Extremely professional but friendly and great with nervous patients. The reception staff are so personable and immediately put you at ease. Aftercare is exceptional and I now have beautiful teeth including 6 implants along with cosmetic dental work. They are just fab! Don’t even think about going anywhere else.

I found Hale Dental to a very Professional practice and the premises are very clean. The practice has all the latest equipment and experience which meant that they were able to deal with all my dental needs. The staff were also both very efficient and polite. My dentist recommended Richard Brookshaw for my implant surgery. I found him to be exceptional in his manner; in his clear explanation of the surgery which went very smoothly and I experienced no discomfort at all. The resultant look of the healed area is excellent. His post-op explanation of care was also very good and together with the post-op advice sheet, easy to understand and to carry out. I therefore would have no hesitation in recommending both the Hale Clinic, where all the staff were extremely helpful and kind, as well as Richard who is obviously a very experienced practitioner, with an exceptional reputation and who also comes across as an extremely nice and caring person!

As someone aged 70 years old, I had reached a point in my life where the gaps in my mouth were causing eating issues. So I decided that implants were the way to go. I did a great deal of research and discovered by a variety of means that Richard and his team were the “best in the business”. Because this was my first experience of having implants, I was naturally a little apprehensive at the start. However, the whole process has been straightforward and uncomplicated. My local Dentist recommended I consult Richard and the Team at Hale Dental & Implant Clinic regarding issues I was having with an old implant. Despite being officially closed over the Christmas / New Year period, Richard reviewed X-rays and photos of my teeth and arranged to see me at the earliest opportunity. I subsequently received treatment that was simply first class in all aspects and have no hesitation is recommending to others.

Arrived in plenty of time, welcomed from friendly reception and offered drinks. Dr. Rahim came to reception and welcomed my wife and myself. Completed a 2hrs 15miins implant operation. Every part of my operation was painless, the only very minor complain was the necessary use of a mouth guard for length of time which caused a laugh afterwards. Having completed my operation, to my surprise my OWN dentist was in reception with his lovely wife for treatment, which in my experience says it all. I started dental implant, my experience was really positive, very professional and kind staff, high level of experience and preparation. Although not related to medical performance very cozy and nice studio, helps to make the patient feel comfortable.

Once I had made my decision to have a large tooth from the back of my mouth removed (after speaking to 2 consultants at the practice to get all the options clear in my mind), my appointment was quickly made and even though I was quite nervous Richard was so kind and patient with me. It was quite a difficult extraction(but absolutely no pain) and I expected to be sore and swollen the next day - but to my surprise all was fine. I can highly recommend Hale Dental and especially Richard.

I went to Hale based on a recommendation, to have Invisalign treatment. For over 40 years I had horrendously crooked teeth with one front tooth pointing backwards at a sharp angle. From the point of initial consultation and contact Megan, Sophie and the team have been outstanding. The treatment was fully explained, every step of the way. Each session has been done in minutes and no question is too much. I always get a great explanation of what each session will do. I’m now nearing the end and starting to whiten whilst using the final finishing aligners. My teeth? I’m absolutely delighted and I’m not finished yet.

I am known for my brutal honesty. So this testament is truthful. I have an all in four surgical procedure. It's an expensive outlay but worth the years of saving as it's long lasting . It's not for the faint-hearted. This after many failed surgeries from previous dentists. I was looking for the hollywood smile. Richard Brookshaw and his team were amazing. The actual surgery took a while 9 teeth and roots extracted, 4 implants, and a temporary hollywood smile. I felt terrible on day two and stupidly went to work on day three and timeout halfway through the day. You need to rest after this surgery. I became allergic to the mouthwash I was using, which flared up my tonsils so reverted to salt water rinsing and did some major resting. Richard and Louise called me to check in on my progress. Took some heavy pain meds to help with tonsils and swelling, but by day 5, I was feeling a big improvement. The fitting and care taken by Richard was nothing short of outstanding. The team is friendly, caring, and approachable. I am still working on the fitment as tweaks are going to happen. Having a complete denture fitted in takes some getting used to. The overall experience is a positive one, and i can only recommend ✨️ Richard and his caring team.

I was initially nervous about dentistry in general but being a patient here has changed everything for me. From my first consultation to now, the team have been nothing but welcoming and so friendly! Any emails or worries are attended to swiftly by Megan, and I've never had an issue. All of my filling procedures have gone smoothly and was always made comfortable throughout the process, I've started Invisalign treatment with Sophie, who is so kind and reassuring, and I am so excited by the progress I'm seeing already! I have been going to Hale Dental for a while now. They are very professional and gentle. I can safely say that they are the first dentist that listens. They don't offer you treatment that you don't need. All the options are clearly explained to you and everyone is very careful and gently through the treatment to put you at ease. I can't say that I love going to the dentist but I do love Hale Dental.

I have a phobia of the dentist after previous bad experiences. Dentist Sophie is amazing. I wouldn’t see anyone else. She now looks after my little boys teeth too and is great with him. The hygienist is brilliant too, talked to me step by step about what was happening and what I could do better to keep my teeth healthy. All the staff at Hale are really friendly and welcoming. The ladies on the desk are always really kind to my little boy. Thanks to everyone and we look forward to our next visit.

I had reached 61 years of age and never had my teeth received the priority they required. Work, children and wider family had always come first. As a result I presented Jonathan Crockett with quite a mess to fix which he and his assistants then set about methodically. It required lots of new and replacement crowns, one extraction and an implant. And now I have no discomfort and a nice white smile. I happily recommend Jonathan Crockett both for his expertise and gentle good humour. And let's not forget Diane Hunter, the dental hygienist, who is wonderful beyond measure.

Absolutely fantastic. To start with, I'm afraid of dentists; an unpleasant experience made me very wary of them from quite a young age. So when I found out I needed a filling I was... less than pleased. Went in yesterday to have that done and just cannot speak highly enough. They made me feel very calm (and welcome, not exactly a universal in the time-constrained world of healthcare), did a brilliant job numbing everything so I couldn't feel a thing aside from the odd vibration in my jaw. I got to settle in and watch a good chunk of Skyfall on the ceiling-mounted telly. Despite being warned that my face might ache a lot afterwards, I actually felt fine when the numbness wore off, and I'm very pleased with my filling - you'd hardly know where it was if you weren't looking for it and it was quite a big one. Overall, very very highly recommended from someone who really doesn't like going to the dentist.

I loved to this practice to find a more comfortable relationship. Yes, I needed someone to listen and care for my needs. Its not really about the price because the cost did not differ that much, its about being real and offering a comfortable solution. Looking after my needs and helping me find a permanent solution for my teeth, smile and most important my care. My journey has just begun but I am hopeful having met the staff involved I will be cared for properly. I will post again with results after my surgery that has been booked.

I’m so relaxed at Hale Dental. They make you feel so comfortable and welcome you arrive. The dentist is very through and goes through everything with you. And the Hygienist is Devine. So friendly and my teeth feel lovely and clean. I’m not normally relaxed when I go to the dentist. But I honestly feel fine when I’m there.
