I
came
to
John
for
some
desperate
Tough
Mudder
training
after
failing
miserably
at
my
5th
classic.
It
was
just
by
chance
on
a
google
search
and
I've
never
worked
with
a
PT
before.
I
contacted
him
on
Monday
with
an
initial
enquiry,
the
next
day
I
was
in
his
gym
having
my
assessment!
He
responded
so
quickly
which
meant
I
could
start
training.
By
Thursday
of
the
same
week,
my
5
week
training
plan
was
in
place.
I
would
be
working
out
at
home,
no
gym
and
with
no
gym
equipment.
The
initial
assessment
was
thorough
and
he
showed
me
the
proper
way
to
do
everything
which
turned
out
to
be
invaluable!
The
workouts
were
hard
work
but
everything
was
clear
and
the
online
platform
is
really
effective.
You
can
post
the
results
of
your
workout
as
well
as
pictures
and
videos
which
was
helpful
for
me
because
I
was
at
home.
John
can
comment
back
as
well
which
is
good,
if
something
needs
to
change
it
can,
so
it
can
be
flexible.
For
me,
my
main
goal
was
upper
body
strength.
I
used
to
be
able
to
do
the
monkey
bars
and
on
1st
August
I
dropped
at
the
first
bar.
By
5th
September?
All
the
way
across!!
Kind
of,
I
couldn't
get
onto
the
last
wheel
but
it
wasn't
for
the
lack
of
strength.
I
was
also
able
to
run
around
the
course
as
well
without
getting
out
of
breath
which
isn't
easy.
John
definitely
got
me
in
shape
and
he
listened
to
what
was
important
to
me.
He
listened
to
what
I
wanted,
what
I
was
able
to
do
as
well
as
what
I
couldn't
do
and
as
we
went
through
the
weeks,
the
workouts
stayed
relevant
to
where
I
was
at.
When
some
things
were
too
hard
I
couldn't
do
them,
next
time
they
would
be
different
so
I
could
achieve
the
goal
in
a
different
way.
Sometimes
it's
more
about
your
mindset
than
your
ability!
I
would
recommend
John
and
if
I
need
to
I
would
work
with
him
again
in
the
future.
