Have booked with other places but not a patch on the service here, great staff manager and owner always helpful but this time with all the stress of holidays I’ve been email and going in, very helpful. today have been in and Andy has spend a long time going through all the things you need to and even sorted out all my vaccines with chemist and coming back into the country test, they could not do more to help they have gone above and beond there duty, outstanding service

Can’t thank craig at admiral travel enough. Originally booked direct with Tui, who then cancelled our trip with less than 24 hours notice. Went into Tui altrincham and they had no interest in helping. We went to admiral travel and told craig we needed to go away the next morning. He made time for us, calmed us both down, and found us an amazing deal. The difference in service between using a high street chain like Tui, and using an admiral was unbelievable. Can’t thank them enough for saving our holiday.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, they are polite, and will try their best to show you all the options. Not a large or fancy looking shop but it's got the brochures available to take away. I'm very satisfied with the service and the help they gave me to make my holiday happen.

I'd not reccomed this branch. Don't take any responsibility. Manager isn't that good at all. Owner passed the book. Staff all round don t sing from the same hymn sheet haven't a clue. Save your money and book online yourself!!!!!! Holiday I booked with them is a massive let down considering we paid near £4000.

After having a very bad start at tui - where the sales person obviously had really little experience / knowledge and gave us no confidence we headed off to Thomas cook. One person on the desk and four people waiting on a Saturday morning mmmmmm - no thanks. We went into Admiral travel across the way, not expecting anything different. Straight away we were able to speak to someone. Tineka listened to us about our remit and budget and came up with three different options. We felt so confident at what she was able to offer and show us we booked there and then. Since then they have proved to be really professional going the extra mile. I had a bad accident near time full payment was required and was not contactable via the phone number they had for us, Andy, the boss took the time, really nicely, to call round to see us at our house rather than cancelling our holiday like a big company would have done. That is what makes the difference. Can’t praise them enough and will definitely be going back to see Andy and his team next time.

I have just come back from my holiday to New York, Las Vegas and San Francisco. Good flights! Amazing hotels in prime locations! Even when traveling though America admiral travel already sorted out baggage cost! Everything was perfect couldn't ask for a better travel agency. So friendly and always happy to help.
