Excellent store always get what we want. Great Staff. Great layout always well stocked. Excellent service & techical advice from Julie & Taylor when we came in for some Mould Remover Spray & Touch up Paint. Sorted us out in no time. Highly Recommend đź‘Ť

Good for picking up household stuff from cleaning sprays to mops, tools to paints, plates to pots. Not always the cheapest but ever so handy. There's a Home Bargains down the road which is worth a visit for cheaper prices, but less choice.

This shop in the past has been a good shop. It is now tired looking, with shelves half empty, or empty. Looks as though it will close soon. Shame.

I love Wilko always have done it's a damn shame that it's closing down, it's 1 of them places that sell stuff that other shops don't, I wish someone would come along and rescue the firm!!!!!!

This is a really nice shop big and spacious, but it always feels like it's gearing up to close down, stock levels are poor lots of empty shelves and hardly any staff in the store. With a bit of effort this could be a great store but it really is lacking some care and attention at present.

I was disgustes by Jonne, the customer service at Wilko in Altrincham who was trying to cheat my bill at the checkout today. I caught her miscounted my items and when asked she misinformed me some deals but changed her answer when challenged. She was very annoyed having to re-scanned and admitted her mistake in the end but no apology mentioned. I was disappointed the store manager wasn’t in to make a complaint. I don’t think I will be buying there again and for anyone who came across her at the checkout be aware of her deception. There are self scanned machines which are probably much better and reliable. My only worry is some vulnerable people who shop there. It is a shame a lovely bargain store (had shopped many times there in the past) at your doorstep which seems to be mismanaged.

I went to wilko and I was buying a pick and mix and I was putting in the last sweet but it would not fit so I didn’t want to put it back as my hands were dirty so I ate it and then I got bared from the shop just for that I felt intimidated by the workers in the way they spoke to me they raised their voice it’s apauling and disgust me the way I was treated and the queues are terrible I don’t recommend go anywhere but this

All Wilko stores are closing as.they have gone bankrupt. A few store may be taken on by B&M.

Good shop . Large selection of goods. Easy parking

Large, grubby feeling store. Too much floor space, not enough stock-lines to fill the shelf space. Has a varied range of mostly cheap, imported tat. If you use Wilko, you know what to expect.

Love Wilko's, it's a bit of a hidden gem, the prices here are very reasonable and the pic n mix on screws is mega cheap

Went to look at nail polish and bulbs. Didn't see any I wanted. Dispite the range on offer. I'll return to check if they have the plants I want again.

Staff are simple folk but attentive. Never have issues and returns policy is good. Go to ASDA for your Easter Eggs though as there poorly priced here this year.... poor form wilkos Easter bunny!!

Everything you could want with special offers on washing liquid. Granddaughter in the pram today and not easy to negotiate round the tills with one hand. Very polite and helpful young man on the till though.

A good assortment of stock, from gardening to beauty and makeup and stuff in-between. The staff seem to be run a little ragged but are still willing to assist as much as they are able, and usually with a smile. One star though knocked off because of the oppressive heat in the store. It must be costing a fortune and that expense is being passed on to the customer. The staff themselves have commented to me about the heat and how it gives them headaches. Their head office have been contacted but no response.

Great store very big with a lot of range and extremely fair and low prices. The staff are friendly and the store is very clean. I really like the community approach of the board and the book drop!
