👍 Really well set up and a great place for kids. Says on the website 'No food purchased outside can be brought into the Den to be consumed, this does not apply to babies', but when we got there we were told the 'does not apply to babies' bit apparently means only pouch/puree type things are allowed,... Mixed reviews on this place. Too many older children that looked older than 5 rushing about the place on the toy cars, without parental supervision and bashing into the younger toddlers asking them to ‘hurry up’ and ‘get out of the way’. I had to tell 2 children to be careful around my 16 month old, and she was still hit in the face by one child carrying a plastic box thing whilst on one of the toy cars. Lots of smaller groups of parents strewn about the place having chats, and taking up loads of space, so between them and the toy car rally there wasn’t much space at all left for those toddlers who were just on foot. It’s pretty small and the staff weren’t the friendliest. Seemed way too overcrowded for one session, but we did go on a Saturday. I’m sure it would be much more relaxed and enjoyable mid week. And also with fewer toy cars. Its not a patch on the ‘Little Seaside Town’ that we went to in Ramsgate over the summer.

We came this morning and had such a lovely time. Children, age 19 months and 4, could have quite happily stayed there all day to play. Such a calming atmosphere, only 5 families allowed in so it made it feel spacious, not getting in each others way and enough tables for each family. The staff were great, very friendly and went above and beyond to make everybody feel welcome. Will be highly recommending to friends and family and we can't wait to return!

I like the play area and concept but they have this bizarre rule about keeping the toilet locked....for a place attracting toddlers this seems absolutely ridiculous. I was heavily pregnant with a potty training toddler and it made the whole experience pretty tough. So probably won't be back soon!

Says on the website 'No food purchased outside can be brought into the Den to be consumed, this does not apply to babies', but when we got there we were told the 'does not apply to babies' bit apparently means only pouch/puree type things are allowed, so the non pouch/puree type things we'd brought we were not allowed to give to our baby and so had to leave before the end of out time slot to go elsewhere! Also no real savoury gluten free options bar Pom Bears and fruit

Thank you for the most wonderful birthday party for my daughter! The staff were exceptional and the whole experience was so impressive. Booking our party at Little World for Scholars took the stress and worry about planning the party away. The team served all of the food, cut the cake and arranged the party bags. They didn’t stop for the hour and a half. Thank you so much!! Would definitely recommend a party with you!

Had my daughters 4th birthday here a week ago and it was brilliant! The staff were wonderful, extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. All the kids had a lovely time and it was very stress free for me. Can’t recommend them enough!

Great cafe. We have visited a couple of times with my 3 year old and 1 year old. Perfect location right next to the train station.

Booked for my sons 3rd Birthday and we had the loveliest time. All the staff were welcoming and so helpful, they set out all the food and poured drinks for the parents. Nothing was too much and we enjoyed every second. The play area was really well set out with lots for the kids to play with, the ages ranged from 2 1/2 to 6 and everyone had fun! Thank you so much and we look forward to coming back!

We had our son's 3rd birthday party here and it was brilliant, would highly recommend. The staff set everything out, helpful throughout the party and then packed up. This allowed us to enjoy the party with the children and parents. The children had a really good time, as did the adults as the children were safely occupied!

We love it at Little World for Scholars, such a gorgeous play centre that is educational and in no way overwhelming. The staff are always lovely and the fact that there's a cafe with decent coffee is alway a plus point in my eyes. One of our fave days out, well done team. See you again soon :)

Place is cool! Not as big as the other one but this one had a nicer cafe area and seemed more ‘modern’ kids loved it so I did too!

Brought my little girl here and had an amazing time, what a lovely small independent business. The staff were so friendly and just went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. The perfect set up being able to enjoy a coffee watching my little girl play. Definitely will be returning!

My little boy has been to little world many times. He absolutely loves the independent play and I feel very at ease and relaxed knowing he is playing in a safe child friendly environment. The staff are always super helpful and the play area has been very well thought out so that each play zone can be seen from the cafe whilst parents have a hot drink. Highly recommended to everybody with young children. 🙂

My children are 1 and 4 years old, they both loved their session here. It was age appropriate for both of them and the restricted group size meant they were able to play with everything and it wasn't too chaotic. It's well run in that regard. The staff were helpful. In the car home the 4 year old asked to go back tomorrow so it was definitely a big hit. Good value for money!

Don’t usually leave reviews but this was quite an experience. We were the only Muslim + non white family there. Not sure if this is the reason why - but we felt quite unwelcome and uncomfortable here to be honest. Good job my 3 year old is too young to notice. She had a good time. The place was overcrowded despite the website saying they control the numbers so kids can enjoy properly. Staff had such a weird vibe. Lots of fake smiles. Wouldn’t bring my toddler or baby back here tbh. Should’ve noticed the lack of diversity on the Instagram page before I booked. The black dolls are a nice attempt though.

