A great soft play venue for babies and toddlers alike, kept very clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The food offering is good with plenty of tables and a wide range of food for adults and little ones. Only downside is the limited and often stressful parking, the car park is small and shared with other businesses on the estate - often I’ve had to drive around and wait a while for a space and with 2 children eager to play this adds to the stress!!

The place is very nice, they have a large playground, perfect for children over 3 years old, I would not recommend it for babies, on the page it says that they have a sensory stimulation center (which is a room with many lights) but there is no control from older children to the 1 year old room and can be dangerous for younger children. I really liked the cafeteria, the food and the cakes are very good and have good prices. I have explored much more today and all the facilities are great, many places to jump, run, slide, I recommend if you want to enjoy it to the fullest, go during the week when it is not crowded. 🙌🎊🎊🎊🎊

I have been here a few times since it has been refurbished with my 3 and a half year old daughter & 9 month old son and my daughter absolutely loves it! It’s always very clean, great for toddlers & young children and the staff are lovely. The only downside really is the facilities for babies. There is a sensory room with nothing really in it, there’s a bubble light which is great for 5 minutes and then my son gets bored. When I came yesterday, there was a few small sensory bricks which were filthy so apart from the bubble lamp there’s nothing really in there. I think the price for a baby needs to be looked at, because I paid a lot of money for my son just to sit in a high chair and eat snacks for 2 hours. Either reduce the cost for a baby or revamp the sensory room as it definitely needs something, it used to be great! Other than that it’s a great place for kids!

Thanks for the reply, When you say you make them available then surely they should as I explained "be on display" instead of being hidden on a menu. There wasn't any fruit on display on the two occasions I visited and as far as I am aware my eyesight is in good order.............Review...... I am giving 1star, as a child carer I abide by EYFS to ensure I have healthy food choices. Maybe they don't have room to display it due to the alcohol taking up space. This soft play business place no enfasis on healthy eating. I had to ask them to make fruit available before now and told them to convey my comments about healthy food practices to the management. Good to know they fell on deaf ears.

Lovely play area with ample space. There's a mini football pitch, trampoline and more. Cafe is great with loads of food options and drinks. Would definitely recommend

So impressed with this place! Took my nieces out for the day whilst babysitting and wanted to avoid the same places they usually go. This is a one-stop shop of fun, just what I was hoping for. The girls had so much to do, the play area is huge and the extras such as the go carts, roller rink etc just keep kids entertained for hours! The food is also the best I've had at a play area and you can smell the delicious fresh coffee as you come in. Staff were really friendly and helpful and everything was so reasonably priced. Even the music is good and at a good volume. Everything was such good value for money too. The girls got utterly spoiled and yet I didn't feel robbed like at other places. All in all, you can tell that 'Antz in your Pantz' has been well thought out to give families the best time possible without breaking the bank. Will visit again soon.

Went there with my 3 year old daughter. Firstly of all the place is not clearly signed post from the business centre entrance so I had little difficult finding the place. Parking was ok and free. The place is ok and clean. However when I was feeding my daughter with the food bought from home I was reprimanded by a staff saying i can’t bring my own food. My daughter have a very strict dietary requirements and allergy so I found their policy ridiculous!!! I never been to a soft play place where they say you can’t bring food for your own kid. I understand if I was eating my own food. But come on! The food is for my a child!!! You want her to starve? As she won’t eat anything else. On top of it the cheek if them to charge £3 per adult. Price for child is not cheap either. I appreciate we in the midst of the cost of living crisis. But to over charge and force children to buy their overpriced meal is unacceptable! Won’t be going back again.

Our son had a birthday party last weekend. For the kids great place, amazing play area apart under 5's. My little girl was chewing some piece of soft large brick, not safe at all. As a parent, a host, I am not happy at all. Party booked for 11 kids and table only for 6 so all parents could not sit together. So embarrassed when guests asked me where they can sit and why not all togheter. Dinning area for kids not cozy, bare walls. And not privet at all. There were people sitting nearby and one of them just left and the other one were part of our party (watching). One more thing. Party bags just a huge joke. Inside 4 very poor quality items, maybe it is all worth it max a pound. We will not come back for the party any more but we might for play only.

