Staff is rude and bit over price. Tried pizza taste is OK.

Absolutely awful service. Ordered through Uber Eats, visiting from Sydney and used to love Dixie Chicken when I was a student in Manchester. But not only did the order not arrive - but say it had - they ignored the incessant phone calls wanting an update, and when they finally answered after 45 minuted they were dismissive and said our order was on its way - it wasn't. Terrible, unprofessional and plain rude. I would not recommend.

Is there anything below 1 star? If so, they deserves it. Such poor experience. I was warned before by my friend but still gave it a chance. Food arrived 55 minutes late and was cooked and frozen. Called the restaurant before to find out about the delivery status, staff members were so rude. They didn’t even ask where I am calling from! Just said delivery man is on the way. Again called 15 minutes later, they guy goes, you will get your food when the delivery man calls you!😳 are you being serious. Please don’t order from them unless you want a bit of stressful time and want to try uncooked food.

My brother ordered a whole chicken with 2 sides for iftaar for us. We usually eat burgers from dixy and they are alright. But when the chicken came. It was uncooked and tasted so bad. We had to throw away the food. A waste of my 18 pounds. The coleslaw was horrible. Don't know what they used to make it. Smelled like rotten eggs. Never eating at dixy again. Ps. Delivery driver showed up after an hour and 20 mins Poor service

Taste is okish, service is okish. paid for few items from the menu but when opened the bag after getting home noticed wrap was missing. Fried chicken was pink inside i.e under cooked. Weird smell inside the restaurant. Never going back again.

Just ordered via Ubereats. The lamb ribs did not taste right or smell right. Each time I tried to take a bite - there was a whiff of raw meat. Tends to happen when the meat isn’t washed properly before cooking. Pizza could be better and fries went solid after about 5 mins. Won’t be ordering again from here. I ordered 2 cake slices and they were just placed in a carton. They’ve been rolled around and so the cheesecake resembles every other thing other than a cheesecake. Talk about common sense.

Spent £32 in all, the ribs are shocking, no meat at all on them and arrived luke warm, seen more meat on dog bones. Peri burger was alright, not very warm. Gravy I ordered tastes like a chippy gravy so was not bad but arrived barely warm. Ham and pineapple pizza was the best thing but I ordered through uber eats and charged me extra for cheese, just wanted to order as is but wouldn't let me go to order it without a base, choose out of BBQ, cheese and something else but came without extra cheese so don't know why I have this option as all pizzas come with cheese. Chicken and chips wasn't anything to write home about either, luke warm chicken and not very tasty, wouldn't order again as it was very expensive for what I got, even got money off due to signing up to the uber one thing for free.

If I could give it a 0 star rating I would! But firstly I came here on Saturday night was greeted with an unpleasant miserable face who served me and was very rude. I looked at the chicken that was sat under the heater it looked rotten I asked him how long had it been sat there he said it doesn't matter ! I left there without ordering luckily for me to find out on just eat they have a 2 star hygiene rating! Avoid at all costs if you don't wanna be riddled with food poisoning. How this place is still open is beyond me don't waste your time or your money and don't risk making yourself poorly

STAY AWAY I ordered from this place for the first time off Uber, big mistake. The food came super late and was cold. The chicken was flavourless and dry, the fries were so oily you could see through them and the burgers had grey and moldy looking lettuce. I feel like I'm going to be sick. Wish I had the reviews on here before I ordered. This place needs to be shut down.

Disgusting costumer service Today I call 25/11/22 at 15.20 I called they answered Dixy chicken And I said are you open? The reason I gave 3 stars is because I know the shop is busy but I call to order @22.25pm 1st September 2022 & just like anyone else I am a customer & with having Autism it is hard to talk fast & I was being told to hurry up fast as we are busy! It wasn't said in a kind tone it was a little arrogant to be honest & I felt like I wanted to cry the staff are aware of my difficulties & my 4 children's & I am a neighbour to the shop & me & my children order requaly so it's a real shame my one wish or prayer to Allah ( God ) is it would be nice if my needs are taken into consideration & I wasn't rushed in such a manner 😫😪

Absolutely terrible service /attitude. My son went in to get a pizza to share with friends. He went to pay with his (gohenry) card, when the driver that works there snatched it from his hand trying to make out that he had stolen the card. When i phoned up to complain about how my son had been treated, the person said that when a child comes in to pay with a card that they automatically think its stolen. But it is not up to them to take the card from anyone, and besides it was a gohenry card that is just for children. Such a terrible attitude towards children (my son was worried thinking that he'd done something wrong) i think maybe the people in there are racist.

