Great pain free experience, Dentist and the team are very friendly. Clear on pricing. Easy to book appointment, Receptionist is very polite and pleasant. As much as dentist can be pleasant experience this is the place you need to visit

The reception staff are really helpful and explain everything really well, and the dentists and hygienists are very professional. Amazing practice with lovely staff, 10/10 would recommend.

Being an avid horror movie fan my anxiety was running somewhat wild during a visit to have an upper wisdom tooth removed. However the entire process from start to finish (receptionist included) was in fact dare I say.... Pleasurable?! I didn't feel a thing at all and my nerves were quickly soothed by Simon and his team. I write this the following day and my mouth is pretty much back to normal with only the smallest of aches that I'm sure will have gone when I wake up tomorrow. Looking forward to having the other removed! Genuinely couldn't recommend highly enough.

Not one of Simon's personal friends so I'm not going to write a bogus review and make out he's the best thing since sliced bread. Accurately though I can describe the receptionist as ill suited to dealing with the public.

To be honest, I am terrified of the dentist. I’ve had some really bad experiences throughout the years. My Dad took me to Greys when I was experiencing really bad pain and no dentist was listening. I’m not scared of going to see Simon, he is always really calm and takes his time with whatever procedure he is doing. Best dentist I have ever seen, hands down. The hygienists are incredible too, Alex especially. I’ve been going to Greys for about 8 years and have no intention of going anywhere else.

I have been a patient here for a number of years, having been at a few practices before. I'm very pleased with the service. I go for my six monthly check-ups, and Simon keeps me informed with regards to any issues which may arise in the future, but invariably "we'll keep an eye on it" is as far as it goes - I have never once thought he would recommend an intervention unless it was necessary and in my best interests. My wife and sons attend here also. Thoroughly recommend.

Grays has been in Altrincham since I was a child and years later it remains one of the best dental practices in the area. The dentists are fantastic & reception staff are so lovely, especially Rahil who is always ready to greet you with a big smile :) Like many people I don't particularly look forward to a trip to the dentist but her warm welcome & professional calm always puts me at ease. I have a long history with Grays Dental going back over a decade. They were fantastic and provided excellent dental care to a family member. I started using Grays as a very nervous patient because of previous issues with another dentists. Simon and his team took on board my issues and took extra time reassure me. As a result, my wife, two daughters, son-in-law have all decided to use Grays. I really can't rate them highly enough.

It's very expensive and no quality for fee charged , I got my couple of tooth filing and a tooth extraction in June 2022, within 6 months the same tooth is aching again, they charge too much and quality is not satisfactory. Afraid to visit again 😞
