I drove to Knutsford and parked in the town then walked through the entrance there, if you walk along the driveway pedestrians can enter for free, otherwise you have to pay for cars. There are options along the road to take alternative footpaths to the mansion and gardens. To the left and right of the driveway there are wetlands and a lake on each side. Once you get to the hall (which was closed due to Covid restrictions) the gardens remain open but booking only is essential. A marquee eating area has been set up outside The Stables café/restaurant and there are several craft stalls passed the café. There is another café beyond them which was signposted and the entrance is through an archway. I have been to the gardens before in the Summer and they are well worth seeing. A great day out for all the family and I saw alot of dog walkers there too... If you get chance a walk round Knutsford itself is worth it as there's quite alot of individual shops to visit aswell as restaurants, cafes and bars.

I visited with a dog. The park was beautiful with a range of paths to chose from. Despite heavy rain recently the paths were not boggy but a little muddy in a few places. But the ground was firm and walking was very easy. The views were beautiful. I didn’t visit the house or the cafe. Free parking for 2hrs is available near the entrance if you are lucky enough to find a space. Parking is free on Sundays in Knutsford.

If your in knutsford, well worth a visit ,you can drive down to Hall, lots to do& see, entrance fee, not National Trust.Alternatively park & walk down will take an hour,or walk round the lake & end up in small park in knutsford centre. If your lucky you will see lots of deer ,seem happy to eat the grass as you pass by.

It was very fun and there are so many paths to take. It isn't somewhere you can really get bored of ever.

Love Tatton but don't bother driving in, £9.50 for a car is ridiculous! Park up in Knutsford and have a walk in....

Stunning autumn colour and views across the Japanese Garden. But the whole garden is beautifully maintained don’t miss the Italian garden too.

Another great day at the Tattton Park. Massive open space with dozen of animals everywhere. My kids absolutely loved it. Caffe and shops always deliver what's the best in the area.

A beautiful estate to wonder around, well maintained with deer roaming around, dog's welcome but must stay on a leash. There is a carpark at cost or if you're lucky there's free parking in the village.

Walking one to one with one of my colleagues. So much better than a flat white in a local cafe.

Just amazing to see the deer roaming free as you go on walks off piste around the grounds. And beautiful scenery.. we had a cold, clear day which was perfect.

Stunning walk, even if you don't manage to spot the deers, with an easy road for wet days and paths along the grass as an alternative too!

Wonderful. It's so lovely to walk around the parkland today we didn't even go to the main house, farm or gardens we simply enjoyed being outside. We saw lots of the estates deer and could have walked among the sheep if we had dared! Absolutely gorgeous day out. We paid £8 to drive in and park but I do not mind that at all we could have been there all day which is a bargain! There were lots of people enjoying the park lots of dog walkers. Families enjoying picnics, bird watching, deer finding and some people had set up a easel and were painting.

Lovely park. With plenty of sceneries and places to visit. Garden, farm, and mansion are all worth watching. At the entrance, they charge 8 pounds for a car, and for the watching garden, they charge 8 pounds per person. I believe there's a separate ticket for the farm as well. If you decide to walk in through the gates, it's free, and there's enough space for you to wander, including the lake, and many deers are freely passing by. Well maintained garden which has Italian landscape and Japanese landscape. There's a coffee shop at the main entrance too

This is the place to go to see the reindeer. It's ar the far end of the park from the main house but offers nice walks by the lake.

We didn’t capture many photos but what an amazing time we had at the VW show, the weather was on and off but it was easy to enter and park along with plenty of stalls to find food and drinks.

Lovely walk in the grounds, plenty of space to move around. Lovely views. Play area for children. When restrictions are lifted the house and gardens are nice to visit and children would love the farm.

Always good for a walk, a bit trodden down as there are a lot of walkers, mostly shut as it's still winter. Very good facilities which were open.

Good National Trust to visit. It's a shame that the car parking is dear £9.50 per car even for NT members.

Nice park. Expensive parking. Entrances need to be clearly marked. The park itself is awesome. Not sure about the rules but Too many folks walking their dogs without leashes. Well maintained facilities , nice views with planes taking off right over you
