Wish I could rate Dr Rad 10 stars!! Dr Rad is clearly a highly qualified, talented top class dentist. After a couple of very old crowns came out, and others looking vulnerable we decided together my treatment plan was for four inplants on the top and composite bonding on the bottom giving me a result that I could not be happier with. Customer service is second to none, super modern equipment and stylish surgery, and competitive fair pricing means I am delighted to highly recommend her services.

Quite simply brilliant. Dr Rad has given me my smile back! This is the finest dentist I have visited, she spent time to understand my situation doing a thorough assessment before setting a treatment plan. Her dentistry skills are beyond reproach, she discussed the options carefully explaining her recomendations. Very very highly recomended.

An excellent new patient experience - easy to book online and complete my Medical History before I arrived (so no messing around in reception with clipboard and pen). Very nice friendly greeting by both the receptionist and nurse - happy to indulge my nervous chat. A great experience with Persheng - she is lovely and knows her stuff - oral cancer check, charting each of my teeth, x-rays and a full scan of my mouth, which means I don't have to suffer that horrible impression material that old-fashioned dentists still use. My first dental visit in 18 months (I've been a bad patient) and she warned me that my first hygiene visit will need a lot of work - but didn't shout at me. Happy throughout and I'm looking forward to becoming a regular patient. Equally happy with the excellent hygiene treatment I am receiving from Megan - my perio isn't great and she is educating as well as assisting.

I first visited in January 2022, I'm such a nervous patient but Pershang put me at my ease telling me everything she was going to do. Meghan the hygienist was equally amazing. The clinic is great, doesn't smell or feel like a dental clinic. Would highly recommend.

Would highly recommend. I am currently receiving dental treatment at Smile Chic and couldn’t rate the practice highly enough! It starts by being greeted with a warm welcome by the receptionist as you walk through the door into the practice. This is then continued when you meet Dr Rad and her dental nurses, Dr Rad makes you feel relaxed and calm throughout the treatment ensuring that you are well informed at every stage of your appointment. I am already so impressed with my treatment so far and look forward to continuing this. I would recommend this practice for anyone who is currently looking for a new dental practice. Like many people I put off going to the dentist to the last moment but not any more. Dr Rad is a calming and highly competent dentist, very professional with superb equipment. I had the Air Flow Polishing treatment and had such a fantastic whitening result with no discomfort. Highly recommended!

I had 5 to 5 Emax veneers on my top teeth and they turned out so natural looking with such quick turn around time. Persheng was so professional and lovely as well as the dental nurse there I highly recommend!

I went to Smile Chic for a hygiene appointment, airflow treatment upon arrival I was very nervous as I don’t like attending the dentist, but Persheng the dentist was amazing she settled my nerves she made me feel comfortable and reassured me though out treatment. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. I had my teeth cleaned at a NHS dentist about 4 weeks ago and I couldn’t stand the pain so booked in for airflow. The appointment was prompt and they even have free parking. When it started I was a bit nervous due to my past experience but I honestly felt no pain whatsoever they cleaned them first as normal and the pain was literally zero, I couldn’t believe the difference. Then they did the airflow which wasn’t painful either, the experience overall was just great. I booked online a few weeks before which is also so convenient. I’m definitely going back for another clean in 6 months! Thank you 😊

Well ! What a fabulous Dental Clinic. I was recommended to visit Smile Chic by my partner and what an experience. I am one of those many people who only visit a dentist when they have a problem. I have not been for 5 years! Smile Chic welcomed me - very friendly whilst being very professional. The clinic was incredible with all the latest equipment and I was instantly impressed and felt very comfortable. I was given a full cleaning treatment which was simply exceptional and I was shown everything during the treatment. I cannot compliment this clinic enough and will most certainly return - my teeth looked great after this brilliant treatment.

Persheng and the team are brilliant, down to earth and really friendly. I've had a polish, whitening and just about to embark on the Invisalign journey and the whole process has been ace. I even missed an appointment because I forgot and they were cool about it, highly recommend them!

The Smile Chic dental practice is simply the best dental practice I’ve been to. The practice has a warm glisten and the treatment rooms feel like they’ve been lifted from the Starship Enterprise with the latest dental technology adorning walls and countertops. The latest tech is nothing without an expert master – enter Dr Rad. Dr Rad is charming and extremely capable. I was a little nervous about a wisdom tooth extraction. I felt Dr Rad’s style perfectly suited me as a patient. She broke down the session into mini-chunks which she narrated with a light, warm and professional tone. I was then sufficiently relaxed that I didn't notice when my wisdom tooth had been removed! I would highly recommend Dr Rad and this wonderful practice. Five stars doesn't really do the superb service justice.

Smile Chic is genuinely a 5 star service, I don't believe you will find the same quality, attentiveness and expertise as good elsewhere. Smile Chic is a dentist you genuinely look forward to going back to, which I didn't think possible! I had composite veneers done by Persheng and was at first so nervous about the procedure but the team make you feel very welcome and immediately settled. The whole process throughout was great and the outcome genuinely increased my confidence. Genuinely the best dentist I have been to. Thank you again!

I had such a fantastic first experience with Dr.Rad. Firstly, the practise is modern and welcoming, and you’re greeted with a smile upon entrance. Dr.Rad is kind, attentive and clearly very experienced in what she does. She listened to my concerns and put me at ease straight away (something that is so important when you’re a nervous patient). All of the other staff I encountered were so friendly and welcoming and I would highly recommend Smile Chic.

Came into the practice a very nervous patient To have Teeth whitened and from moment stepped through door felt at ease, the whole team are exceptional, receptionist very welcoming and friendly, dental nurse a calming reassuring presence and Dr Rad well what can I say! Explains everything in detail and makes sure your happy every step of the way,follows up with emails (before and after pics also ) just a lovely professional person, so happy with the results, can’t recommend the practice highly enough.
