I have used this Kwik Fit in Altrincham since I moved here nearly 30 years ago and have always had great service, even on the occasions when the MOT might not have given the best news it was still handled very well. Lots of empathy, great bunch of guys. Thanks!

Very friendly guys, had a flat tyre due a puncture on the side which could not be fixed. Changed the tyre in 20 minutes on a Sunday. Not the cheapest option though.

Was rushing to drop my daughter at pre-school as I was headed straight to work after. Noticed my back tyre was slowly going down but the car alerted me that it had gone down to 21 and the rest were 32. The air machine at the garage round the corner wasn't working and remembered Kwik Fit was 5 seconds away. A lovely gent called 'Faz' quickly nipped my car in, blew the tyre up, and got it back to me all within 3 minutes. He didn't expect any payment and wished me a good day. I went back to take some choccies in as a thank you but will be booking the car in for a new tyre, the friendliness and efficiency was phenomenal.

When I arrived at the pre-booked time my car was taken straight away to have 2 rear tyres replaced. The tyres were fitted quickly and without any problems. I would recommend Altrincham depot for tyres.

These guys were amazing last week when I had 2 massive screws in my tyre! Really helpful just before closing and fitted me in the next morning. Very fast service and friendly, particularly as a lone female, 200 miles from home stressed and with a tight schedule! Really appreciated their service. Thank you!

What a fantastic experience I had at kwik fit Altrincham on my way to Cardiff when I had a warning on my dashboard for low tyre pressure. I came in at 5pm hoping somone would take a quick look at the tyre. From me asking to my car being looked at was incredible in and out in 30mins wilton who repaired my tyre was amazing from start to finish what a credit to the kwik fit team knows his stuff highly recommend thank you kwik fit

Got a puncture I needed repairing, went to Sale K.F, and was turned away. Luckily for me, Phil at Altrincham recognised a person in need. Had the wheel in my boot, he got it and even offered to fit it once repaired. Looks like I know where to go for my tyres next time round.

Really unhappy with the service provided. For my Jaguar F-Pace which was fully checked by Jaguar with no fault only a month ago but KWIK Fit got my MOT failed (only went with them as a quick appointment was available) and when I got it checked again at Jaguar they couldn't find any fault. Also I got all 4 tyres changed with Kwikfit and they left an utter mess on the tyres and alloy wheels with the white lubricant. I understand they need to use it but professional garages ensure to clean everything before handing back the keys. I was given the key back by a very rude guy who couldn't be bothered to explain anything. Never ever going to visit this centre again

Awful customer service at this centre. Waited in reception for 10minutes today to speak to a member of staff about a puncture on my car, 1 member of staff looked at me from the garage and ignored me and another walked straight past me and over the road to get his lunch! The same member of staff then came back, walked right past me in reception and into the garage. I waited an extra 5 minutes and left. Not 1 staff member in reception but computers unlocked showing all customers information!! Disgusting customer service and major data security breach, stay clear.

It’s true that the staff might not be the most customer-friendly. However, I got my front wheels realigned very quickly and was charged an acceptable price. Overall I cannot really complain.

I use Kwik Fit Altrincham for many years. Great, reliable service, very kind people, who assist you to the highest standard. I recently missed my MOT appointment but the manager Phil quickly arranged for me a new visit. I fully trust Kwik Fit and would highly recommend their services.

Got booked in at short notice. Drop vehicle off and was phoned to pick up. I can fully recommend Altrincham Kwik fit Phil the manager was absolutely great. 5 star

I'd be careful going here, paid over £400 for two new front tyres, car returned with mis-aligned tracking. Tracking checking appears on invoice but they neither checked or corrected. Rude when I challenged them. Another branch called after I made a compliant to check over but wouldn't trust this company with my car now.

Kwikfit in Altrincham is one of the nearest to me and I haven’t had to visit for several years. Everyone who came into the office to look after customers were very efficient and provided great customer service. In addition, they fixed my tyre quickly despite being very busy and at a price point that was acceptable.

