I can't believe how rude the staff were towards me. I have just lost my grandad and my mum asked to take some of his clothes they made me feel so uncomfortable buy the way they spoke to me and how they actided in front of me especially the female member of staff i was nearly in tears as i left. I work in retail myself and i would be fired on the spot if i actided like that in front of a customer looking back i should of taken the clothes back and taken them somewhere they would be appreciated. This will be the first and last time i ever come here.

-I am wondering ordered a free collection.. Driver really surprised me. He was drunk or ... maybe drag ... I am not sure .very nervous, jumpy. He wasn't able to speak at all ,can't explain nothing. didnt had a car with any designations and overall. Didn't check the stuff what he bought(so you can sell absolutely everything, I will be not surprise if he will buy any litter )😂I really don't know, who gave him job. It is hard to found this kind of "professional "staff))))) thx -Joke?/? U didn't even ask my name... It's how you respect your clients... He knows...

Just taken five bags to this ‘business’ and was greeted by a lady who was possibly the most unpleasant I’ve ever met. I asked if I was able to weigh the bags before she started ripping them. She simply said ‘no’ before ripping the charity bags we were going to use again to donate other spare clothes at home. She threw socks we had mistakenly put in there on the floor and said ‘we are not charity’. Face like a slapped arse and then her and the other ‘worker’ proceeded to look me up and down and speak in their language. I felt very uncomfortable and disgusted that they felt the need to act like such scum. I can’t put into words how poor their service is.

Changing my feedback. Because service become VERY BAD! After phoning to check opening times it's wasn’t open when stated it’s open 10 - 4:30 pm, useless!!! If you have a lot of clothes, go in to ask first before dragging the clothes, other to find that they don't have enough money and u will have to come back with full car. Nowhere to park, so parking can be risky. Very fussy about what they take. I took 9 big bags of stuff and did not get much at all. Just to cover petrol !!! Last time I was in june, and get more for less stuff! I got the feeling that they do not give a true reading#$@ Very disappointed!!!! I would not advise anybody to use and definitely would not go back here again. Better give yours cloths to charity

The "lady" in the shop was one of the rudest people I've ever met. She described my young daughters clothes (only worn a few times) as "not even a naked baby would wear them" and said I "steal from charities" for offering them to her. Unbelievable!!

When I came I saw two ladies sorting clothes into two sides. One of them was very good clothes and other very bad, like socks and underwear. Socks and underwear were thrown in to charity bags. Good stuff was carefully and nicely packed. And I realized what they resell good stuff. And give to Charity only rubbish. Take care of yourself and Don't believe when they say they are working for Charity. All what they do is use Charity for disposal. And entitle yourself as charity shop. Disgusting

Took three bags of clothes and was told they were no good even tho most of the items were brand new they also ripped the bags open before telling us they were no good so had to leave all the items their didn’t get any cash for them really bad attitudes! NOT IMPRESSED WOULD OF BEEN NICE IF THEY LOOKED AT ALL THE ITEMS OF CLOTHES FIRST INSTEAD OF JUST THROWING THEM STRAIGHT INTO THE CHARITY BASKET!!!! Won’t be going here again the place needs shutting down!! Absolutely disgusting behaviour

After reading reviews I was somewhat hesitant to go here - but all I can say is - what a lovely lady - she was polite and chatty and very efficient - I understand that they go through the clothes - they do in charity shops and bin the more than you know- but not many people know that!!! She explained why couldn’t accept some of the clothing and that she could dispose of wanted to - I said was ok as think some just need sorting out - as my wonderful cat had found odd pieces to lie on .... she said to clean and bring back another time!!!!!! So my advice is - treat the lady how you would want to be treated - courteous and polite and pleasant and I know she will in return - as I know from retail work - some people are just very rude to people who work in shops!!!!!!!

Website says they take soft toys. Bagged 5 bin bags worth to take them for the lady at the shop to say they don't take toys anymore.

I was sceptical after reading reviews, but this was fine! The lady was lovely, she did look through all the clothes, any stains she throws away. Definitely go through the clothes yourself before going … she told me people bring in children’s clothes with dirty nappies in bags! I presume who has left the poor reviews. My only disappointment was for 12 full bin bags, I got £24. I think I’ll opt for Vinted next time!

Both lady's were lovely, very professional. Especially Anna x x, who explained why she could and couldn't take certain things. Especially with the coronavirus pandemic. Very pleasant experience thanks ladies x x x
