Never put a review on until now due to very bad experience with Linked London. I ordered one item a bracelet which within a month the clasp snapped off. However my main issue is with the 2nd item, I ordered a necklace soon after the bracelet and it arrived and did not fit - ok, I’ll go through the returns process. Returned the item Royal Mail 1st class and sent an email no reply. After numerous emails I then went to Instagram to tell them I wanted my refund, this went on for about a month constant back and forth and I escalated the case to PayPal. I lost out on my money & the necklace is now back in their hands and their customer service is absolutely rotten. Steer clear!

Recently purchased the compass necklace and wheat chain combination from linked london, and am more than happy with the quality and craft of these items. The pendant and necklace was well made and could tell it wasn’t a cheap alternative that a lot these newer brands are selling. The chain was also similar and well coated as I’d accidentally put it through the wash machine but still came out just the same! Certainly will be a returning customer

Avoid. The necklace I received was of poor quality and inaccurately described. The customer team was unprofessional when I raised this with them.

Great website and fantastic customer service!! I ordered the wrong product so I contacted the store. Ben was really quick to contact me and sort everything out for the correct Item to be delivered even though it was MY fault I got the order wrong! 200% will be buying another chain off of these guys at the end of the month and so should you! Top and bottom of it is these guys know their stuff and care for their customers! Great company!

Do not order from this website. Scam! Item was really poor quality, i sent it back via recorded delivery (as per the instructions on the site) at cost to myself. They recieved the item but no refund. Emails are ignored, no communication from seller

Possibly the worst experience I've had with any supplier ... I wish I'd read the reviews beforehand. I ordered a chain and necklace duo for my partner. The combo turned up and looked so cheap. So I sent it back within the timeframe given (which is stressful enough given the continuous royal mail strikes). I spent just under £11 on various deliveries (£3.99 to have it delivered and £6.72 for tracked and signed to send it back, as recommended) for an order just under £50, they had the item for over 2 weeks (as I can see when it was received), I sent 2 emails to see when I can have my refund and no one responded to me. In the end, I had to involve PayPal (thank god I ordered it using PayPal) who managed to get the refund for me. Its really sad that its come to this. I wouldn't wasted time writing a review if they had of just refunded me when they received the item. I will never use these guys again or recommend their products. It's cheap and by the sounds of things it breaks and goes green not long after wearing (judging by other reviews). DO NOT BUY!

Had a few things from here, great quality items, and affordable so you can buy a necklace for every outfit. I have had 2 gold cuban chains and 2 silver rope chains, all of witch have been great. I have also got a silver pendant from here although I found the chain for it far too thin but for the price I wasn't unhappy with it. Customer service has also been fantastic was able to reach them on email and phone and kept updated. My only gripe is that the mens and womens items are pretty much the same and that the chain on the pendants could do with being about double the thickness.Overall very happy, if they start doing some rings I will be back for them too 👊

From first ordering our items it took no time at all for delivery. Upon arrival we were not disappointed. Beautifully packaged, my boys were thrilled with their choice. Very well made items. The customer service is outstanding I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

What a fantastic brand! The products themselves are very high quality (I’ve had a pendant and a chain) and they look very expensive. But most of all I can wear them all the time; gym, on holiday, shower etc without any tarnish to them or marks on my skin. Would definitely recommend.

The Compass pendant is very solid & the engraving of the compass itself is very striking! The chain is good quality & it feels comfortable to wear. Its been 24hrs now & no chaffing or red marks etc. Very pleased.

ordered a Figaro 5mm chain and it’s definitely worth the buy. Fits just like I imagined and really makes my outfits standout now. Shipping was surprisingly fast and efficient especially me being on the other side of the world. Definitely buying some more jewelry.
