The pizzas are nothing like the images on the menu. Completely average deep pan pizza you find in kebab fastfood places, nothing special or authentic to it all. Wouldn't repeat!

I ordered through just eats and now every week I receive a promotional message with a link and an option to opt out of the text at a premium cost. there's no way to block the messages. I have checked the preferences and settings on just eat to make sure I had opted out of all promo alerts via text and email and I had, which means its the restaurant that has actually used my number without consent and now continues to spam me. disgusting. Reported to trading standards ombudsman.

omg. what a delicious pizza with the best hand made fresh dough. the prices are very affordable and worth it. there is also 24" pizza only for 25£ thats really bargain. the stuffs are so kind. highly recommended 👌

The pizza was OK, nothing special but the worst part is they will text you promos everyday and to opt out you must message a PAY number. So receive endless texts or pay up, classy.

First time ordering from The Fat Pizza Don't think i will be ordering from here again. The food was really nice and the delivery driver was so polite but when you wait 2 hours for delivery you do expect all the order to be correct and it wasn't a item was missing. Messaged The Fat Pizza, they read the message but didn't reply, sent another message requesting a refund for the missing item but message has been ignored, such a shame the customer service is so poor as the food is really good

The food wasn't even average and again constantly getting text messages after requesting they cease immediately. I'm now taking this further, it's harassment and they expect the customer to pay to stop them.....absolutely no chance.

Awful service. Unhelpful rude staff when called to chance my order that was an hour late.

Afraid to say that I ordered from here and my order never arrived. I was very hungry and excited for my food, and when I tried to get in touch, they were very rude and ignored me. Very disappointing.

Good pizzas but don’t honour the online promotions. Offer online says any large pizza for £6.99. Get to the restaurant to be told that’s only for margarita and for any flavour as advertised you need to spend £20. But no min spend on the £4.99 any regular pizza promotion. Advertising needs to be clearer. I was charged the full £12.99

Got mssg saying get any XL pizza £10 delivered (June madness) vail until 25/,6/23went to get offer not there, thanks not a good way to treat a loyal customer. Will be looking elsewhere in future.

Ordered and sat for over an hour waiting for food to arrive! Phoned up to be put through to a call centre and be told that the stores ovens are broke and the order has been cancelled. Didn’t have the decency to even let me know!!! 5 days for a refund and the store is still showing as being open online meaning you are still accepting orders even though you are not open

This is the best pizza place around fresh dough and ingredients! Great preparation, and they do gourmet burgers, desserts, milkshakes, and tango ice blast!!!!

Pizza was fine however the order delivery is real bad. Ordered twice and it’s taken them over an hour to deliver when I live only 5mins away. Not sure why they don’t pick up the phone either.

Placed an order on 30th of August. The order was cancelled but £38.00 was taken from my bank. I STILL have not had a refund. Staff are trying to tell me a refund was issued on 22nd Sep and it will take 3-5 days! My maths isn’t the best but considering we’re in October. I’m pretty sure it’s been 3-5 days. Disgusting customer service!

Worst pizza company ever, ordered the pizza on Friday night, called them after waiting 2 hours and we were shocked to know that our order was cancelled without informing us. We were eagerly waiting for our pizzas as kids were hungry. Why you guys accept the order when you have to cancel it. Still chasing them for a refund. Stay away.

Waited an hour and a half due to issues with delivery drivers. So I called only to be told that they are closed, checked their website, on just eat and Google and all said they were open. When I asked where I had called through to I got told a central hub and that they couldn't help me. I've ordered plenty of times before and it's always been very good food and prompt but I am very disappointed. This is basic service and I didn't even get that!

Amazing food & amazing value. Would genuinely argue the pizzas are with in Domino’s tier + far better price and a bigger/varied menu (all taste amazing). Very down to earth and friendly staff too!! :) Can’t rate enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Zero stars. Pizza order at 6:05 for 20 minute delivery. It’s now 7:54 and no pizza. Phoned the shop several times. Operative couldn’t care less about it not coming. And said they will not refund

Ordered through just eat once 2 years ago and recieve about 3 text messages a week from them from a hidden number you can't block. Really annoying especially considering the pizza was pretty awful. Never gave consent to any of this whilst ordering on just eat and until a few days ago the only way to stop the text messages was to send a charged rate text message back saying "STOP". Unless you want to be hounded by them for the next several years of your life I suggest you don't order or get a new phone number after you've ordered. Never known any other takeaway to do this via just eat and it must lose them more customers than it makes them.

I always want to give places a fair shot when it comes to delivery. I’ve ordered using UberEats twice now and both times the pizza is nothing to shout about. Seen plenty of advertisements for The Fat Pizza on social media and the pizza you actually receive looks nothing like what they are putting out there. It doesn’t taste awful, it’s just a standard pizza. The problem is how much it costs, I’ve personally had much nicer Pizzas from other places that cost much less.

My friend recommended this pizza and told me I wouldn’t be disappointed. I wasn’t! It was worth breaking the diet over. Delivery process was a little slow but they kept you updated on your order, which was appreciated. The order came very hot, fresh and delicious. Stuffed crust was amazing. Lots of variety and options. Regular was a good size, filling and good value for money. Nachos were a bit meh- need some salsa and sour cream if your gonna pay almost a fiver for it. But I’d defo order pizza again!

Highly recommend tasty and hot nice pizza

Very reasonably priced. Easy to choose exactly what we liked on website - chicken strips (succulent), cheesy nachos (yum), cyo pizza - 10" which was generously topped, pepperoni 10" pizza. Also had a mint milkshake. We just couldn't eat in all so had the rest the next day. Best pizza I've had in a long time. Ordered online for delayed delivery, arrived early (about 15-20 mins) and we were definitely ready for it. Driver pleasant and friendly, rang to confirm address & advise he was outside - safe for them and us, brilliant idea. My new 'go to' pizza place. Loved the whole experience from opening the website, exploring options to next day leftovers. Highly recommend.
