A confusing visit. I was advised that my order had not arrived, yet, upon looking for alternatives on the shelves, I discovered the items I had ordered were a stock item. Other than that, the store was well presented and the staff very attentive.

Lots of choice for artists and crafters. The reward vouchers are a great added bonus too.

I shouldn't be allowed in this shop. It's fabulous. There's a lot of great stuff for ideas you've had or to inspire new ones. Great for adults and kids alike and all very competitively priced. The staff are lovely and knowledgeable too.

Doing some hobby? Doing some craft? You'll probably find stuff you need, it didn't know you need at Hobbycraft. So much stuff, so many hobbies, so much craft. Takes about a week to walk round and decide. Definitely worth a visit, for a hobbyist or crafter.

Great place for crafty gifts. Got a great selection of jigsaws, models and ideas for Christmas gifts. Friendly helpful staff

I'm a lottery ticket away from buying the entire shop. Staff were super friendly too! But yes if you're into any kind of craft this is your favourite place on earth

No one on the shop floor to provide advice. Had to queue at the till to get any help, along with several other customers doing the same. No aperture cards in stock so a wasted visit. Will go elsewhere.

Good store with a lot of options for things. I went for wool and they had super chunky as well as the standard wool. They have a lot of tools for crafting for both adults and children. Including colouring books, clay, paint and decorations.

I visited the Altrincham store today for 2 doughnut stands for my sons birthday tomorrow. I was helped by Aimee she went above and beyond to help me find them. Initially they weren’t on the shop floor and she went through the deliveries etc to find them for me. She was so helpful and such a lovely girl. I can’t thank her enough!!

Came today for some machine demonstration after seeing the advert last week. They had 3 members of staff helping one customer and after waiting 10 minutes I decided to leave. Waste of a 30 minute journey

Great shop for hobbies and crafts parking free and easy worth a trip

I was a little disappointed with the selection. It's becoming more of a stationary store than arts and crafts, with a larger and larger section on paper related crafts. But then, I'm a jewellery maker and the selection has just been getting smaller and smaller with every visit for that type of product. Still worth a visit if you're after paper, paint, wool, model paints etc. or picture frames.

Large parking areas. And the disabled parking is plentiful. Hobbycraft really does cover every craft. There is only one problem there is so much I go in for one or two things and come out with two bags full.

The young lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and very patient. I was very pleased with the service I received and wouldn't hesitate to shop there again.

I honestly love this shop. It has big variety of products so everyone can find something for themselves. The only thing could have been improved is baking aisle. There's a lot of items there but it would be better to have them more as not always I have time for online shopping. Overall I'm very pleased with this shop.

Very quiet, they've had a move round so it took a while to find everything we wanted, but very friendly staff.They seem to have everything you could think of for art's and crafts.

Brilliant although old they had trollies unlike stockport. Being disabled, when I asked for the baking section was told right at the back of the store. Hence I went to altrincham. Staff in both were helpful x

I only called in to pick up an online order that I'd setup collect from store. I wish I had more time as it looks like a well stocked shop with a huge amount of different craft making materials. It is spread over two floors. I don't know if there is a lift up for people with disabilities. The staff seem very helpful and knowledgeable.

To be honest, I'd be more likely to comment if I DIDN'T receive terrific service at Hobby craft, anywhere in the UK. Not only are the staff here (and everywhere I've been) very, very knowledgeable and helpful, they are nice. In fact, the customers are nice as well! Must be a crafting thing but I've never met so many warm and interesting people in one place. A trip to Hobbycraft is a pleasurable experience, always, long may that continue.

Used Hobbycraft to get all my stall set up for Melanin Markets this year 🥳🥳 at Royal Exchange Theatre. Everybody said how beautiful the bits and bobs were. Everything all in one place and very patient staff! Xx

Very good, will definatly go again. Bit disappointed they didn't have jungle cupcake holders to match the edible Cup cake toppers. Also didn't have sealable bottles for storing kombucha or homemade wine. Prices reasonable n got a 15% off voucher valid for a month. Seem to have a wider range online

Wool selection is rubbish. Hardly any natural fibres or 4 ply weight.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Some v good discounts as well. Pleasantly surprised.

Okay! It's a hobbycraft, the store is clean and has a lot of stock for some things. I'd recommend trying to shop locally if you can, the prices are around the same and you're supporting local stores over a larger one like Hobbycraft.

I placed a click & collect order and was very confused to receive an sms + emails stating that my parcel would be delivered. After calling the store on the day it was supposed to be delivered, and then HQ I found out they were not only not delivering, but that one of the items must have been out of stock. At no point did Hobbycraft communicate anything to me, and made me waste my time waiting for a parcel that would never arrive. To be avoided.
