I have RSHL (a rare hearing loss type). After two years of struggling with the NHS hearing aids and audiologists, Pritesh sorted me a hearing aid out and had it correctly set within 2 weeks (2 visits). A nice guy that listened to me and sorted out my problem. What more can you ask for.

I’ve been really impressed with the advice and service from Altrincham Hearing Centre. Having read the Which Report with regards to hearing aids, I was very keen to use a local independent specialist that was truly able to provide advice / recommendations based on the whole range of hearing aid manufacturers (unlike some of the big providers who are more likely to recommend a particular brand). AHC we’re excellent at understanding my very bespoke needs and recommending the most suitable hearing aids. The team at AHC are very friendly and welcoming, the pricing is good and the follow up care excellent. Well done.

The service from Altrincham Hearing Centre has been excellent. I found it very easy to book an appointment and everything was timely and well-organised. The audiologists identified and fixed my hearing issue quickly, and now it is as though I have new ears. Would highly recommend!

My hearing had been steadily getting worse over the last few years so I decided to seek the opinion of a hearing specialist and made an appointment with Altrincham Hearing Centre. What a great choice as my hearing has literally been restored! Pritesh and Bhavika's professionalism helped me to understand my hearing problem whilst their friendly manner made me feel relaxed and always at ease. As for the aftercare, well it's faultless as Pritesh and Bhavika are always available to help and nothing is ever a problem. I can't recommend them highly enough, absolutely fantastic!

I've been anxious about the possibility of having to wear hearing aids for most of my life. I've walked past Altrincham Hearing Centre a number of times and finally found the courage to go inside. The decision has changed my life. They are really friendly and helpful and I can wear my hearing aids without being self conscious about them. Thank you.

For 2 weeks I had been suffering with a totally blocked left ear. I had been back and forth to chemists using different oils but nothing had worked and dipping my head underwater made things worse! I booked my appointment last night and attended this morning. My left ear is now unblocked after using the vacuum and hot water because the wax was so far down! and my right ear is now also clean, this also had wax in there that I didn't even know about! Highly recommended, next time I won't wait until it's really bad.

Fantastic service and straight forward on line booking system for out of hours. I couldn't hear too well in one ear and was suffering on long haul flights. All sorted in less than 10mins!

I booked in with AHC after suffering with a particularly stubborn case of impacted ear wax, which was causing me pain and discomfort by this stage. (Background, I had been trying olive oil for two weeks and an attempt to remove the blockage using irrigation at a med centre had not been successful) I was booked an appointment about 24 hours later. And credit due to Pritesh, I was the last patient of the day and presented him with the most stubborn of impacted ear wax's, but he is obviously very experienced and good at what he does, Pritesh saw the discomfort I was in and rather than send me away and come back after a few more days of olive oil treatment he persisted with it and eventually cleared all of the blockage and even cleaned out my other ear canal! although we may have gone slightly over the time. Now I'm pain-free and my hearing is miles better than it was before the procedure, I also have no excuse for telling the wife that I don't hear the little one crying in the night! A huge thanks to Pritesh and the team at AHC for making such a big difference for me.

Fantastic, reassuring and friendly service. I had an ear infection/blockage, and what I believed was the beginning of tinnitus. To avoid waiting on GP (as covid makes it so difficult to get appointments etc) I booked in here. After a couple of appointments my blockages were completely cleared (I came back to get 2nd ear done also) and it turned out I didn't have tinnitus at all. Very good value and Pritesh is lovely, as are the booking team. I would highly recommend, and have been doing so to all my family and friends. Great local specialist that I'm delighted to have found.

Excellent communication throughout the process. Pritesh was sensitive to the fact that I had reservations about wearing hearing aids, for the same reasons as when I started wearing glasses. After a few weeks of using the aids, however, it is now obvious in retrospect that I should have taken the plunge earlier. Just as with glasses, it was only when I could hear clearly that I realised how degraded my hearing had become. Thanks Pritesh for your patience and clarity.

It was my first time using this company and the experience was fantastic. They had me booked in within 24 hours, when I arrived they were extremely professional, understanding and really took the time to explain the issue to me. I couldn’t have been more happy with this gentleman. Following a bad ear infection I then got a silicon ear plug stuck down my ear, having waited hours in A&E and then referred over to a specialist, in hindsight I wish I would’ve gone to him straight away. The nurse in A&E tried to remove the air plug and wasn’t skilled, it felt uncomfortable and she was unable to do it. The treatment I received from AHC was very professional and seamless, I could not be more happy with it. I would recommend this professional to anyone

I made appointment for my mum and when we got there they didn't have her down but he said if we wait he will fit her in. In the end he couldn't do the treatment fully so he never charged her. Great place and really nice guy that was there.