EDIT: Have been since referenced refurbishment and my comments still stand. The new sensory and disco area is good but 80% of the floor in under 4 area is still hard and there is absolutely no monitoring to speak of to prevent older children coming in. I was there off peak, 3pm ish, a member of staff was actually in there tidying and paid no attention to the 8 year old (assumed as was attending 8th birthday party) who was running around slamming the baby prams into the outside of the play kitchen and trying to climb the frame of it. I had to tell him to get down as i was concerned he would land on my 18 month old, he just ran off onto the under 4 climbing bit right past said oblivious staff member. I just felt a need to post an edit in light of owners seemingly positive and receptive response which hasn't become a reality. Original review: We come here a lot as it is our local albeit not our favourite. It is well fit out for the kids in terms of equipment and food is good But there are a few things which let it down everytime. One is that there is absolutely no monitoring by staff to ensure only younger ones go in the designated area for them. Which means there can often be bigger children playing too roughly for my little ones. Compared to our preferred soft play where under 5s have a specific band and someone is on the gate at all times checking the children have this when they go in. They also do not keep on top of tidying, so often the area for younger ones is very messy to the point that it is just full of trip hazards, made worse by the fact that despite being a soft play, the floor in the younger area is largely hard. Again the better soft play in Cheadle have the same member of staff responsible for the gate, keeping on top of the tidying. Lastly I do not like the games room and feel it is unnecessary. I rarely see anyone using them, just parents desperately trying to get their children out. This could be so fantastic with a bit of tweaking, unfortunately it just falls short everytime.

It's changed a lot since the last time we went, its been completely renovated. We had two three year old and a four year old with us, they loved it. It's a big play area with lots of activities. The food and drinks are reasonably priced. Excellent value for money

Good play area, would advise taking little ones during the week as holiday/weekends there’s a lot of bigger kids running around without a care in the world. A few times now my son has been knocked right over due to them & their parents are too busy with their coffee & phones to do anything to control them. Good options for food, I have attached photos of the menu as oddly enough they don’t have any trace of it online. Staff are always lovely

Visited Antz today for the first time since the refurbishment and I was so impressed. The play area is slightly smaller, but I was happy about that because I felt like I could see both of my children quite quickly when I needed to. The cafe area is lovely and clean with staff who come quickly to serve if not already there. In fact, the staff were absolutely lovely throughout our visit and couldn’t do enough for us. There’s a huge selection of drinks for both children and adults. I loved that there was water available as well as fruit shoots, fruit juice cartons, milkshake cartons and some fizzier drinks. For adults, there’s the teas and various coffees as well as herbal teas and hot chocolate. We didn’t eat, but the menu seemed really nice with healthier options rather than just the usual chicken nuggets/pizza. My children absolutely loved it today and we will definitely be returning.

Lovely, big, clean playcentre. There's a separate, enclosed section for 3s and under. The only downside is that, for some reason, there is access to the big play equipment from the baby section so you have to watch your little one if your baby can climb!! It's not much fun dragging a frustrated toddler off the slope repeatedly. The food is nice but expensive. The portions are fairly sizeable so I imagine a lot of kids could share to keep costs down? Definitely get the kids' meal deal if you're planning to eat there - there's no meal deal option for adults. The parking is sometimes readily available in the car park outside but sometimes it is completely full so that's very hit. All the people who work there except one are really lovely - there's one person who is very grumpy and stroppy, but the rest are adorable.

Amazing place for families. Children from 1 to 10 years old will love it. The place is tidy and clean from the play area to the toilets and the staff is also very helpful. There is also a nice cafe which serves lovely food for adults and children.

First time here as not from the area. Great place for young children. My 3yo daughter loved it. Cafe area is great with lots of options (including wine 😁). Place is lovely and clean including the toilets which is not always the case as these places! Well done to the owners and team.

Thank you so much Antz in your Pantz! Thanks to your support, my son was finally able to walk at 34 months. I always feel welcomed and cheered from all of your kind staff and kind regular customers. What has been a very tough and long journey with my lovely son was made a lot easier because you were with us. The facilities here are amazing, always clean. A great place to exercise for any child and particularly those with any additional physio needs. I have loved seeing my son’s improvement here and we have so many nice memories. I never forget this place and these people in my life forever, thank you. Merry Christmas 🎁🎄

Great place for the kids. Staff very friendly will definitely be our regular spot each month. Food and drink could be abit cheaper but apart from that all round 5 star

Generally good. Recent change of policy (or over-enthusiastic security dragon) now makes it much less useable if you have two children either side of age 4, as they're no longer free to accompany each other (advice from aforementioned dragon was, "you have to choose which one to leave alone"...). This has really spoiled it for my children unfortunately as they want to play together!

