Great store I adopted two guinea pigs from here and it's been amazing I was fully informed of there needs and what there daily basis routine health check and best food for them there two happy family members

Wasn't great ..the last 2 times I visited the baguley store I couldn't get my cat food as the Isle was blocked with pallets...its a shame. They obviously need more storage space in the store 🙄 sort it out Pets @ Home!!

Very helpful staff, all animals are well looked after. Got a lovely hamster here. Wasn't a great choice of each animal but enough.

Questions about my tank treated me as if I didnt know what I was doing then refund to sell me any fish found them very rude , won't be spend any time or money in there . Go to timpley pet shop great staff very helpful .

Clean and presentable store, has a wide variety of products. Smaller store than some of the other stores in the area but you should be able to get what you need for your pets.

Not great sadly. It's the 2nd visit I'd made for fish equipment. Both times come away feeling no one really cared or offered any advice to help pick a product. Lots of sold out items, shelves not replenished, still the same on the second visit a month or so later. Felt very unwelcome and will be going via Amazon from now on.

Called at the Baguley store today around midday for some assistance in buying a product for my poorly cat but the young lady assistant at the till point was quite unhelpful in her attitude when I asked her what ingredients were listed on the product, which she got from underneath the counter. Also, when I asked about the vet service she definately had an attitude on her for some unknown reason. The experience certainly won't inspire me to shop there in future. I don't usually post reviews but found the whole encounter irritating to say the least.

My first time in this pet shop. Can't find a fault. I entered the shop, straight away I was asked if I was ok and what am I after. Sales assistant helped me to pick what I needed. Till stuff was friendly and polite. Excellent. It was fast and easy. No pressure etc. Well stocked up shop for all your pet needs.

Great store, filled with lots of stock for every need. Clean and nicely stocked always. The staff in here are so helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Always happy to help to find the best option every time. It is always nice to pop by!

You need to teach your employees some manners,rude and arrogant phone staff practically calling me a liar. I hope she's unemployed by Christmas. This woman said they can't put items away for customers,I told her they had done it before,she practically said I was a liar. This morning we thought we would try again today,this time the lady we spoke to on the phone was really nice and put an item away for us straight away. I find this strange when the person we spoke to Saturday said the company never reserves items for customers.

Great amount and variety of stock for the size of the store

Not bad stock, but the water dispensers on the rodents are to low and blocked by toys! I think this needs addressing as it's a bit cruel I bet the little guys are dying of thirst. Maybe adjust them just for piece of mind thanks

Good stock helpfull staff ,clean and tidy store

Smaller store, and parking is a bit of a pain. Based on a larger retail park, but if you use the main retail carpark you need need to cross over the main parking entry. Everything else was up to normal great standard for PAH. Staff helpful. Thanks!

Good stock of pet related stuff and good selection of feeds for pets and also good selection of cold /tropical fishes

The lady I spoke with whilst getting my cat something was very helpful, also had good knowledge

I know I cannot blame this on the store but please do not buy a hamster cage with the tunnel that goes round the outside . Every night I check the the tunnel to make sure it's secure . As I did so last night it was fine but then 1 hour later my hamster had chewed threw it and loosened the tunnel . She escaped and sadly she passed away so please don't buy that particular cage .

Always a warm welcome, they bring stuff to me if I ask, as I use a rollator & cannot see too well to navigate my way round the store , always helpful

Staff members have a bad attitude and do try talk down to you as if you know nothing. My partner had the same experience when asking a general question on a bag of rodent food. Also overheard the staff trying a hard sale/pushy of a monthy payment plan for vaccinations to another customer. Had I had the time and energy i’d of explained that i had previously worked a decade in the aquatic pet industry and could quite happily pick holes in their aquatic lifestock setups.. my advice? Keep small independant pet shops running and not the money grabbing giants

As with all pets at home they have a good stock of many accesories and pet products but can be a little pricey dont go in here much but never had a problem good staff who are helpful.

Went to pick up a cat gym I ordered online, the staff were helpful by putting together for me. Excellent service and will be back again.

I am coming to this shop all the time and the customer service is absolutely great. Last time I’ve been there, Georgina has spent a lot of time with me to help me find the right products for my dog and puppies. Thanks so much for your help

Every times i am going to get something ( dog's frozen food ) they said that run out and excusing something . All the times they are short of products. Poor service 😞
