Mayar Travel organised my first Umrah trip in October 2022. I travelled alone with a group and at first I felt a little apprehensive but Mayar Travel made it very comfortable for me. The whole trip was very well organised, the hotels were beautiful and very close to the Haram. They organised a meeting before hand to give out all the information and instructions. They stayed with the group throughout the trip and during Umrah, Sheikh Anis was with us and was very helpful throughout. Thank you Mr Amr Elkatouri for organising this wonderful and blessed trip and I don't think 5 stars is enough it should be 10/10.

I was very apprehensive of booking umrah with a toddler and from day one I was reassured by brother Amr how he would coordinate most of the trip to give least stress to myself. I can absolutely confirm this umrah experience during Feb half term 2023 was thoroughly organised well by Mayar travel and everything went smoothly alhamdulila. I had no hassle at any of the hotels for check in as brother Amr had organised the rooms in advance and to be ready. The airport service was greatly organised and having a driver was very convenient. I was able to focus on my umrah and toddler and had a great sense of peace knowing brother Amr was a WhatsApp message away for any support and help. With Mayar travel personal efforts, we were given two bedroom ensuite with excellent harm views particularly in Madinah in Hotel Pullman Zamzam and similar arrangement in Makkah Hilton Suites. I recently went on an Umrah trip with my family and I have to say that I was very pleased with Mayar travels and their customer service. Before the trip, they sent videos and we had thorough conversations to ease the travel process. When we got to Saudi, their detailed itinerary made it easy to navigate. They were constantly checking in on us through WhatsApp. After we got back, they called us and asked for a detailed review to make sure everything went alright.
