Took my iPhone SE in for screen repair and now the home button is broken. The home button was working perfectly fine before I took it in, I just took it in because the screen was cracked. Guy said there was nothing he could do and it was a common problem and then tried to tell me that the button was already broken. After reading about it, this shouldn’t happen if the repair is done properly. I’ve just paid them to break my phone. Cowboy operation. Do not use this service!!

, I was made to pay 75£ and my phone was returned to me after an hour with the inner circuit more damaged therefore causing my speakers to completely be cut off and my IPhone no longer able to work , they offer no refund and warrantee even if they damage your phone .

Took in my daughters I phone 8 last week which need a screen and LCD repair. Took it in and was done that day and the cost was reasonable so was very happy. After getting home was unable to unlock it so took it back in this week and again sorted within the afternoon. 100% recommended 👌

I wish I looked at the reviews before going to this place cause by the looks of things the owner will always blame you, I came in and got my iPhone 11 fixed from water damage by a young lad called Oli, I think? £35 for the water damage and £35 for the back light, my screen was still working until I gave it to him to open up to fix the water damage and then he told me it went off and wasn’t working, then told me he just needed to fix the back light and changed his view and said my screen wasn’t going to get any worse from the damage caused by the water which when I called them up again and explained that the top of my screen has gone weird Oli then gave me me a bit of abuse in the phone so I called the manager who then told me I was lying about Oli saying my screen was going to be fine, I will give them some credit though, I could only afford to pay £50 for it all and they let until I could afford the £20, now my Face ID has stopped working again so they just took my £50 and put the screen that was supposedly okay which ended up not being okay onto my now apparently fixed phone, I wouldn’t go here if I was you they just scam you and take your money just for your phone to be buggered again and if the owner does decide to reply back to this blaming it on me know it so he can make the customer wrong

essentially soft bricked my phone and nothing i tried worked. phone was unresponsive and wouldn't reboot at all. lad at the shop had it fixed within half an hour, and for a very reasonable price as well. top work, very happy.

Awful. I got some water in my phone. They said the water damage would be £35. SoI left it with them and gave them a number to contact me in. When I returned they said as well as £35; I would have to pay £85 for a new screen. I told them they should have mentioned this to me at the start or at least phoned me before I returned. I decide to pay. Wasn’t happy. Anyway after a week the phone started not to work. The screen was flicking on and off and the colour was changing. Please avoid this shop!!

Awful experience from start to finish. Went in on 28/12 to get my phone fixed, was fixed fine. Few days later the glitching started, but nothing that a hard restart wouldn’t fix. Things got progressively worse so I took it back in on the 17/1. Was then told to come back next week as the engineer wasn’t in. Fast forward a week and my phone isn’t turning on. Went in tonight, the 25/1, and have been told it’s my fault. Somehow, Omar knew it was my fault. Because in all my years of taking my devices into repair shops, this one time I take it here it’s my fault. Honestly, such a shocking service. No card payments on set items, no receipts, no chance of a refund or reduced payment. His best offer was taking £10 off. Shocking. Never go here. Plenty of better places just around the corner.

Very Bad. Stay well away from Z tech Mobiles. You will be sorry if you do business with them.

Took my one plus 3T in to get the screen repaired. I bought the glass panel myself and it was fitted by ztech. The service was fantastic and considering every other shop told me it wasn't possible to just replace the glass, despite me knowing this was false they did the glass only for me. Saved myself 80 odd quid. As the other shops I had approached would only do full glass and screen, even though my screen was fine. The able guys! Would recommend.

Omar fixed the cracked screen on my Google pixel 3a Unfortunately the first replacement screen he tried stopped working after a week or so, but he was then able to source a genuine/original/official Google Pixel 3a screen withy phone now working as good as new Omar had to pay extra for this particular screen but did not pass on this extra cost to me, instead covering the cost himself. He also was extremely flexible with helping me to get my phone back as soon as he could, with him opening up outside his normal working hours to help. He also very kindly offered me a replacement phone while mine was being fixed All in all would definitely recommend him to my friends and family, thanks again for your help

My phone came back in worse condition, now it has faults it never had and the original faults are now amplified. Also, the prognosis kept changing just to extract more money from me. I paid a lot of money and feel scammed.

My wife took iPad Pro to get checked which we had to charge every 3-4 hours ( had short battery life bought 3 years ago ).Their guy told the fault and repair would cost £90 and gave 1 year warranty. It stopped working in next 10 minutes completely turned off and never worked not even charging just dead. They didn’t give any money back neither could find fault or repair it.

Omar, An update. As I promised, we took the phone you said had a broken screen to our usual reputable engineer. He took the screen off and put the same one back on again and hey presto! - it worked. You didn't even bother doing that when we came into your shop yesterday. You'd had your £70 and you weren't interested. You were too busy saying the screen is broken, the screen is broken, he's broken the screen, take it to the Apple shop they will tell you and tossing broken screens onto your counter. You ought to be embarrassed. It wasn't broken at all. So in answer to your response to my son's review yesterday: From you Omar - 'Nice story you didn’t mention that you have break the screen. There’s no warranty for physical damage as it’s cleared. We’re only responsible for manufacture faults. Thanks 🙏' What about engineer faults? Unlike you my son has nothing to hide. It wasn't broken Omar and you didn't even bother to look to see if it was. Too busy doing the old CASH ONLY, NO RECEIPT, NO COMEBACK! Whoops! Almost forgot. Omar, you owe my son £15, that's what he was charged to sort your mess out. Not the £60 you tried to con him out of for another replacement screen. BUYER BEWARE!! When Omar gets it wrong he really doesn't want to know.

Got 11 pro max repaired today in 45 minutes with a reasonable price excellent job done really recommend them.

Phone was smashed to pieces and now its perfect. Not laggy at all

Everybody please look at James (3months ago) , Ryaan Ahmed’s (3 days ago ) and Andy Tates reviews , the man Omar Khokar is constantly not fixing phones as we have all got together to warn people of this , they can report reviews and label them as fake all they want when these people are legitimate , theres full proof of the days they entered z tech mobile and proof of the phones not being fixed and still being charged for a dis service . Carry on with your false claimed z tech mobile
