Martin has been the best Osteopath I have ever visited. He is very knowledgeable and professional which allows you to feel calm and relaxed. Martin also recommended a variety of exercises to help my recovery and in turn I have seen huge improvements in my neck and back pain. I have recommended Martin to several friends and work colleagues alike.

As Anna's colleague I can say that she is very friendly and her background in Sports Therapy makes her a well rounded and knowledgeable therapist. I was suffering with some lower back pain from over training and booked a deep tissue massage with her. I felt like I was walking on clouds afterwards and would confidently recommend her to anyone who either has an injury or would like a massage for general relaxation.

This was my first visit to an Osteopath. I didn’t quite know what to expect. Sabrina made me feel at ease and comfortable especially when it came to the acupuncture treatment. She explained everything as we went along and was very knowledgeable and insightful. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment. I went to see Sabrina Chow as I've had a sore back for a little while. She was very professional and thorough and explored my symptoms and then went on to investigate and explain what my injury was. I have visited Sabrina at Fern Clinic a few times now. First for my back and recently for my ankle. Booking is really easy, communication excellent and the premises easy to find and access. The treatments themselves have made such a difference and i had ultimate confidence that i was in expert hands. Martin has been excellent at assessing my symptoms and determining the best course of treatment for me. He has thoroughly explained the various treatment options he would recommend and has provided exercises as well as the therapy during the appointments, which have been very helpful. He is very knowledgeable and the Hale clinic is a nice environment in which to be consulted and treated. I would definitely recommend Martin and Sabrina if you are considering an Osteopath, particularly if, like me, you have not seen one before.

I have suffered from a herniated disc for some time and had almost given up hope of fixing it. I had read about the benefits of IDD Therapy and had been looking for somewhere local to me that offered the treatment. I came across these guys and decided to give it a go with them. While the treatment is not a magic wand, it has been a game changer for me. When combined with the recommended additional exercises and good nutrition, this has been the only thing I’ve tried that has helped take away the pain, and has allowed me to function almost normally again. Great guys. Great service. Very friendly, welcoming and informative. They know their stuff! They have a long term client in me now, as I will continue to visit for ongoing maintenance to make sure the problem stays away. Highly recommended.

Ive had neck and shoulder pain for about 3weeks now and tried massages and cupping to relieve the pain but the tightness and crunching pain continued so i paid sabrina a visit. After one session, the tightness and crunching had disappeared! She gave me a full body treatment and after that i felt like my normal self again even dancing on the spot! I hurt my back at the start of a bank holiday weekend and was desperate for some urgent treatment. I found details of Fern Clinic online and hadn't used before. Sabrina took my out of hours call and saw me the next morning, a Sunday. I visited the clinic in Sale, which was modern, clean and professional. Sabrina took time to understand my physical history leading to my injury before setting to work. She was thoughtful and knowledgeable, and took time to explain what she was doing. My back is much better!

I was impressed with Martin’s knowledge and thoughtfulness. He took the time to understand my back issues and explained in plain English the reasons behind it. The treatment was excellent; he was able to relieve the tension in my muscles and joints before starting manipulation. Having undergone chiropractic and physio treatment in the past, this was so much better. The post treatment exercises he recommended have also helped. After a just a couple of sessions I have felt a huge difference, in terms of being more comfortable sitting at a desk for 10 hours a day or my strength during work outs. I have recently received treatment for neck pain. Martin took the time to ask lots of questions so that he could ascertain what had caused the pain and explained what are he was going to focus on. I found the treatment quite relaxing. I felt totally safe with all the Covid 19 precautions that were in place. Martin was totally professional and I felt confident that he knew what he was doing. Apart from the treatment in rectifying the problem I had, They gave me advice on diet and lifestyle which has improved my wellbeing no end. I have seen Physiotherapists for ongoing neck/migraine pain for over 30 years on and off. In more recent years I have also had ongoing issues with my neck, back and shoulders.
