Arrived at CT Dent early. The receptionist was lovely. She told me there was no problem as no one was waiting, I was seen there and then. The lady who did the scan explained everything in detail beforehand. As I had never had a scan before I was quite nervous. It really was easy. Thank you ladies, you made it a nice experience.

Quick and efficient. I was late for my appointment but there was no issue fitting me in when I arrived. Staff were polite and courteous. Also parking not a problem

The main issue we had with the premises in Leeds and Manchester was that access to both properties was awkward for wheelchair users (I have a disability which means I can only move around in a wheelchair). I can't fault the staff at either site as everybody was very kind and helpful but I wasn't sure whether staff had been made fully aware of my mobility issues, both in terms of access to the building and the actual scanning process, which would probably not have been possible had we not brought my own standing device. Any other wheelchair users need to make sure the staff have been told about mobility limitations

Lovely receptionist and X-ray nurse. I was delayed on the motorway and was late for my appointment but I was greeted with a smile by both these ladies.

Easy to get too and find. Staff lovely, bit of a delay on my scan but staff apologised for the delay. Very relaxed atmosphere .

I had a scan at CT Dent today, and thought the staff were so helpful. The unit manager Lisa and the receptionist Hilary went above and beyond the normal. And the scan was so quick & professional. Such an easy slick service. 5 stars!

It was unclear how to find the entrance to the building at 18:20 (main doors locked - had to ask a staff member in the car park who was leaving for the day to let me in), but once I was in I had a grand time. Lovely view of the canal from the waiting area and top drawer magazines/crosswords.

I attended CT Dent at Altrincham for an x-ray. I arrived early and went to reception, I was met by a very well mannered young man. As I was early I asked him a few questions regarding the procedure, he explained everything step by step, which gave me the confidence that I had chosen the right clinic.

Very welcoming from the start, the radiographer was professional at all times and very polite, explained everything from start to finish, showed me the scans after but obviously was unable to advise what they showed, which is fully understandable. The location was easy to find and parking was good

It was a lovely experience to have a scan here. Staff is so welcoming and helpful. Very clean and nice environment, loved to see the canal from the waiting area window. Almost no waiting time and the scan was very quick. All three people , two on reception and the scanning nurse were awesome. charges reasonable 50 GBP for panoramic x-ray. Thankyou all.

Efficient and friendly is the best way to describe your organisation.The lady who carried out the scan was very happy and enjoyed a Laugh. Reception was better than expected. My only issue was I did not spot the Parking Permits untill I left so I hope I do not get a fine!

I was told by my Consultant that the charge would be £150.00 for a full mouth scan! On the day I was charged £240.00!! No explanation could be given as to why there was an increase in the cost and I have since spoken to other people who were charged much less than I was for the same scan!!! I phoned afterwards to query this anomaly and was told I had been charged the correct amount! Why are different charges made for the same service??? Not a happy customer! The lady who carried out the scan was however very efficient but it was still a shock to my pocket!

The service was quick and efficient but I went in for a dental scan, and they should’ve confirmed the price before hand, I had the scan done then went to pay and it was a lot more than my dentist had told me it would be. If I was to pay first I would’ve been able to check with my dentist that it was the correct price.

Great staff and very friendly, professional and speedy service, and happy to go the extra mile. The only thing I would say is that their billing department should notify patients that they do not accept medical insurance, and that you have to pay for your consultation yourself, then claim back, and of course, stipulate the amount so you can make sure you have enough on your credit card. Other than that, it was a real pleasure to have zero waiting time, delightful staff and such a fast turnaround!

When I arrived the service was ok, but the location was hard to find using sat nav and the telephone number I was provided with, went through to London ( I think)even though my appointment was in Manchester. I rang to say I was going to be later I was told that would be fine however the Manchester site was unaware of my call until I got there and told them. More signage and a direct phone number would have been good.

Building easy to find with map supplied & parking bays allocated. Friendly staff and appointment on time. Very pleased overall.

Far easier to find the building than I first envisaged. Seeing it was somewhat an hours travel away. Was given a good map with clear instructions. Parking bays allocated were a bit on the tight side with other customers parking too far over. But, we managed to find a suitable spot. Appointment on time. Waiting area adhered to the Covid rules and was spaciously set out. Pleasant Staff and professional. All in all I felt confident and was well looked after.

Excellent service. Super quick and efficient. In fact I was very pleasantly surprised at just how quickly we were contacted with regard to making an appointment and just how easy it was to make the appointment. All relevant information was immediately emailed to me and on the day, the offices were easy to find. There was plenty of parking available (we chose a Saturday morning appointment) and staff were friendly.
