Don’t Bother for alterations. Paid £16 for some shortening, went to collect the item - not ready come back next week 5 days later and no apology. Went back, collected the dress. Got home and hadn’t been altered. Over a week and nothing done. Now need to find somewhere else urgently Will never use them again. Shocking service.

One particular member of staff here is quite frankly obnoxious and shouldn’t be in a customer facing role. Despite saying hello twice I was ignored,previous visits I have had unnecessarily sarcastic replies.Needless to say I won’t be using this branch of Johnsons again and if you value customer service I suggest you go elsewhere.

Breathtakingly expensive. Took curtains from house we're moving into for dry cleaning. Cost nearly £300. By the time I was told the price the curtains had been taken away so I could hardly say no. I complained to their head office, just to make sure a mistake hadn't been made, and was told they'd look into it. Nobody bothered to phone me back. Few things in life are certain but here's one: I won't be going to a Jonsons again.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I visited this place on multiple occasions as this is my nearest evri parcel shop. Every single time both members of staff were very rude and sarcastic, not replying to ‘hello’, ‘thank you’, ‘bye’. Every single time they spoke to me as if I was their worst enemy. There is no reason to speak to anybody the way they spoke to me. I also work in the shop and I can’t imagine what would have to happen to make me treat the customer the way they always do.

Very rude nember of staff today, told my husband who was collecting my dry cleaning that i had been told i would get a text when the cleaning was ready. No customer service.

Creases all over the place on all three jackets. Glad I checked them just before I headed out as they all need ironing.

Appaling customer service! Not friendly or helpful in the slightest. I couldn't vote them a minus but if I could have I would have. I had to travel further but it was worth it for a good professional customer service with staff who treat you with respect.

Rang up on Saturday morning enquiring if they could possibly alter my nurse uniform. Rachel was so helpful and agreed to alter my uniform dress although she had a list of other alterations to complete too! This was really kind of her and she completely went above and beyond for me as I was in need to this to be done for Monday. Thank you very much rachel! Highly recommend this store!!

Extremely rude staff and my clothes came back still dirty! Avoid.

A bit disappointed that both my suit and my woolen smart overcoat were covered in some kind of green metallic thread that I had to point out to the person in the shop and get them to use a lint roller to get it off. Effectively, my clothes were worse off after 'cleaning' than when I took them in. I hope it's a one off incident....

10/10 removed my stained white hoodie, was a quick service and very good price highly recommend