My little girl had her 5th birthday party here and it couldn't have been more perfect. The staff were brilliant. The children loved the play area so much. Definitely recommend

Our daughter loves it here, and that’s good enough for us. They’ve made really good use of quite a small space and created something really cool. The only thing I’d say is with an 80min play session, we tend to try not to eat there as it cuts down the play time to the point where it starts to become less good value. The 9:30-10:50 slot is ideal as it avoids meal times.

We are grandparents and we were booked in by daughter in law with 2 grandchildren. What a great place the weather outside was raining but even if its not this is such a lovely clean place where children can play and play in a safe environment. Parents etc can just sit and relax having lovely coffee and cake. Or alternatively join in with the play. I wish we lived closer would use a lot. The team that run it are 👍 Thankyou again for an enjoyable babysitting experience. 😊

We’ve been a few times now and everyone we bring along loves it. Perfect for a range of ages and all the different areas means there’s lots to keep the little ones busy. It’s always a struggle to get my daughter to leave - she loves it! Tea, coffee, snacks and cakes available too 👌

We’ve been going to Little world for scholars for a while now and it’s such a fantastic place to take the kids (especially in the winter when it’s too cold for parks) I can just sit in the cafe area and watch my kids play as I drink my coffee. Today we had my little girls 3rd birthday party here and we absolutely loved it! They always dedicate 10mins of cleaning after every session to make sure the area is safe and clean for the next kids to play and it puts me at ease knowing my kids are playing in a sanitary space! I was really impressed with how organised and orderly they made our party too, because that’s almost impossible with so many kids! But it was perfect and us parents were able to enjoy ourselves too. They helped setup the party decor, took care of the birthday cake, served and looked after all our guests. I honestly can’t recommend them enough and we will definitely be coming back for future parties as well as more play dates 🥰

We had our daughter's 3rd Birthday party here today, and it was perfect. The staff have been great from booking through to the party itself. They set up the party food tables and were great at making sure everything went smoothly and everyone had what they needed. It was lovely to have the place to ourselves, and the children absolutely loved playing together. Thank you so much to the Little World staff, we would not hesitate to recommend this place as a party venue. See you again for a play session soon!

Lovely place to bring a young toddler; very clean and the hosts/owners are very attentive. Would be even better of sessions were just a little longer!

Perfect place for young children's party celebrations. Well organised and play sections kept the little ones happy . The young staff well trained and everything was set up perfectly. Good coffee served to the awaiting parents. No trears no tantrums from a group of a dozen 3 year olds .perfect party .

We had a such a super time this morning at Little Scholars my 15 month old was running around enjoying himself as we said in a ‘yes’ space where nothing is off limits. The staff were super helpful, coffee lovely and nice and cool on a very hot day! Thank you we will be back!

We had a birthday party at little scholars for my son't 5th Birthday. Children loved the place and the staffs were super. I definitely recommend this place for toddlers and preschool age children. They would love it.

Cafe is very overpriced and half the little cars were broken. Much smaller than it looked online and no one wearing masks, staff included, despite the signs asking you to. Staff weren't very welcoming, they weren't impolite or anything but it was a little uncomfortable. I liked the idea of it but I was disappointed overall.

My son loved it...it was great to see him use his imagination 💙 It was well managed and great for the little ones to explore independently.

We held my daughters 5th birthday here this weekend. The staff were fabulous and took care of everything. We arrived 10 mins before to get set up. Nicola and the staff were brilliant and just took control and set everything up within minutes. Just what I needed! I would definitely recommend. Perfect for 1 to 5 year olds. If you want a stress free party in a lovely setting then this is the place for you.

NCT PARTY We had a brilliant time on Sunday celebrating our babies second birthdays. As an NCT group we booked exclusive use which was brilliant as we took over the whole place and the children could run around and we could all chat knowing they were having a great time in a safe environment. The staff couldn't have done more for us, calling beforehand to see if there was anything they could help with, and on the day setting things up for us so we didn't need to lift a finger. I would recommend booking a party for the end of the day as you get a little longer to play and cut the cake! Would recommend!

I had a great day here with my little girl, was small but plenty for her to do and let her imagination run wild. Only down side are the coffee was very expensive and they didn’t have much of a food selection but apart from that it’s a great place to let the kids have fun, small enough so you can leave them to play and have a drink and sit down. Nice staff to.
