Barney looked after my granddaughters pug dog Iggy with such care. It was his first groom and he really enjoyed his time being pampered He looked like a new dog gleaming and smelt lovely.thank you Barney we will defiantly be back

Amazing customer service! I bought a cage here for my Syrian hamster, unfortunately after a week he had chewed straight through it! After chatting with the online team and getting cut off, I went to branch where they already knew about my situation thanks to online, and they were very understanding and helped me exchange for a better one. Thankyou to the kind staff for their time and patience!

I took my dog Daisy for her usual haircut at this branch today. I just wanted to say a BIG "Thank You" again to Barney the groomer for always delivering an excellent service. Daisy is always calmer being cut/pampered with Barney & he cuts her coat 10/10 service 10/10 every time!

Good range of supplies for small animals. A bit more expensive than Wilko's and the Range, which are close by. Have a loyalty card but never actually received any vouchers or discounts from it.

My local P@H, the staff are really brilliant there and a credit to the company. Any problems I’ve had over the years have been sorted out swiftly and satisfactorily. The app and its rewards scheme are brilliant. We visit usually once a week at least spoiling our fur ball.

I can highly recommend this store with its extremely helpful, friendly, charming; likeable staff members. The upstairs' vets have an excellent reputation as recommended by someone in the medical profession. Excellent range of quality products including kitten crunchies with no additives, high chicken content. Purchased a beautiful furry puppy (no cat ones) bed featuring removeable microwaveable bag to heat: (fabulous idea) in trendy fairly dark practical grey plus cat toys, including crackle ones, also a soft grooming natural bristle dog brush like a curry comb. Spent far more than intended though. Fairly reasonable prices although B&Ms is rock bottom by comparison. However on joining the VIP Club (a simple app download) as recommended by the cashier; ten per cent discount is available. The app appears straightforward to use. I picked up some free kitten food yesterday: it's excellent quality suggested by another female cashier who willingly brought it for me; lovely young lady. Bought a collar which had to be returned as our daughter thought the safety clasp would come undone too easily: I thought it was worth a try. Some impressive cat scratching posts with shelves and tunnels; terrific, imaginative designs. Prohibitively expensive which is a shame as I would have loved to buy one.

A very Good Review that I must leave for Tash. I have honestly never seen a customer service of some sort. She was very keen in helping us and didn’t fail to provide us with all the information we needed. She even provided us with a sheet with all information for our fish tank which shows patience all the way through. She made sure I understood all about the PH and all to sort my tank out after my dying fish. HOnestly amazing customer service from her all the way through. A big thumbs up. Thank you so much Tash.

The vets is great, they always see us when we need an appointment ASAP, the groomers is good too. My dog is always doing his business on the floor in there when we go but the staff are always really nice about it and help me clean it up. Big stock of toys and beds for dogs!

After asking questions and confusing me and wasting my time, my little girl cried because she did not sell me fish, I have had fish and an aquarium for years, I have 3 aquariums and it was empty and ready with a filter and The water was clean and I just wanted to buy two fish of the same shape. She had a really bad and inappropriate attitude towards the manager. It upset me and my daughter. The manager and staff not helpful and rude.(Altrincham pet home)

Went here with my son to buy some gold fish and was helped by a lovely young man called Brian. He was a great help and very patient with my son, who had lots of questions! I’ve emailed the relevant department to commend him but if you are shopping in this store, or passing by, please give Brian some love! 🤗☺️🤗🥰

Excellent service and support. I needed advice with introducing kittens to an older cat. I came out feeling much clearer. I can always get the products I need at fair prices.

Really friendly and helpful staff who are on hand to advise and guide. The veterinary service is excellent and staff there are very reassuring. Well stocked store to keep your pet happy. The Groom Room staff are caring and considerate of your pets needs and happy to cater for its requirements.

I was impressed with the selection of products available across the board for a range of pets. Dogs, cats, fish and birds are well represented. Good stock levels at a reasonable price. The two members we spoke to were very knowledgable and their enthusiasm shone through. I will certainly be going back. Also recommend that you join the VIP Club for the discounts available.

Went in to get a dog crate. I needed the biggest one they had and asked if someone could bring it to the till for me. They were , as always, extremely polite , friendly and helpful. This store and its staff are amazing , the customer service is perfect.
