    I bought an electric cooker, the staff promise to install it and I paid £75 to the install service. They delivered the cooker, unpacked it and then said that they can't install it. On the next day I visited the store again to ask for a return or refund but they said cannot return it or refund because the cooker was unpacked. I want to say the cooker was opened by the staff not me and if they know that it can't be intalled why they unpacked it, then said if unpacked no return or refund.

    We had an E voucher to use today so we chose our new fridge freezer & were helped by a member of staff called Mark. He was very nice & friendly & helped us with advice about our purchase. Good to have a positive experience.

    Awesome customer service and fantastic friendly knowledgable staff.The tech guys are simply outstanding and impressed me with the way they went above and beyond to help when I returned a faulty item. I could not have wished for better more professional help and will definitely be purchasing more items for my home and business .

    Bought a cooker and washing machine from here, paid for the washing machine to be fitted but they couldn't , even though the washing machine was only one unit away from the outlet pipe they just left saying get a plumber to move your pipes, and then we'll fit it also the cooker was faulty after we had ,had it fitted because currys wanted £200 to fit oven and hob they said they would replace oven but not fit it because we had an electrician fit it, which was ludicrous because how could they fit it before as someone else had fitted that one , excuse after excuse 9 phone calls four of which said yes we'll replace and fit, but on delivery phone call said we're just dropping of and taking away no fitting, when we explained at Currys that we we're told it was to be fitted the manager said yes they are just foot notes and are usually ignored , we have spent thousands at currys and this was their best customer service a week before christmas and we still have a factory faulty oven and they still refuse to fit it 😤 so angry great customer service currys Altrincham store merry Christmas 🎅 to you.

    Big Curry's with very supportive staff. Haven't seen it very crowded of late. Good to see the products in person instead of ordering online.. Especially with electronics. Would definitely recommend!

    Curry’s in Altrincham are absolutely brilliant!! I needed some advice on a laptop charger yesterday and they were just amazing! I wish I knew the name of the lady and gentleman who helped me, so helpful and knowledgeable loads of staff and so helpful

    Revisited the store for new chest freezers, I got exactly what I wanted and delivered the following week which was perfect, Tracy looked after me brilliantly as last time I visited too. I was kept informed on delivery and old freezer’s taken away . Thank you Tracy.

    Some staff members clearly just want to stand and chat with each other but one young man called Oskar politely approached me and offered me none pushy advice and help with the product I was looking for. He was knowledgeable and friendly. If it wasn't for this young man I would have left the store without purchasing as the first man I spoke to was rather unhelpful. The 5 stars 🌟are for Oskar!

    Appalling customer service .. my mum went to the shop on Tuesday 4th April to purchase a new phone.. the sales assistants were all stood together chatting apart from one chap who was servicing another customer. He told my mum he would be a couple of minutes , which was fine so she stood patiently. He finished with his customer , but instead of servicing my mum joined the group of the other sales assistants who were all chatting and laughing .. she stood for a future 5 mins , but no one came to help, so in total she was in the shop for 30 mins , and no one came to service her.. it’s appalling service and manners

    Took a laptop (purchased at currys)in to the "repair" desk at the broadheath branch on tue 30th August, & because it was out of warranty by 8 months refused to even look at what needed fixing (cosmetic btw)He said it would have to be a paid repair, which i agreed, but then still scratched around for reasons why he wouldnt fix itor look at it.     Browse the place to find what you want but buy from anywhere else like John lewis, Argos where your get better customer care should something go wrong these guys are awful

    This is a well laid out and well managed store. The purple shirted staff are plentiful and circle around you like wary sharks, wanting your business but not wanting to scare you away either. The balance is about right, though and everything seemed to be in its place and well looked after. There is a good range of stock to choose from and competitive pricing too, despite them having no real competition of any size on the high street.

