Been dealing with them on and off since the 1980s always helpful, shop only essentially operating part-time hours currently. Full of knowledge and always very easy to deal with.

A unique rare shop in these times.. Been in this shop on and off for decades, {raido controled cars etc..} I bought a lot of fleischmann track from here... I just hope it still keeps going... jim

Bought a loco there today, loads of OO models to look at and plenty of new stock ready to go. Not many model shops left these days, but this was definitely well worth a visit. Price was keen as well. Thanks a lot.

0ne of the best traditional model shops in the North West with a great range of model kits, paints, glues and accessorirs. It also has a well established pedigree as a trusted retailer of railway sets, engines, carriages and tremendous range of trackside kits and accessories. If you're into Oxford Diecast you'll find a great selection there as well. Waltons has a website and offers a reliable mail order service.

We are lucky to still have this shop open in Altrincham, my son has now reached the age he can play and build trains & models so can now visit more frequently. Great service and Great choice, well worth as they have extensive stock.

I used to go in their regularly when i worked in Altrincham and was always impressed by the level of service and knowledge. after a 15+ year break in modelling i am back into it and visiting the shop again was great!! An incredible range of stock and very competitive prices, backed up by genuine product knowledge and enthusiasm for the hobby!

It a good traditional modeling shop that is well stocked. Unfortunately it is only opened Thursday; Friday and Saturday. It’s a shame because there are so few left. Support your local hobby shop.
