Very good customer services. The staff is kind and friendly towards customers. I always enjoy to shop in New Look store in Sale.

I visited the store this week.I am wearing a face mask as per government guidelines and rules.All 4 members of staff were on the shop premises gossiping and shouting to each other.No face masks worn by 4 members of staff.Completely ignored all customers.No hand sanitiser on view.Did not see any staff using sanitiser.Very poor.No wonder the shop hS very few customers

Prices have gone up a lot. Even in the sales they're expensive.

Clean and presentable store. Polite and friendly staff. Plenty on offer to buy ranging from children's clothing to adults. Good quality clothing without any issues. Also a good place to have online orders sent to be picked up.

This shop always have what I want even when its the last one.

Awsome customer service. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful when coming to the Sale branch. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Just wish more shops have staff like yours.

Always well stocked, very happy to be able to try a lot of pieces in size 16 and 18! Also staff are always happy to help.

Staff are rude, kicked us out for trying on heels like what? Staff said ''are you gonna buy those" we said "maybe but probably not" and then they replied with "what if you snapped your neck what we you tell your parents then?" We replied "uh that we snapped our neck" they then said "dont get cheeky" and then followed us around until we left. Dont recommend, downright rude

Good ideas and good prices the reward card is a good idea I had a big save when I was in there

Clothes on a line thats marked as 2 for £16.then at the till theyre not in the offer.theyve been put on the wrong rack.bit embarrassing and frustrating

The shop was clear & uncluttered. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Nice to be able to enter a shop, find staff who are welcoming and keen to help.

Always have lots of items that I love I buy tops, dresses, jeans, and shoes and sometimes underwear. Staff are always helpful.

Friendly people ,good range of winter clothes allows nhs discount, student discount changing room is clean and sometimes there a person on the changing rooms to help you. They have sales and there good too
