Rudest customer services in entire UK. Even Store Manager Nicky and duty manager Sharon defending their racist and rude staff when I complaint to CEO office instead sorting their affairs off. Total discriminating staff that barred me from shopping for pointing rudeness in their employees just because manager does not accept their employees mistakes to save their performances. Instead intimidated me and harassed me by security where I did no wrong and later when complaint to CEO office, accused me of intimidating and this is what I received in as response, β€œNicky, our store manager, doesn't feel that they are able to meet your expectations and feel it's better for you to look elsewhere for your shopping needs. ” Does it not feel like Customer services of the year... A PLC company manager is pushing away regular customer and CEO rolled his eyes from situation. No wonder why did Tesco Executives did Β£250m accounting scandal to overstate their profits where you are not worthy. If top management is so corrupt, how a local branch manager would accept mistakes..

My shopping experience today was disappointing to say the least. I use this shop every two weeks to take my disabled mother shopping and for some lunch away from her assisted living setting. Today I couldn't find any adapted trolleys to place on the front of my mother's wheelchair so I called to customer services. I was told they didn't have any in store and there was was some on order. No alternative or solution was offered or . So as you can see from the photos we struggled, my mother had a heavy bag on her knee and I balanced the others bags on the handles of the wheelchair. Not an ideal situation to be confronted with for a relaxed shopping experience. After loading my mother's shopping back onto the handles of the chair, I then pushed her to a seat in the cafe, unloaded the shopping again so she could stand and transfer to a seat, then with strict instructions not to move until I returned, I transferred the shopping to the car. This was extremely concerning for me as my mother is a dementia sufferer and I didn't want her to move or wander. But by then the shopping had been loaded on and off the wheel chair numerous times! Tescos Baguley, shame on you , disabled friendly YOU ARE NOT!!

Poor customer service initially when asking for my bread to be sliced. Virtually got told it was my fault I couldn't raise anyone in the bakery by shouting for service . Turned out no one was there and a kind assistant eventually came to my rescue.

Store OK, but Oh! their tech! Visited today for the first time in a while to buy a few items. I used to shop and buy fuel there until they stopped offering premium diesel. Anyway, they now have a self-scan system (based on Bookers, which works). So, I present my Clubcard and it refuses - maybe you have to register for it? I buy a couple of birthday cards, but then noticed that without the card some items are 50% more expensive - a sort of inertia sell. I decided to check out to see if the tills accept my Club card. No joy. Next stop customer service desk. Bit of a queue, try card there, still not recognised, try app', won't log in. Told to reset the card I will need to phone their HQ. Reset password using my phone, no email sent so reset it again, this time receiving the link, then the app' wakes up but wants digits 13-16 from the card, enter the last 4, but Tesco's number is longer, count them out. At last the app is working, so I select a self-scan. I buy five items, which scan correctly and head to the checkout. Scanner won't scan the bar code on the till screen, so summon assistance. Purchases all scanned again. I pay and request a receipt, but don't get one, then it turns out that one item (a Β£4 pair of slippers!) has a tag on it and this has to be removed, assisant arrives again, but now needs the receipt, which I didn't get, so has to [re] print another and removes the tag. Finally, just three minutes short of an hour I depart with my purchases. I could have washed my hair three times during that hour and it would have been more fun! Years ago, I had similar problems with an early Tesco self-service checkout - I was buying a bottle of port as a gift, three interventions for age check (I was about sixty, but do look younger), tag removal and IIRC not needing a bag). It seems their systems have got worse.

We’ve just been to Tesco's in Baguely to sort out new SIM cards..Genelle at the phone kiosk was amazing. From start to finish , keeping our numbers she did it all. What a kind, helpful and lovely member of staff she was. From us oldies dreading how to do it all, she had it done for both of us in minutes. A great big thank you from us.

A member of staff named Adam is a great credit to this store. He went above and beyond trying to help me find what my elderly Mother sent me out for. When he found it was no longer available he helped me find the next best thing. I really appreciated his time and effort. Thank you Adam. Kind regards, Alan.

Staff on shop floor and tills always helpful and efficient security and welcome staff always friendly. I almost always find what I need in store. Great range of vegan products!!. Kiosk and customer service desk needs more adequate signage and maybe the staff there could do with an extra break they often seem stressed & grumpy which can put a dampner on the shopping "experience".

