We purchased some Sunglasses for our daughter 2 weeks prior to going away on a cruise with a very tight deadline. H&H we able to see us instantly, get these ordered and fast tracked so our daughter had these to go away with. We were so grateful. Outstanding service all round, will continue to go back!

Popped in with a bit of a complicated request around some new glasses; staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and thorough with their explanations. There was another person in the shop who was being assisted at the same time, and the staff were very caring about their needs. Excellent service.

I don't normally leave reviews but on this occasion felt I had to as the help, support and advice from Susan & Khal and the rest of the team at H&H was brilliant. It became obvious 3 weeks before Christmas that my daughter (7) needed an eye test and required classes. Not only did they put us at ease and explain everything to us properly they also managed to get he classes done and turned around in time for collection before the Christmas shut down. Honestly THANK YOU team H&H!

The staff are excellent and very knowledgeable. They took time with my father who is mid 90s, and very deaf..his new glasses are perfect as he has been struggling so much to see I would definitely recommend this Optician to anyone the service is five star.

Ann….RETIRED OPTOMETRIST Well… I think I know a thing or two about the whole experience of having an eye test, having worked in many different practices over my working life of 45 years. I have never encountered such excellence from start to finish, from being welcomed into the shop, the Covid precautions and the very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable dispensing opticians. As regards the eye test, which is conducted over an hour, I know how thorough the examination was. The Optomap and OCT (for retinal photography) are in a separate airy room where Khal explains every detail of the results showing the health of your eyes. We then go into his equally pleasant consulting room for the actual eye test. He has top of the range equipment and I felt relaxed and comfortable throughout. Khal is very approachable, patient and chatty and will never hurry his patients. The dispensing experience was just as excellent. Jess and Susan gave brilliant advice on frames and lenses with no pressure whatsoever. I can’t wait to collect my spectacles! Try H and H for your next eye test. Your eyesight is so precious and you will be very impressed by the whole experience.

Wonderful experience. They took great care of my 11 year old who said she was having difficulties with her eyes. Found her perfect pair of glasses very quickly and she loves them! Turns out, glasses she got from another well known opticians were wrong! I will be taking the rest of my family for check-ups.

After using High St opticians for many years I decided to try H&H Eyecare as I liked the Tom Ford frames they had in stock. Thank goodness I did. I was given an incorrect prescription by a High Street optician which was, thank goodness, identified and corrected by H&H Eyecare. When I received the spectacles, aftercare supplied by the team was second to none. Many thanks to all at H&H Eyecare and will see you next time I need new glasses!

First ventured to H&H eyecare following an issue that was concerning me with my eye health. The equipment and technology they use to review your eyes is second to none - as is their customer service. Following my eye examination, Susan took the time to find the right frames for me and made the experience as a customer so enjoyable. I'm absolutely thrilled with my new glasses which were a departure from my usual choice but perfect for me. Highly recommend.

You really do get looked after when you use the services of H & H Eyecare. I always get a warm welcome from the staff when i visit or call, and I feel like they know me.... which really does make a difference. The eye testing is extremely thorough and Khal explains what he is doing and why. Susan has much experience with advising on the best frames and lenses and I value her opinion. H&H are one of the best opticians I have been to. Khalil has been my optician for the last two years. His eye examination is the most thorough that I have had. The staff are also very helpful, professional and friendly. There is a great choice of high quality frames on offer and Amy did an excellent job of making sure that my two new frames fitted perfectly when I collected them. I can’t praise H&H Eyecare highly enough! I was given a very comprehensive eye test by Khal,, using the latest technology and equipment, which inspired me with confidence. I have been with H&H Eyecare since they opened their shop. The service I have received and the thoroughness of the eye tests are excellent BUT BEST OF ALL...... are the selection of frames to pick from, I have several pairs of sunglasses, varifocals and everything in between. My current favourites are the Dita glasses in the picture below I would suggest you go there for the attention to detail and the friendly staff who always go the extra mile to help I have moved away from the area but will still be using H&H Eyecare as my opticians

I moved to H&H after leaving my Optician in London. I have worn glasses most of my life and with only one good eye, I take care of my eyesight. H&H have all the up-to-date technology, so I was happy that the latest methods would ensure a good eye test and any resulting changes Choice of lenses manufacturers is good, frame selection is good. I have struggled to get some lense types to work with my brain having used a single lense type for many many years. This time, no such luck, but Sara stepped in straight away, came up with another option and fixed the issue. Great, no quibble service. I also wanted two pairs of prescription sunglasses. They did not sell a brand I wanted to use, but again this was no problem. They opened an account with the company and everything was sorted. Very attentive service. Would thoroughly recommend

Great optician,great staff such attention to details, made me feel very comfortable and had confidence in everyone who I saw. Must say Scott is very patient there choice of frames was unbelievably good, and he never pushed any of the frames.He was very understanding and an asset to the Company. Excellent place to have very thorough eye examination as they use state of the art equipment, very wide selection of frames as well as lenses with many different options, and they have really nice and friendly staff. A good family business I strongly recommend.

A great experience from start to finish, so reassuring to have such a detailed eye examination! It felt more like having a full medical eye examination rather than a basic eye test. Having each stage of the examination explained in detail, really made such a difference. Would highly recommend!
