Went into the shop and felt utterly ignored. I asked a question to the shop assistant and she was reluctant to help. I actually liked some of the pieces but was put off but the rudeness of all the staff. Felt like i was being judged for my ethnicity and class. Really dissapointed.

Such a good shop and massively underappreciated. Half our house is from here. Everything is priced much cheaper than Next Home or M&S - I'll fight anyone who says otherwise.

Got the chair we were looking for and only got to wait a few days for delivery also great gift ideas.

Lovely shop, very helpful friendly staff

This store is always so homely and full of lovely items which makes me nostalgic in a good way. It's towards the more luxurious end, but affordable. I find it therapeutic when browsing around before my purchases. The prices I find fair for the value and quality of their products. Staff ask if you need assistance but let you be otherwise. Only thing is they close early between 4pm and 5pm in line with most of the commercial good stores in Altrincham centre.

I’ve bought a few items from this shop, including two larger items (dining set and corner unit). Lovely shop with lots of nice pieces. Staff are delightful and customer service is the best I’ve come across. I’d highly recommend.

Nice well stocked shop with some nice individual pieces. Lovely attentive staff, brother has just moved to the area and was very pleased with his new table lamp!

Came to look at sofas today. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Not pushy at all, just obviously really knowledgable about and proud of their products. A beautiful shop with high quality furniture. I’ll be back!

Love this shop - very inviting and beautiful arrangements in store to really showcase the items. High quality - nothing tacky in here - and reasonably priced. Staff, especially Donna who served us, were exceptionally friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!

I make sure I visit the Altrincham showroom at least once a week! The staff there are so polite and always willing to help. Justine is the nicest lady EVER and always goes above and beyond. It’s a pleasure to shop there.

Well laid out and inviting furniture store with a wide and interesting range of quality furniture. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. We were looking to buy some dining chairs that were on display but had to leave details because the items were out of stock. Homebirds called me a week or so later to say the items had arrived - ;two days later the items were delivered as ordered which made me very happy. I am only knocking a star off because the price of each chair had increased by £25 over the advertised price in the store. It's great to have a local quality furniture store where you can try before you buy!!

Great furniture but, disorganized and delivery got completely messed up. Waited around for 2.5 hours for the delivery. Was given a 1 hour slot for delivery then was told it would be late beyond the time slot. However I ended up waiting a further 1.5 hours until I was told the delivery was messed up and I would have to wait until the next day. In the end good customer service, and delivery charge was refunded.

Me and partner came into homebird as we have just moved into a brand new apartment and not one person out of the four member of staff greeted us or asked if we needed any assistance Infact one member of staff walked straight past us, she didn’t even make eye contact, they were uninterested in our presence so we left. I found this store rude and pretentious and I wouldn’t give them a penny of my money. Terrible customer service

Beautiful shop, with gorgeous stock. One of my first places to visit post-lockdown with very friendly and helpful staff in the Altrincham store. I live in Liverpool and it’s well worth the drive. Visited the Wirral store, but not as impressed. Liverpool would love a Homebird Interiors if you’re expanding

Interesting store, prices reasonable to high. Lovely to browse, tasteful and items displayed with thought and harmoniously.

No longer at that location.Prices have gone up, but I love the store, bought my sofas there.