I wanted to exchange a broken earring. They refused it and mentioned that it was due to hygienic reasons and opening the pack. I wonder why this applies to a broken earring because you will not sell it again, and I cannot check the item without opening the box. I am dissapointed about their response for my concern.

OMG who ever designed the new way of self service needs to re-think. What ever happened to being able to self check out with one item. A queue a mile long, empty self sevice tills and the poor staff stood there shouting cash or card. Christmas will be a nightmare. There was nothing wrong with it before. Please revert back to the old way. Cheers

The lady at customer service counter so miserable. I returned an item that was faulty, she took for ever to return my money, not once apologized for the fault or my inconvenience. made me feel like a criminal

What's the point of having a customer service desk and it being closed when you have customers shopping in store. This store seems to be slowly getting worse and worse in customer service, tidiness and cleanliness

It's fine. Not the biggest/ best Tesco around but plenty of parking, a petrol station, a Timpsons out front, pharmacy (who were super-helpful!), a cafΓ©, and various other facilities! Handy that it is close to other stores like Aldi, Lidl, Matalan, Pets@Home.... so it's easier to get everything done in one place ish.

never enough staff on the customer service counter. most of them are at more important checkouts. apparently makes no difference even if you complain.

Bit expensive and lots of bare shelves in soft fresh fruit. Same for flowers. Had club card vouchers so not too bad. Petrol always cheap

It's tesco and it's in Baguley. Expect a hellish experience. Basically, it is like a scene of the Walking Dead if the zombies wore pyjamas and onesies

Great store. Staff are always pleasant, friendly and helpful. Usually clean and it's easy to find items. Never had bad experience. I go in a few times per week and have done for at least last 10 years plus. Highly Recommended.

Very rude and confrontational pharmacist, Indian woman. I add that las merely for identification purposes for those that may attend. My wife sufers from crippling migraine and I asked them for two packets of the strongest medication they do. The young lad that was serving said that I could only have one because of its strength. Personally I think this is a silly policy because as I told him I could come in the following day and get another packet. You could, he said, but I would reuse you service. Getting somewhat annoyed at this attitude I asked to see just where it was written that I couldn't purchase two packets. At this point the pharmacist came from the back and very haughty said, it's not written down ot is a policy we adopt. I am refusing to sell you any medication and I'm asking you to leave otherwise ill call security. My wife needs this medication, I said. All I've done Is ask you where you have it written down that I can't purchase two packets. To this she said she didn't care and to leave. I was dumbfounded. And after expressing my disdain toward the very poor service I left.

I only shop here once a week but had problems with the fresh fruit and salad bags being very near their use by dates for weeks now! Now I hear Heinz and Whiskers will no longer be available in the Tesco's stores so I'm now considering shopping in Asda!

Wide selection of items of what you'd expect from a superstore. From food, toiletries, clothes, toys, stationary, electrical goods etc. Including a 'Timpson' shoe repair and key cut shop outside.

Never been made to feel so uncomfortable and angered in a shop like I have done today. I have gone to this shop most of my life and ive never experienced anything like this. Me and my friends went into tesco to get stuff for our camping trip. Everything was going well got all our essentials, me and one of my friends went to go get some paper plates and cutlery. When we left my two other freind got approached and got shouted at while picking up alcohol saying WE WILL NOT SERVE YOU WHILE YOU ARE WITH THE YOUNG GIRLS. They explain we are over age and have our IDs. Keeping in mind I'm the eldest 25 and we are all over 21. We get to the till we have 1 young man come over saying sorry we can't serve you then an elder women and she comes over in a hurry saying we have already spoken to you we CAN NOT SERVE YOU. We were treated with so much disrespect and she was extremely rude to us until she realised we had valid ID proof of age. All completely gobsmacked with the way we had been spoken to. My friend then came back in for redbull seconds later for our journey and was treated with the same rudness. I completely understand there is an issue with underage serving, I am not one to put reviews and complain but the way they approached us and spoke to us on multiple occasions and just assumed instead of giving us the chance to even give our proof of age was disgusting. I have never experienced anything like it.
