I contacted Altrincham removals at the last minute to help me move all my large furniture. Carl emailed me straight back and fitted me in later that day. The guys that moved my furniture worked so hard and were so patient and calm with me. Would really recommend them. Customer service was great. Carl rang me as soon as the job was finished to check I was happy with everything. Will definitely use them in the future. Great removal service!

From initial contact regarding getting a quote until we finally moved in Altrincham Removals have been superlative. Carl provided a highly competitive quote and arranged a wonderfully smooth way to move us out of the parking mayhem that are the "tree roads". Even when it snowed on the actual moving in day (and no vehicles could make it up the drive to our new address) and the vendor hadn't moved out, despite keys being handed over, the team just did the best they could in the circumstances. Always positive, always resourceful, always professional - "Keep calm and carry on carrying" must be their motto. Can not recommend Altrincham Removals highly enough. In my opinion to use any other firm to move would be foolhardy.

Carl and his team were absolutely amazing when it came to our recent move. Carl provided a competitive quote and also offered the option of storing our belongings once boxed which made the packing process so much easier. On the day his team arrived on time and emptied our house within a couple of hours taking great care of our belongings and the house we were leaving. Upon arrival at our new property they again moved everything in working quickly and carefully. They even took away any boxes I had already unpacked and returned a few days later to collect any further boxes and packing paper. Fantastic service, great company to deal with from start to finish. We moved from Bowdon to London and the whole service provided was excellent. The guys who came on day one, Wayne, Ian and Josh were so helpful and professional whilst packing everything up and were understanding of our needs. On day 2 they came back to pick up our bed and last minute items an then transported it all down to London. Unfortunately because of solicitors, they had a 3 hour wait outside our new home, but again they were so courteous and understanding until they could unpack their vans. It ended up a very long day for them but they made it better for us. Definitely would highly recommend this company.

From the moment I spoke to Carl, the director of Altrincham removal, I knew the company were exactly who we needed to take all the stress out of the move to our new home. I collected the required equipment from Carl a few days before the scheduled move such as boxes, paper to wrap all ornaments and tape. Carl reassured us that should we need anymore of these items, to just let him know and they would be provided (which was a lovely touch). On the move day, the removal guys were absolutely outstanding making the whole process run so smoothly. Highly recommended. All staff are very professional and friendly. Also very competitively priced. The clearance was very thorough and they cleaned up extremely well once completed. Carl is a delight to deal with and this runs through to all his staffs dealing with clients. They offer suggestions and follow through on any opportunities to sell items and helping towards the cost of clearance. It was my deceased parents home which was obviously an emotional process. Carl and his team could not have been more considerate and thoughtful.