Great play centre. Nice and clean with lots of different activities for the kids to enjoy. Attended a party here and it was expertly organised, the staff were extremely friendly and made the kids feel very welcome. The centre also includes a lovely cafe area for the adults to grab a drink or some yummy treats. Will definitely be bringing my kids back here.

Friendly staff and plenty to do for the kids (3 & 5 year old). Food is good too which is a bonus ! edit. Another visit today. As good as it was last time but they've had a refurb, it looks fab!

Very clean lots of space and fun for all ages. The only thing that could be better is there could be more choices for dietary requirements and diets as you can't bring your own food. Overall I would recommend.

Had the most amazing 5th party for my son. Amy was outstanding and made sure everything ran smoothly and took all the hassle out of kids party madness! So much food, and extremely happy kids! Great place for a stress free party 🎉

Smaller than it used to be and more expensive. Staff are friendly and helpful but not sure it's enough to convince us to come back, sorry. Food was expensive and mediocre 😕 Parents didn't have to pay for entry before but they do now. The venue is tightly packed and you'll be lucky to find a table or somewhere to store your things. If you're unfortunate not to find one, you'll find yourself stood round like a vulture eagerly watching and waiting to swoop in when someone vacates all while trying to tame the excitement of your kids already stripping their shoes and coats off 🤦‍♀️ Also.....!! Don't forget to book online before you arrive! There's no more drop in and pay at the desk unless you fancy standing in a 5ft sq space with several other parents who have all just realised the same thing and trying to book via their phones. Aside from the cost and chaos, it is at least clean and the kids had fun.

Nice clean and newly refurbished soft play centre (bathrooms were very clean!). Only down side is the go Karts are a pay as you ride (not mentioned anywhere on the website! £1 per 3min ride! And they only opened at 12 on the day we went (also no mention of that at all on the website!). Restaurant is quite "posh" looking, however portions are small for what you pay.

Utter chaos there this morning. Lots of older children unsupervised running everywhere. Barging into little children and toddlers. The older children were going into the under 5 area and no parents or staff said anything. My 3 year old grand daughter was hurt when an older child stuck a bulldog clip on her hand whilst my back was turned looking after her 18month old sister. I will never go there again.

The parking area is too small and full on weekends. Had to walk a long way on a street without sidewalks. The Softplay area is huge and amazing. Just did not like one space with candies and toys in vending machines - not the right place to have a lollipop in mouth and run for a slide 😃 Hope it will stay clean and fresh for a long🤞

Wow what a lovely place Antz is now very bright and colourful, took my 2 children today and they had a great time, it is very clean, lovely friendly staff and food is brilliant for children and adults. Will definitely be going back again.

The newly refurbished Antz in Your Pants is absolutely fantastic! It is bright, clean and the soft play equipment is varied, exciting and my 3 kids love it! The new management have made huge improvements to the facilities and the new menu and cafe area make it a great place for adults too!

So happy that Antz has finally reopened as there hasn't been a soft play centre locally for a long time. The whole place has been re-done & the makeover is amazing - it's immaculately clean, the activities are suitable for kids of all ages, the staff are friendly & welcoming and the prices are reasonable for both the soft play & the cafe. I was delighted with our first visit & will be back again soon. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Never been before the refurb so can't compare the changes made however as soon as I walked in I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and tidy and fresh everywhere looked. Very modern Very clean Staff were very welcoming and friendly Both the older kids area and the under 5s have plenty to keep the kids busy Reasonably priced especially considering it has to be the smartest soft play I have ever visited. Cool little "arcade" area but unfortunately we didn't get the chance to use it as most of the things were "out of order" Food was no e if on the expensive side but again I think it makes sense for the quality of the place. Highly recommended visit and I will be bringing my son back again very soon

  • 4/5 Michelle A. 2 years ago on Google
I was really happy that Antz was reopening and they haven't disappointed with the refurb, its unrecognisable. The under 5s area is good, a decent size with lots going on, the main play frame is also pretty good. Lots of things to keep the kids busy and nice and bright. I didn't eat but the coffee was nice. Very expensive now though, sadly no longer a rainy day option, more a special treat (over £18 to take my 2 toddlers). I can't give it a 5 star rating due to the lack of parking/safe walking route. We went on a Friday morning and it was full, like many people I was left parking quite a way away and wrangling two toddlers through a busy industrial estate car park.
