The
service
that
I
received
from
RBP
was
nothing
short
of
a
complete
disgrace.
My
watch
was
only
sent
in
for
a
bezel
replacement
and
I
was
initially
quoted
a
4-6
timescale
for
the
return
of
my
watch,
which
I
was
fine
with,
but
then
this
was
then
increased
to
13
weeks!!
When
I
questioned
this
I
was
told
that
my
watch
had
been
opened
and
that
a
complete
service
/
movement
change
was
needed
and
they
would
do
this
free
of
charge
due
to
all
the
confusion
and
the
time
it
was
taking
to
repair/return
my
watch.
My
watch
was
working
perfectly
when
sent,
it
just
needed
a
bezel
replacement,
there
was
no
need
to
break
the
seal
/
open
my
watch
and
this
was
never
requested.
When
I
finally
got
my
watch
back
there
was
no
mention
of
the
service/movement
replacement
work
being
done
and
when
I
questioned
this,
they
said
they
had
not
done
it!
They
get
you
to
send
your
watch
to
them
for
no
charge
but
to
get
it
back
they
charge
extortionate
rates
for
the
postal
return.
Seriously,
DO
NOT
USE
THEM!
There
are
far
better
watch
repair
specialists
out
there.
You
can't
even
raise
a
complaint
as
their
phone
number
just
takes
you
to
an
automated
service
that
has
no
one
to
speak
to.
I'm
pretty
sure
that
all
of
the
5
star
google
reviews
are
engineered
too,
beware!!
