Excellent team. Very focused and customer centred. Very helpful, not for the first time. This time I needed advise regarding buying some materials for painting. The staff made all effort to help me and saved me a third of price by buying the same products from the same brand in a cheaper price.

Called into Screwfix Altrincham this morning, with a list of items required, the length of my arm, not knowing where to start. One of their staff, Sam, took over, helped us with our choices and selections, he was ever so helpful. Great service, indeed! Thank you, Sam! 😀

Rude delivery drivers. Block the whole car park stopping you leaving and when you explain its urgent you leave and they are causing disruption they laugh. Its not their car park it is used by many business's and blocking the entrance/exit is not acceptable.

Excellent customer service. I ordered the wrong part but they were happy to replace it even though I'd opened the packaging. Good selection but don't always send emails confirming online orders are ready for collection.

Wife went in to match a door handle. Took sample with her. Staff just gave her a catalog saying look in here we sell over 500 handles you can order on line. Shocking service no help just wanted to close as 15 mins to go to closing time. Screw fix so much more helpful unfortunately did not have in stock. Also chap came to return an item whilst she was there and told to come back Monday

Decent prices. The order I placed only came in 3 days after. I took a chance and went down to the warehouse, as I'd not had a text message. I struck lucky, had to travel to the next town and back. The delay was blamed on distribution and transport issues.

Great stock and good value for money - easy ordering via website.

This place kept me going through lockdown, being able to order online and collect after about 5 minutes is great. Only had a few issues where the item cannot be located and I haven't been informed so on arriving in the store I have had to order another item but its usually ready in a few minutes so no massive issues.
