What can I say... Better than Tesco's... For the price conscious. Can't complain about the opening times or the parking... Very convenient location. 👍

Trolleys need a pound coin, all fruit & veg wrapped excessively in plastic, loads of processed food and cheap plastic products in middle isle. Branded products not particularly cheap. Self service temperamental with limited space for packing.

Busy busy busy! Apart from one of the twistiest car parks around, it tends to be heaving. They increased the size a few years back but it's still pretty small and frequent stockouts of items. Plus a big Lidl has opened half a mile away, and the Altrincham Aldi has been upgraded massively. Nevertheless, this is a good option when combined with Tesco across the street for top-up or petrol. Plus the staff even ask you if you need any help, or they slow down the scanning if you ask.

Ample parking spaces.. Lots of disable spaces, good store lay out and choice, the shopping baskets are grubby and need cleaning... Love the new aldi self checkout, although it needs 2 staff at hand to help you, as the young lad was all over the place 😂 👍👍

Visit Sunday December 4 2922. Bought 2x Fresh crabmeat to take to work on Monday but noticed the the best before date as 30/11 on Monday. 4 days over for seafood is too much so I had to bin them . Poor shop floor management imo . Should have been short dated stickered. Do I need to check all Best by dates from now on to save money and waste ?

Typical Aldi with a lot of good stuff. Good parking facilities. Could get a bit crowded so need to plan the visit.

Good choice of food and sometimes strange items that you don't normally expect to buy from a grocery store that change weekly I think

I have just been at this store in Altrincham and I experienced a really unfair/unpleasant service. I had bought one energy drink and at the time I approached the till I was told to remove my face mask in a very harsh way, I told the person helping me that I had my ID my cards and so on and explain as why I couldn’t remove my mask/ I suffer from a skin condition that can get really bad at times. This was the case. Then still he couldn’t approve my purchase. The manager was call and again, I was treated with not respect as the manager crearly had very little knowledge about customer service. He told me that without showing my face they couldn’t serve me. Obviously, I got very upset, but never was rude. After had shown all my cards, including my ID card in which crearly shows my age over 30s. I do believe that this type of situations need to be look at. You cannot treat people as they are just a piece of rubbish. People deserves respect! Today you made me feel well discriminated.

Very good nice friendly staff if not a little rushed. But you know that in advance with Aldi Checkouts.

The store is neat and clean. Each section of the store has a variety of options to choose from. Due to the excellent signage throughout the store, I was able to find everything I needed very easily. The prices were fair and with the self-checkout, I was able to complete my purchase quickly without any problems.

Everything I need (and want) under one roof (at really good prices)! So clean & well organised. Helpful staff too. I was too tired to go through a self check-out, so a happy smiling helpful check-out assistant was just what I needed. Thank you! Maria T.

Good place for British grocery items. You can easily find Chicken, Fish and other non veg items along with Milk, vegetables, Kids zone and few warm cloths as well as breads.

It was a credit to yourselves. We struggle with self check out but the staff all ways open a till for us with a smile on their faces 👍

Love shopping here, friendly staff in all the stores I have visited.Not keen on the self service check out ,rather chat with staff on the tills and your limited to space if like me you do a weekly shop on each visit.

It is one of the best and cheapest supermarket in Altrincham. The fruits and vegetables section is always full of stock, great choice and great price. Big parking space, excellent customer service 👍

Oh- it's an Aldi- another popular place full of slow moving people who use blocking tactics to block aisles and shelves with their trolleys. Don't ever think of a quick shop here as the checkout queues tend to be very long. Use the self-service, as this ideal for basket. However, have noticed that the trolley people are now using them and generating the massive wait times!!!

Aldi is a very cheap supermarket, so you won’t find big brands there, but that’s the point! We go there every year to buy some food for the food bank, we spend £100 buying food. It is usually quite empty, but we love filling it up. Since 2017 it’s moved places, and is a lot more crowded, probably because of the cost of living crisis. Aldi is great for some great bargains, not the best quality, but what can you expect for a whole weeks worth of food for £100

I wanted to buy some bags of coal from outside the store. As they are 10kg each I asked if I could pay inside and then grab them out there so I didn’t need to lug 40kg of coal into a cart through the store and then lug them out of the cart into my car. I could have accepted a sorry that is not possible. But I was very displeased that the cashier was upset that I even asked and very dismissive , even rolling her eyes. Since I didn’t even have a coin to get a cart this meant I had to sadly go somewhere else. Disappointing the whole experience

Good Aldi. Follows exactly the same plan as other ALDI that I visit. Great selection of goods and products

The first Aldi I have come across which has a public toilet inside. I found this absolutely amazing because generally they don't come with a public toilet inside. 👍👍👍👍 As it is the 21st century they should come with toilets like all supermarkets have public toilets. ASDA, sainsbury's, Tesco etc. The store was well kept. I do love Aldi's special buys. I managed to buy the last navy storage foot stool. I bought one the day before from the Baguley store for £25. Even better today as....... £5.00 cheaper from Altrincham branch.. Fab stools, Cobbare very comfortable to place your legs on, even better as it comes with a place to sore your stuff!! 🙏🫶👌😎

A good sized Aldi in a great location compared to the other supermarkets nearby. Outside there is a decent number of dedicated parking spaces. If you aren't driving then it is near enough to the main roads to either get a bus or just walk if you don't have too much. You can get pretty much anything you need from this shop from fresh vegetables to frozen products or bakery items.

You've got to love this place. I should shop here more get a load of stuff and it comes to half the price of Asda and its decent stuff too

The new shop is fantastic. Plenty of parking. The most efficient till staff of any supermarket. Quick ,polite and always a pleasure.

Excellent selection if food for great value. The quality is not compromised on most things, the only thing I would say is that the fruit and veg have short dates and often need using within a few days but they are cheap so as long as you're aware you can buy accordingly. Specially selected range is great quality and the weekly offers such as baby and italian events are brilliant!

Much bigger than the old store with good amount of parking, some stock a bit low so only 4 stars sorry, just being honest.

Bright, clean, well-stocked. Sanitation stations at entrance. Had everything I needed dor my 'big' shop. Really great choices on offer, staff helpful & friendly. Own brands are great as is selection of fresh fruit & veg, chilled and frozen goods. Special buys always interesting and usually disappear fast. Checkouts opened & closed as the need arises. There is a washroom and you can get your lottery tickets here.

I don't normally use this branch of aldi but it was fine and you have some lovely staff on the checkouts

It's my favorite aldi. Helpful staff & unlike the other stores it's not Agressive. The staff a chatty & happy.

I like this Aldi. Never had any problems here. Staff are lovely and helpful. So much free parking. A few disabled spaces be nice to have a few more in comparison.

It goes without saying if you want to save money shop at aldi, great choices ,fresh well stocked, wide variety of goods . Thursday and sunday look for specials ranging from cookware clothing to mowers and chainsaws shop wiser and save.

The best supermarket! I just don't know why everyone doesnt shop here. Perfect value for money and quality. Highly recommend. Thank you and keep doing your thing.

I visited the Broadheath Aldi, today, and I was impressed by the size and layout of the store. I liked the self checkout tills that we don't have in our local branch. Big plus - the toilet was very clean.

Glad to see the new location of Aldi provides the same excellent service from the staff with much more range and low prices. The store feels clean the only downside is that there aren't toilets I don't think and there's a lot of staff restocking the shelves that block the path maybe a little bit of organising needs to happen as I couldn't access the shelves a couple of times.

Good range, good prices, nice staff, happy atmosphere, clean shop. Would recommend, only gripe is that they sometimes don't have products that other shops have, but that is to be expected.
