    This is my second Nissan car and I am very happy with my New NISSAN LEAF 110KW ACENTA 40KWH 5DR AUTO , its my first electric car but i was talked though any questions and got first class service from start to finish from David Millington who was very pleasant and honest at all times. I find this to be one of the best Garages I have ever dealt with, a top class service.

    This dealership (Altrincham) owes me £600 that has been outstanding for 3 months. £100 of which was for the return of the log book on my old car and £500 for repairs they told me to get done and would reimburse me. Been told lie after lie. Would never use again!

    This dealership is highly recommend. I am a driving instructor so I have bought many nearly new cars over the years. I have come across many salesmen who have gone in for the hard sell from the start. Absolutely none of that with this company. The salesman Dave is a top bloke, I don’t know the area so he came with me on the test drive and took me on some great roads where I could really drive the car. There was no pressure to buy at any point. I bought a nearly new ex demo car with only 1,800 miles on the clock for a really good price.

    We called to see Brad in the service team for help with our SatNav. We were offered coffee whilst he went off to sort it. In no time, before we'd finished our drink, thr job was done, with a complimentary newer SD card. Superb service. We travelled from Warrington as our old dealership has closed, but the service at WestWay way better than anything we'd had at Warrington. 👌

    This is a review about the aftercare provided by WestWay Altrincham. I used them for the major service on our vehicle and when a small issue appeared, they couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. Special mention to Paula and Brad in the service department who have been excellent and very responsive throughout. Nothing has been too much trouble, and they have been extremely flexible, working around my work schedule as much as possible. It turns out, the small issue was actually something of nothing and it was resolved very quickly indeed. Thank you to all involved, I will be back when the car needs its next service.

    I found the whole experience of buying a vehicle with west way Altrincham very enjoyable. The salesman i dealt with Tim was excellent from start to finish. Even providing a framed photo of myself and my purchase. I would recommend this show room to any potential Nissan buyers. Keep up the good work west way Altrincham.

    Very disappointing service and staff atitude. Money talks over everything else. People don't matter. I've booked a car for a test drive today, after it had been advertised the previous evening. I called and gave my details agreed on a test drive later on today. Only to receive a phone call after 1 hour that the car has been sold to a walk-in... Someone who I was told saw the car as they were driving by and decided to buy it on the spot. That is....someone who enquiried after myself and without any appointment. Charming!Needless to say the disappointment and futility of making an appointment if in the end anyone can do whatever they want whenever. When I spoke with the manager Gareth later on in the day to understand how they do business (who cordially made the test drive appointment with me in the morning)I was told that I should have paid a fee which he then admitted that he forgot to mention in the morning ( that I would have gladly paid had I known). In other words he asked my details for the test drive but forgot to mention an important step of reserving the car for a test drive which to me sounds like a very dishonest excuse. Another dodgy thing was that when I asked about the drive test and where I could do it I wasn't given very clear answer re where that could take place, just something vague on streets around...(I was interested in testing on motorway to make sure it runs right..) All in all MONEY TALKS, PEOPLE...NOT SO MUCH. Anything goes when money in sight. Which I suppose is the business yet money comes from people... Not a great or reliable way to do business in my opinion...

The minute I walked in to Westway Manchester James welcomed me, understood my situation and worked on my behalf to source me a car and the team at Manchester worked hard to deliver a fantastic deal.     Following previous poor service at another local Nissan dealership, then I was sceptical about receiving a similar service at this branch…..how wrong I was on this occasion. I have to say the overall customer service prior, during and thereafter the service manager by Paula and the Nissan team was superb!! There were a couple of queries that were resolved including having the service manager explaining a couple of points in more detail. Paula was very knowledgeable, breathed Nissan customer service and clearly knows about customer retention. I will stay with this branch now following some absolutely awful experiences at another dealership in the Stockport area. Great work Paula and team!!

    Positives: - Service team are excellent, very professional - Had a few issues after collection which were covered with no issues and I was given a free courtesy car so minimal inconvenience - Competitively priced car Negatives: - Sales did not match the spec of my car with the one I test drove so I was misled slightly with my purchase - Sales were extremely attentive right up until the order was placed. They were slightly pushy upfront too, should just be more relaxed and consistent. - General quality of communication could be improved; constantly got my name wrong, lacking attention to detail (spec issue). Overall I would go back but I’d be sure to go through every detail of the car before taking the car, partly my fault as I was in a rush with the purchase but you should be able to rely on the sales team understanding the spec of what they’re selling.

    Excellent service. Despite an initially anticipated long wait time due to shortages we were kept continually informed through updates and thankfully the waiting time was radically reduced.     I was at first only looking to buy a second hand car to replace my current vehicle but Matthew Wakes at West Way Nissan was so helpful and when I took out a Nissan Micra I was impressed with the drive and I got a very good trade in for the Toyota Aygo I had. I have been driving my new car for a week now and have not been disappointed with how it performs.

    I think that recounting the circumstances which led my awarding the rating will suffice in lieu of my expressing any personal opinion. I went to this dealership on 23/05/2022 after 1700 to use their ChadeMo charger with a Nissan Leag purchased from the Westway Nissan Group. When I arrived the black Nissan Leaf was plugged into the Rapid Charger which stated that it was 98% charged. Upon entering the showroom, there were 2 other customer pairs. When I spoke to the member of staff, I was told that both vehicles belonged to customers who were waiting for their vehicles to be charged. I said I had no objection to waiting and would ask them if they minded my charging my vehicle as it was around 20% charge. After the 2 customers present in the dealership left, the member of staff who stated that vehicle belonged to ‘customers’ produced a set of keys and unlocked the ChadeMo charger from the black leaf in the picture. I was then allowed me to move my vehicle and access the rapid charger for approximately 10 minutes before the charger was switched off at 1750, 10 minutes before the showroom closes at 1800 and exit prevented with the use of security bollards. Naturally I have no evidence to confirm that a member of the dealership staff said that the vehicles belonged to ‘customers’. Nonetheless, should the management deign to respond to this, it would be helpful if they were to state that both the cars do belong to any staff members and then provide a rationale for why they were parked in such a manner that obstructs access to the ChadeMo charger, at closing time, with no owners in proximity. Access to any charging facilities is at the sole discretion of the owners and at no obligation on this or any other dealer to do so.

    I cannot fault the service I received at Nissan, Altrincham. The sales team, Megan and Gareth were fantastic. They were friendly, courteous and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and their response to emails and phone calls was fast and efficient. When I collected my new car I was guided through all the technology and told to ring or pop in anytime if I had any queries. I would highly recommend the team at Altrincham, I couldn’t fault them at all.

    Definitely one of the better main dealers. Bought a used car here recently, very straightforward, cars on the site are very nicely presented, but they don't bother with the bling and receptionists which others seem obsessed with. Mark in sales was very helpful in obtaining the correct service history too.

    Very friendly staff and a breath of fresh air. I can’t believe the difference in helpful staff between Nissan and Peugeot down the road. With Peugeot staff uninterested in all the issues I had with a brand new car I got from them and the reason I changed the car and got Nissan. Nissan fantastic helpful staff that go the extra mile. Brad especially in the service department. Will be returning for health care checks and any services required.
