We really wanted to give this practice a chance. We thought maybe with a new location and some new staff in their brand new building, that perhaps all the previous reviews were a thing of the past. Alas, it has been a terrible experience. It is almost impossible to reach out to anyone on any day. You can't schedule an appointment even one day in advance. There is no advanced scheduling at all. You would think with an online system that it could handle some advance appointments. And speaking of the online system and the "app" (even though its not really an app - they just tell you to make an icon for the webpage on your homepage on your smartphone) the website/app ALWAYS says unavailable. I have logged into the app more times than I would like to remember now (which is not an app and seems generally designed by some college undergrads ten years ago) and have only managed to schedule an appointment twice. Twice out of perhaps 15 days of trying for our family. Because after about 9:30 a.m. the whole thing shuts down. It even says so: "The site is shut down because it has reached capacity for today". So essentially you have a 1 and a half hour window to schedule your GP appointments on that day. And there is no scheduling ahead. It's insane. Then to really cement the experience the staff have made multiple mistakes on the two appointments and follow ups. Once for a blood routine they scheduled incorrectly so when arriving at the hospital for my scheduled appointment I had to wait for hours while the GP sorted it out. The hospital lab doing the blood work told me the manner in which the GP had incorrectly scheduled the appointment and when I told the office staff of this procedural routine and simply asked that they should note this in their protocols....... I was either ignored (email) or was responded to indignantly over the phone. Every call we made to the office felt like we were being an inconvenience and a bother and "wouldn't you please just use the app". Even though it's not actually an app. And it's terrible. And it's impossible to schedule. Sigh. I wish others better luck.

First time at this place after Grove medical practice closed. Complete waste of time going, not sure why the doctor who saw me chose this career, maybe he's just in it for the money. Left me feeling insignificant and not worthy of his time, didn't seem interested in my ailments and I hope to never be treated by him again.

This surgery used to be good but it has gone so downhill. They have messed up so many times with prescriptions / letters over to consultants/medical records not being updated correctly/referrals, the list is endless. My husband now has failing kidneys due an urgent referral not being sent over when Dr Guest had requested this on 7th September. After 4 weeks nothing had been done, even though we had chased this twice! I have no issue with Dr Guest, but it's what happens after he has passed it over for the clerical staff to sort. Shambles - I don't normally write any reviews - but I feel people need to be aware of this surgery.

Trying to get appointment is challenging. Ask My GP seems rarely available. What used to be a simple process for repeat prescription ordering has been turned into an obstacle course. Will probably need more meds to control the additional stress 😩 Quick update following this feedback: Surgery responded very quickly to their credit. Issue resolved. Thank you. Hope the system works better next time.

Do not use this doctors, they don't want to see patients, won't answer the phones and when you do finally see the doctor won't even look at you just types away on a computer and gives you a print out and tells you to go away, absolutely disgusting. After 44 years at this practice now I'm suddenly out of their boundaries. My mother was at this practice for nearly 60 years, after moving house and doctors she realised have poor the service was from this practice.

It used to be easy to contact a GP through reception. Now it is a nightmare. All GPs seem to have bought into this method of contacting them and it is not what the patients want. When will they listen. Some things cannot be improved with technology, it cannot replace face to face contact. dump these systems, listen to your patients and go back to face to face health care.

Can be difficult to get through on ask my GP, so you need to be on it early to ensure an appointment. That being said, I have always had GP ring me back at my preferred times. Like how they also send links to other services or information.

Saw a bad review for this practice so I had to redress the balance! Have needed several appointments here over last few years for my family and myself and the service is always excellent. They have genuinely always seen us very quickly, sometimes even same day. Always seems quiet and well run. Lovely building. I have a problem reconciling this great surgery with the ones you hear about elsewhere where you have to wait days or even weeks for an appointment! So far I recommend this practice highly.

From my experience: Uncaring doctors that are reluctant to give face to face appointments. They rarely listen and don’t look at medical history so aren’t aware of other current conditions. Shocking disregard for my health.

The new online service my gp app makes gaining medical advice quick and easy and has offered me peace of mind in a time which both my baby and I have needed support. I think this app and the text service have been one of the best things to have come out of Covid restrictions and I have been grateful. Furthermore my babies and my 8 week check with Dr Hashim was brilliant. Its the first time meeting g Dr Hashim and I found her to be very personable but professional. She provided safe space for me to speak freely about mine and my babies health. She offered reassurance and explanation using her medical Knowledge in ways which hugely eased my anxiety. She took her time, she wasn't quick to rush us out the door and was very thorough. Thank you. I really hope Dr Hashim can become our named doctor. Finally I am hugely impressed with the new environment, it is spacious and clean. I am relieved to be registered with Park Medical Practice I know my family and I are in good hands.

I can't even get an appointment, trying all the correct channels. Being 30th in the call queue at 8am, and holding for 30 minutes to be told there are no spaces left is very frustrating.

