Excellent treatment from the staff here. I was impressed from the moment I was booked in from the advice from Liz the optometrist to I think her name is Amanda and the young man that works there sorry forgotten his name. Great advice lots of help making decisions about glasses and fixing any problems with fitting too. I'd recommend everyone to use this Optitions. I'm taking my mum here because of the high level of customer service.

My visits to Vision Express were safe as all the staff were socially distanced. My eye examination was on time and thorough. The assistant helped me choose my new frames and my glasses were ready in less time than anticipated. Overall my experience was 5 star Thanks

Unbelievable service there was something not quite right with the back of my daughters eye the optician phoned The Eye Hospital and we were told to go immediately to be checked this was all quite scary but so glad we went got checked and sorted and she will have further investigations Brilliant service they totally did the right thing for Phoebe and were very thorough xx

I was shocked by the rudeness of the optometrist who served us today. They talked to us in a very patronising way as we were using our blue light discount to redeem the free eye test with the glasses. We ended up paying for the eye test without the glasses. I wouldn’t recommend using this branch if their customer service continues to be like this!!!

I had a very good experience at my time at Vision express. The Optical assistant was very helpful and helped explore my options in choosing the best glasses for me.

I would quickly recommend a visit to Altrincham Vision Express. Mandy( optical assistant) and colleague were very reassuring, knowledgeable and kind. Susan the optician was also incredibly knowledgeable, has wonderful customer focus and knows her area of expertise inside and out. I felt valued and that my optical health was their priority. I didn't feel pressured in any way. All tests were explained and rationalised. I would happily return and recommend. 😁

OK for simple prescription but really struggle with anything more complicated. Awful experience. Avoid. Staff polite but need a lot more training.

There was no time limit for me to choose glasses (unlike some high street opticians) and I was allowed to browse and try on various glasses at my leisure. I visited Vision Express for my 1st eye test in around 8 years. The 3 staff members I met were so friendly and professional. When it came to picking out glasses I was so unsure of everything as I'd never worn them before, but I was given advice and assistance when I needed it. I was also given plenty of time to look through the glasses selection at my own pace with no pressure. A really positive experience from start to finish. I haven't had an eye test for two and a half years, mainly due to Covid. I was happy with the cleaning arrangements and felt comfortable with the standards of cleanliness in the treatment rooms. I felt the eye test was professionally carried out and thorough and am confident in the results. I felt that the price of new glasses has gone up considerably since last time I purchased a pair. Friendly and helpful staff.