    Today I went into Curry's to look at a Sony speaker I was interested in purchasing. It was powered on, and I would have easily been able to pair my phone to test it out. I member of staff stopped me and said I was only able to test out the JBL ones or something which I was not interested in. Anyway, whatever... I went home and purchased from Amazon instead for the same price. You really need to train your staff.

    At first I was left for a while waiting to be approached by a member of staff, but I did notice there wasn't as many staff members in on the 2nd day I visited. Very nice & polite helpful & very knowledgeable. I felt great when I left there. I'd also recommend it to people.

    Was ok but nothing actually there to view, everything was just available 'online'! Waste of a journey to be honest, could have done this sat in my nice warm house! Admittedly the member of staff was very accommodating but was her part time job, not full time so won't know if what I've purchased will be suitable until their installers arrive next Saturday! Only time will tell. Ended up buying both a 70/30 fridge freezer plus a new double oven, both built-in. Approx £1000 after all of the offers and sale items removed from the overall price.

    Regular store. asked for help from someone, he looked at me then walked away. Another employee came later to help us but he wasn't very knowledgable about anything then in the middle of helping me while we were still discussing a product he went to help someone else. I didn't buy anything in the store and it confused me they have items in the reduced section that cost more than they do on their own website not reduced?!?!

    It's a big ish Curry's PC World Featuring Car Phone Warehouse, often referred to by most people as Currys. Got electrical stuff and helpful staff, but not as much stock as some bigger Curry's PC World Featuring Car Phone Warehouse places. Best to do your research, buy on line and just pop in to collect. Our just pop in to shelter from the rain like me...

    Bought a new vacuum for £50. Probably best vac I have ever bough. Tip. Buy 3 years replacement insurance for £15. Well worth it. Any issues take yours back get a replacement. Works for me.

    Bought an ex display TV from this branch for a decent discount. Sadly it came with a couple of dead pixels so they took it back to fix. On return the screen was smashed and I tried to get a like for like but because it was heavily discounted and despite it being their fault they only offered vouchers for my purchase price. Which meant I ended up with an inferior TV by no fault of my own. Each time I went into the store the customer service was dreadful.

    I've placed an online order after seeing the availability of stock for a microwave. Delivery was estimated 3 days after but surprisingly when I get to the store to check the progress of my order they told me is out of stock. I tried to cancel the order because I urgently needed another microwave and guess what? I couldn't. Contacted the store and after all this mess I received such a rude and inappropriate behaviour. Well done Currys.. I really would like to see how this people are trained and what kind of induction they received..

    Useless. I ordered an Xbox to be delivered to a branch for me to collect. They said they would send me an e-mail when it was there. No e-mail arrived so i went to the shop and they had no idea where it was. They said it might be there the next day but they couldn't be sure. I cancelled the order and bought it from Amazon instead. None of the staff know what they are doing and they don't seem to care.

    Stood in line for 20 minutes waiting for one staff member whilst 6 staff members stood in the corner of the showroom talking. Went to return an item which says on the dispatch note it can be returned in store to first be told they couldn't find it on their systems, had to tell the staff member to try the billing address post code instead of delivery address. After finding the purchase on the system we were then told they couldn't return the item in store as it was an online only item. Complete waste of half an hour of my time, will not be using Currys again any time soon.

    On Thursday we went to your Altrincham store to purchase a dishwasher Mark was absolutely wonderful he was so full of knowledge and wasn't rushing us for a sale. We were so impressed with him , I had done some research before going in but his knowledge was invaluable. We even ended up buying a tumble dryer. Excellent customer service Mark. We would also like to thank the very helpful delivery guys Ian and Robbie how wonderful they were nothing was too much trouble they were just brilliant. Currys should be really proud of such great staff.

    Went to look for a new vacuum cleaner. Machines were on a shelf so hard to look at and compare, price labels were up too high to read properly and lights shining on them made it near impossible to read. The vacuum we decided on was known to be out of stock by the staff member! Why not put a notice on the information to say its out if stock?! Left without a vacuum feeling disappointed.
