Medispa for laser hair removal and laser facial treatment. The procedure is comfortable and relaxing. The staff is trained to the highest standard. Explains and answers every questions you ask. You can see first results of closed veins straight after the treatment. Would highly recommend it. And the most amazing and relaxing shoulder and back massage during the facial treatment is the cherry on the top! Keep an eye on the amazing treatments they have on Instagram! Having moved to Manchester from London, I was on the look out for a new aesthetics clinic. There are a fair few to choose from in Manchester but with Bank Medispa literally on my doorstep, and the many glowing reviews, I decided to book an appointment with Dr A and I'm so glad I did. The experience from start to finish was amazing - Dr A took his time to find out exactly what I wanted and offered his recommendation with absolutely no pressure to commit on the day. I decided to go ahead with lip filler on the day and felt super at ease with Dr A. His knowledge is second to none and he really understood that I wanted a more natural look. I have had lip filler before from other places and can safely say the consult at Bank Medispa was one of the longest and most comprehensive I've had. The results have also been amazing - my lips look bigger and fuller, but still super natural which was exactly what I wanted. I have had minimal swelling and am really happy with how they are looking so far. Georgie on reception is also amazing and super attentive, plus the clinic was beautiful and spotless - can't ask for much more! I have already booked in for my next appointment and recommended Dr A to a number of my girlfriends (who have also booked in!). Definitely recommend!

Dr. Ahmed is a truly amazing doctor with great professional skills and ethics. His filler injections are the best that I ever received.
