think
that
recounting
the
circumstances
which
led
my
awarding
the
rating
will
suffice
in
lieu
of
my
expressing
any
personal
opinion.
I
went
to
this
dealership
on
23/05/2022
after
1700
to
use
their
ChadeMo
charger
with
a
Nissan
Leag
purchased
from
the
Westway
Nissan
Group.
When
I
arrived
the
black
Nissan
Leaf
was
plugged
into
the
Rapid
Charger
which
stated
that
it
was
98%
charged.
Upon
entering
the
showroom,
there
were
2
other
customer
pairs.
When
I
spoke
to
the
member
of
staff,
I
was
told
that
both
vehicles
belonged
to
customers
who
were
waiting
for
their
vehicles
to
be
charged.
I
said
I
had
no
objection
to
waiting
and
would
ask
them
if
they
minded
my
charging
my
vehicle
as
it
was
around
20%
charge.
After
the
2
customers
present
in
the
dealership
left,
the
member
of
staff
who
stated
that
vehicle
belonged
to
‘customers’
produced
a
set
of
keys
and
unlocked
the
ChadeMo
charger
from
the
black
leaf
in
the
picture.
I
was
then
allowed
me
to
move
my
vehicle
and
access
the
rapid
charger
for
approximately
10
minutes
before
the
charger
was
switched
off
at
1750,
10
minutes
before
the
showroom
closes
at
1800
and
exit
prevented
with
the
use
of
security
bollards.
Naturally
I
have
no
evidence
to
confirm
that
a
member
of
the
dealership
staff
said
that
the
vehicles
belonged
to
‘customers’.
Nonetheless,
should
the
management
deign
to
respond
to
this,
it
would
be
helpful
if
they
were
to
state
that
both
the
cars
do
belong
to
any
staff
members
and
then
provide
a
rationale
for
why
they
were
parked
in
such
a
manner
that
obstructs
access
to
the
ChadeMo
charger,
at
closing
time,
with
no
owners
in
proximity.
Access
to
any
charging
facilities
is
at
the
sole
discretion
of
the
owners
and
at
no
obligation
on
this
or
any
other
dealer
to
do
so.