I've been bringing cars here for new tyres and repairs for a few years now and the guys here always manage to fit us in quickly, always manage to sort the problem and are always cheerful while they're at it! Brilliant service and the last repair which was a screw through the tyre they didn't even charge for. Thanks so much. Very happy to recommend Kwikfit Altrincham.

Thought I had a slow puncture but turned out it was a valve. The lads here were delightful and didn't charge me for tightening it up. Great service. Ile certainly return for new tyres as and when required.

Staff exceedingly helpful and accommodating especially as I was late for the appointment. Informed of wear of shock absorbers but no pressure to get them done immediately, just said to review from time to time. I Trust the advice given .

Hi i came in with my Nissan juke my name is Wayne it had a screw in the wheel i lost my wheel bolt which i had to run around.. Awesome staff all of them i had to go nissan but when I got back to kwik fit he sorted my wheel straight away is Name was Baz i think dark hair Very polite. Well recommended

All's well that ends well! Got balancing done a week ago but it actually got worse! Went back to the centre and they did the balancing again.... This time they ensured that they took out the old weights, cleaned the surface and did fresh balance even if the balance cam out okay in the first place. That did the trick, cheers! 👍

I would not recommend Kwik -fit . Booking an appointment is hard enough in itself .No one at their depots or in the mail call centre seems to answer the phone and you cannot leave a message . Their mechanics only seem prepared to do straight forward work like changing tyres .My car had an electrical fault but I was told this was something they could not do - Why ?? they are a garage after all Now I am having to go incur the additional cost of going to another garage

I always take my car to David at Kwik Fit. Never have an issue with repairs to my car. Decent service and nice polite worker. My car tyre was repaired within a good time . Thanks David .

Went in for wheel alignment after getting vibrations through the steering wheel at motorway speeds. Very professional and polite. Explained everything all along including recommendations. All done while I waited for 45 mins. Would use again

Super friendly staff and extremely helpful. The guy went above and beyond for me. Only went in for an MOT. He also checked my battery as I was having ignition issues and sorted out my washers as one wasn’t firing.

Best repair service ever! Missed a tire check booking due to being stuck at work and it was no trouble for them to re-book. It's a busy place so was lucky to get another slot so soon. The service was quick and efficient and I was out of there with a repaired tire within minutes. Excellent service with a knowledgeable and friendly team. Special thanks to Rab who was great. Fantastic service all round! The manager Craig was really friendly and helpful. Very fast repair on an exhaust bracket that meant I could make the journey I needed to. All sorted with no complications. Will definitely use this branch again.

Booked in and prr-paid for MOT and Servicing. Arrived on the morning to be asked if anyone had contacted me to cancel the service and I told them they hadn't. But they said don't worry we'll be able to get it done. Late afternoon they contacted me to tell me they can't contact the guy who should be doing the servicing and asked whether I wanted to re-book or a refund. I got a refund because if this has happened this time how reliable is the garage to carry it out on a new booking? Won't be going there again.

Not for the first time I had excellent customer service at Altrincham Kwik Fit. The booking in process was quick and painless by Phil as was the subsequent fitting of two front tyres. I was recovered by Green Flag to Altrincham Kwik. Green flag were unable to remove my tyre at the side of the road. Now in Kwik fit, and surrounded by about 4 technicians, all of which tried unsuccessfully to remove the locking wheel nut. There was talk about calling out the AA who have a special tool for the job. I was looking at finding accommodation for the night. Phil, was not going to be beaten. I think his middle name should be stubborn or perseverance. He went about and beyond. Thank you Phil.

Really dodgy MOT centre. Got my fail certificate and got it checked at another garage straightaway. Absolutely no problem with the part they mentioned with no damage seen anywhere. Safe to say that won’t be visiting this dodgy MOT centre ever again. Asked the garage but no use as they gave a lame reply that different assessor’s assess differently. What a joke 😄😄

Phil and Rab are class acts. They took time to understand what I needed and advised correct course of action. Also suggest I revisit after 100 miles just to check on everything so they really care about what they do.
