Simply put - these guys lie ! They agreed a deal, stated work would be done to a vehicle prior to collection based upon their "company policy" to do so and then renaged on the agreement 2 days before collection with no explanation - simply stated "take the vehicle as is for the same price or don't buy it". Yet another company that has zero integrity and shows zero respect to their customers Buyer beware - my advice is shop elsewhere !!!

My partner and I were ushered out of the door by some pompous, stuck up salesman!!! Lookers STOCKPORT, Kia BOLTON and Premier Kia were ALL CHEAPER anyway!! And there was nowhere to park. I watched a staff member knock someones car with theirs. Presumably a customers. I recommend you AVOID and get a BETTER DEAL elsewhere.

All the staff here are very nice and pleasant people. Got the car that I wanted without any pressure to buy. Staff were also very patient with us. Sale was completed by a very nice young chap called Haroon Sadiq. Top service from this dealership 5 * service.

I have recently bought a car from Arnold Clark. I completed my process online and got the car sent from Nottingham to Arnold Clark Altrincham. Imogen was there to greet me when I went to collect my car. She helped me through the process and even remembered me from when I sold my last car to them 7 months prior. Imogen is extremely helpful and provides an amazing service with a client centred approach. The only reason I give 4 stars rather than 5 is more about getting a car transferred as there was some confusion with this however Imogen was very helpful and managed to get it sorted. Next time I want a car I will be going into Arnold Clark Altrincham and asking for Imogen as I have trust in her to provide an excellent service.

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish with John, Paul and Chris. We’ve bought two cars from the garage in the last 6 months and that’s testament to the quality of service. Everything was explained thoroughly, we never felt like we were being taken advantage of, and what can be a long and complex process was made quick and easy. Everyone seemed to be busy. First time I’ve stepped foot in a car dealership for myself. Was told that people was busy and that I could have a look round, felt like they didn’t want my custom, after 10 minutes I got bored of looking and left. I then went to another dealership who also was busy but didn’t feel like I was being pushed out the door.

I went to click and collect my vauxhall insignia today, its absolutely emaculate, i'm well chuffed, adam the sales rep and his team were fantastic, very helpful, and gave me every bit of information i needed and i actually enjoyed my car buying experience with him, he held a cracking conversation. After having visited Nissan earlier that morning and being incredibly disappointed with the service received, we were so relieved to find a car and deal we are so happy with! The process was quick and easy. Would highly recommend this dealership especially if your car shopping with kids in tow!

Ereza helped me find the perfect car! She took the time to listen to my needs and budget, and had several quick recommendations. I loved being able to look at it, and the whole experience took less than 2 hours on a Saturday! My experience here was so much better, easier, and faster than at a major dealership, and I will definitely go back the next time we need a new car.

Great experience - particularly worthy to mention Chris Tidbury. There had been various issues (all of which were genuine mistakes, nothing intentional) but chris really went above and beyond in resolving these. The circumstances were fairly exceptional and Chris dealt with them better than most would have done - he deserves some form of internal recognition for his excellent customer service.

We were let down on a previous purchase from another manufacturer and had been on a long search for something else. We came into the showroom looking for a 2nd hand car due to lack of availability of EVs or hybrids. Paul gave us really helpful information on options between used and new cars at the time and options between the various EVs and hybrids. Much more than any other dealer we'd been to where we had just been left confused and unable to decide which way to turn. He was friendly, easy to get on with and helpful, with a lot of patience which in our experience we've found very unusual when looking for new cars. All credit to Paul, off the back of this experience we would be looking at coming back when our next car is up for renewal.

Can't fault this place or the people. Easter Monday arrived to just browse and was kindly met by a young lady called Ereza. She was super helpful and very friendly. Ereza helped us to find a car to suit our budget and though we didn't find one in the showroom she found just the right car we were after and had it sent from Blackpool. Today we picked up our car and she met us us with big smiles saying ''Happy New Car Day!'' she made us feel so excited. All the staff made the whole experience easy and pleasant. Took my car to Altrincham branch today to sell.I bought the car ( and the other car in our household from this branch ). I’d done an online quote beforehand. I was met and offered a hot drink as soon as I arrived and shown to the desk to meet Ezera who went outside to check my car over. She was polite, friendly and very efficient. The price was exactly the same as the online valuation so the sale was agreed. The whole process took around 40 minutes - would highly recommend this branch for selling/part ex and buying a car.

The service here is amazing. I was greeted at reception by somebody who seemed to care. She passed me onto the sales person who spent a lot of time with me explaining the details of my chosen car and the difference between others in the Kia range. He then took me out of the show room to let me feel the car and make my final decision. He then found a car that fitted my requirements and gave me the good news that I could have it within the week. This was the best experience in buying a car, no pressure just good advice.