I have been going to this practice for 15 years. I absolutely LOVE the clinical staff. However the current practice manager and the receptionist staff are the most appallingly disgustingly behaved people I have ever interacted with in my life. They refuse to take accountability for the way they speak to patients or behave. The manager do NOT seem to comprehend that you are contacting the surgery because you are unwell, and her tone and rude "bedside" manner makes patients feel worse. If I could I would give negative star to this surgery…

Excellent care from all. We were at this practice during very difficult times and diagnosis. The receptionists, nurses and doctors are lovely, caring and compassionate. Good mental health and physical ailment support. They are very good with children as well.

I have been with the practice from 2011, Doctors are excellent, specially dr Guest, shockingly today had appointment to give blood went all the way to the Trafford hospital and my details not showing on the system,, called the GP and was kept as number one on the Q for more than 10 mnts, checking on the website practice open until 6:00 ,, drove all the way back to the GP and then found on the door a sign saying that the practice closes on Wednesday!!! That’s absolutely disappointing! at least update the answer machine !

Whilst you have to be on the ball to submit an Ask My GP I have always been able to get a same day, face to face appointment. The receptionists are very helpful, whether in person or over the telephone. My experience of the GP’s I have seen has been they have listened, considered me as an individual and taken the appropriate action to either prescribe the right medication or refer on when necessary. A very welcoming practice that cares for their patients.

The new premises are much more accessible. I am very pleased with the way the staff treat patients they seem to go the extra mile. Dr Wilson always treats her patient with care and compassion, nothing is too much trouble.

Hi, I left a message on askmygp and requested a face to face appointment with Dr Wilson and received a reply to attend at 3 pm the same day. Excellent.

The best GP Practice ever! They managed to register us and help with our prescriptions in a matter of a few days! The practice building is also quite new. The staff are super friendly and will be sympathetic to your personal needs.

12/08/2022 I telephoned the reception after 1.30 pm. I tried to sent message to Ask my GP. The website was unavailable offline. My husband have urine infection. The urine was very dark. She said she will booked next door pharmacy. They do urine test and antibiotics. When we arrived at the pharmacy my husband was seen by a member of the staff. He said to my husband have to paid £20.00 for the antibiotics because its private. My husband was not very happy about this. The reception didn't tell us its private and he have to pay. We went back to the reception. Asked for a urine bottle sample. Not very happy with the service. Mrs Wood

I have just been into see Dr Waraich about something and whilst there we got chatting about a HRT product that I was recently prescribed. It turns out it was this doctor whom I had spoken to a few months earlier on the telephone consultation who initially prescribed them , I could not thank her enough it has made such a huge difference to the quality of my life , I said if there is somewhere I can put a review I would and the Dr said there is speak to reception, the receptionist Jenny who is absolutely lovely and I have known for sometime now gave me the link, so here is my review. Lovely kind and caring staff , who have seen both my ups and downs of my medical condition, for anyone interested which HRT it is , it’s patches called Evorel Sequi 😊

Sorry to say this, but ask my GP is a pain unless you have insomnia or no WiFi. On a positive, Dr Wilson is a pleasure to talk to her. She's very personable and explains everything. You can really tell she wants to do the best for her patients. The staff are always easy to talk to and helps with any problems / queries. Definitely would recommend Dr Wilson and the practice

Why did I get booted from the porterbrook GIC waiting list if they could access my bloods at any time? If I reveal anything about my mental health my place on that waiting list will be frozen until it is resolved, I've given you one star because there is very little you can actually do for me, all I've gotten is either "no", "sorry" or a referral to an outside organisation that I can't actually interface with until they get round to me. I didnt appreciate the attempt to squeeze an apology out of me for venting the very frustrations you claim to understand. I'm sick of hearing sorry, I now know what not to ask to avoid the trauma of yet again being told by medical professionals that they aren't educated enough to prescribe.

I have been with park medical from being a child ,throughout all the changes and various GPs the hole team have always looked after me through thick and thin , from receptionists to all GPs , what a great practice, I would never change , I can't thank everyone involved in taking care of me through all the years enough, thankyou.

Got left with no doctor and the reason they gave was at first one reason then another.. took 3 days to have a prescription sent to chemist although they told me on the phone it would be done by lunch on the 1st or 2nd day (had to keep chasing up) .. was also sent a link to download software instead of sent the number to call for counselling (still havnt been able to get prescription from a doctor at park road medical practice for on going depression and anxiety although it has been brought to there attention numerous times).... overall sub par service.. save yourself the trouble and please go elsewhere if you are able to. Very rude on the phone also.

It is with a heavy heart I write this. Always got on well with staff and doctors. Since before xmas had a chest cough I have copd anyway, but over xmas the cough went worse. I was sent for an xray didnt get results,2and xray, still no results. It was only when I got a call from my chest consultant did I find out I had covid. He did an xray and showed it to us in clinic. Still no call from gp. Last week I had a call from a practice pharmacist. Didnt know we had 1, starting to mess about with my meds. Telling me she,s going to start cutting them down. Thank god for the internet.
