    I have both attended the pilates classes and consulted Lindsey over a knee injury. I find Lindsey and the team knowledgeable and professional. I have great faith in her diagnosis and treatment of my various injuries including that of my knee. Highly recommend.

    Fantastic studio with lovely people! We've been going here for a year now which is the longest ever for me! That's testament to the team there. The classes aren't too large so you get good one-on-one attention, and they are mixed up each week so you don't get too used to the routines. I could feel the difference after a few months and after 12 I feel so much stronger and in better shape that ever before. Thank you to Lindsey and all the team!

    I can’t praise equilibrium Pilates enough. The instructors are all excellent and the studio has created a really friendly and fun vibe I would highly recommend you trying a class

    I highly recommend Lindsey and the team at Clinic Equilibrium. I had a recurrent slipped disc and the physio with Lindsey and the weekly Pilates with Jenny and Bhavini have kept it at bay. Definitely book in if you have back pain.

    I have been attending Equilibrium whilst I was expecting, Susanna is professional, friendly and very engaging. She has guided me and helped with back and shoulder pain as a physiotherapist. I have also had excellent Pilates sessions 1-2-1 with her, which have helped my post partum rehabilitation and I continue to attend reformer Pilates sessions with Susanna which allow me some ‘me time’ alongside helping my strength and conditioning. Thank you!

    Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. With both private sessions and small classes the focus is always on individual needs and abilities. Highly recommended for both rehab and fitness. I started going to Clinic Equilibrium over 2 years ago when I suffered severe back pain as a result of scoliosis. Even after a couple of rehab /pilates sessions I had more movement and was in less pain. I now attend 3 pilates classes a week (a mixture of mat/studio /pt - enjoying each for their different challenges) with the occasional private session and am in control of my back pain. The classes are small and so teachers are attentive to each individuals needs. The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable and have created a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

    9 weeks ago, I first went to meet Lindsey to have an assessment on my back and try my first Pilates session. As I bloke, I always thought that Pilates was not really a “man thing” to do but having exhausted everything else to ease my sciatica I thought “why not give it a try?” I joined the mat class with Jenny, as well as having 1-2-1s with Lindsey, and the first week I struggled to properly engage my core and glutes and I had no idea where was pelvic floor was, let alone how to activate it. I was constantly having to put my hand down to stop myself from falling over. Week 4, I noticed the tingling sensation I had had in my left foot for 18 months had stopped! My back felt a bit better supported and I realised how much I was enjoying the sessions. My steadying hand was required less and less. Now, after 9 weeks of work, I can honestly say Pilates is the best thing I’ve done in years. I’ve lost some weight, my stomach is tighter, my legs stronger and I’ve stopped worrying so much about my back “going again”. Lindsey, Jenny and the team are so patient, take time to make sure you are in the right position to be safe and get the most out of each session. The pace is great for beginners or the more experienced. Pilates has made me feel better, in body and mind, than I ever thought possible. I cannot thank Lindsey and Jenny enough for their patience, skill, advice and for showing me that I could do it.

    Always enjoy going. Staff are really knowledgeable and helpful. Classes are small, it’s really easy to book and you can dip in and out of whatever classes you like.

    I'm already feeling the benefits of my Pilates sessions. I feel 2 inches taller! I've been amazed at how personalised the tuition is. It's a lovely intimate studio that's brilliantly equipped. Everybody has been very patient and they're all obviously very experienced. As a rather nervous newbie to Pilates I've been made to feel very welcome and I'm progressing at a pace that really suits me. If you're looking to improve your general wellbeing and overall strength and flexibility then I'd recommend Pilates in general. I'd definitely recommend giving Equilibrium a go as they're really good as assessing your needs and moving at a pace that suits you. Impressed with their App and booking system too.

    Love this studio and their classes. They’ve really taken the time to understand what I’m trying to achieve and what my limitations are. I feel like I’m really challenged but supported in each class, especially as they keep the sizes small. Great app and booking system too! :-)

    I was very sceptical about Pilates, as I always thought it was for women. I normally always go to the gym to do weights training, I never really felt that I would see the benefits of Pilates training, however since joining Clinic equilibrium I have discovered a whole new understanding about my body. As a professional singer this has been transformational in the way that I now sing due to my body feeling lengthened and stretched rather than tight and stiff from weights training. The way in which my alignment and posture has changed has allowed for my voice to flourish. I am also a high level amateur golfer and the mobility aspect of the pilates has allowed me to be more constant in my swing and hit the ball futher. I couldn’t recommend the classes enough. I have been doing Mat and Aerial training with Claire and the sessions are a nice balance of everything and despite working hard she makes it really fun. Thank you Clinic equilibrium.

    Equilibrium Pilates Studio staff are friendly, welcoming and highly professional. I choose Equilibrium studio because the classes are kept small, so you receive a personalised pilates session suited to your needs and abilities. I have and will continue to recommend Equilibrium to friends as it is simply 'the best'. Thank you especially to Lindsey and Claire.

    I had no idea that Pilates would bring such amazingness into life! I love the teachers, the variety of exercises, the different levels available from beginner to advance. I love how I feel afterwards. My body is so much stronger, supple, flexible and without pain since I started at Equilibrium. I also feel and look slimmer and firmer and understand so much more about my body. Not only this but emotionally its a really healthy place - if I ever arrive feeling stressed with the day to day stuff that takes its toll, I always leave with this gone and feeling bright and cheery! I am SO GRATEFUL to Lindsey and the team for all their expertise, hard work and dedication. They are an amazing team. I would (and do) recommend it to everyone I can!!!