The worst takeout I’ve had in a very long time. It was 1.5 hours until it got to me. I had to ring 3 times. Guy on the phone was rude. Talking about how busy it was. Food was cold and what’s made me type this review is the fact I’ve had stomach poisoning since eating this last night. Abysmal. Will never order from here and should be voted 1 star.

What absolutely disgusting customer service! Tried to order take out and the employees attitude was awful! Simple requests were being met with I can’t guarantee any particular aspect of your order, if it’s fresh or if you want any particular piece.

After explaining what I wanted 3 times with two different staff members they still got my order wrong and putting the chicken back that I ordered and taken home is a health and safety issue. The place needs inspecting and regulating, I won’t be eating here again.

Met a chap in glasses with slick back hair and red t shirt. He told me he was the owner. I ordered the combo box but he over poured the salt and everything was bitter. Very rude gentleman, I asked for tissues and he snatched them away saying “need to save money”. Bear in mind I ordered a meal. The man then asked me for 110p (YES 110 PENCE!) for 2 pots of sauce. I was confused as he’s meant to be the owner and doesn’t understand British money.

I felt very happy with the food and the person who is serving the South. Indian guy was very really helpful. I felt like I am in home. I came back to my home. That’s totally hard whelming for me and the way he is behaving is very nice. The South Indian guy was so helpful and was very talkative and made me more comfortable in the shop and he’s so lovely

Chicken burger was raw!! Fries were dead! Disgusting!! Go elsewhere until they realise you cannot serve food like this. Luckily JustEat refunded. I personally have been put off from ever ordering from this particular branch of Dixys. Where is your quality control!?!?

Ordered 6 pcs chicken and 2 chips. Received 1 HOUR LATER 2x3 pcs chicken with chips and 2 portions of chips!!!!! This is the second time I've ordered a delivery and both times been disappointed, won't be bothering with a third time🥺🥺

I recently ordered 2 milkshakes from this joint and I have report that I am slightly disappointed, firstly I’d like to talk about the size of the milkshakes we ordered large and it massive… not I feel sincerely sorry for those who ordered a regular. Also the flavour wasn’t but it didn’t drown out the fact that it the milkshake was 60% water but what can you expect for 5 pounds wait that’s lot all in all if you plan on getting a milkshake from here your better going down to Tesco and grabbing some red milk and couple Oreo’s (2 maximum) these guys should stay in there lane and stick to chicken. Dixy you’ve had a mare goodnight.

I was ordering my food and I waiting for it more then 2 hours I don’t believe they are that busy… when I called them they always saying 5 min will be there and the food was still late more then 30 min this service is very no good I don’t recommend to anyone or if you like to wait 2 hours then have it but this is my first and last time I’m going to order from here…

Ordered at 8:05. Food arrived at 9:50pm (1 Hour and 45 Mins later)- Awful service. When I rang- I was met with 'Im sorry we have only 1 driver what do you want me to do, I cant drive the food to you myself'- Awful and shame on the owners

Just ordered two wrap meals, popcorn chicken, and 8 piece chicken box. The order took over an hour. And they left out the 8 piece chicken box costing £8! They came back out to deliver. Eventually took 1.5 hr to get whole order in the end.

Terrible. Arrived late with no apology. all food was cold. When we called to let them know that we require a new burger meal we were met by a very unprofessional man child that berated us for telling him that he can't cook a bit of chicken. Sort your self boys

server was incredibly rude! wanted to order a milkshake for the hot weather since all other shops were closed. They were out of stock (fair enough) then I proceed to look at the menu for other drinks/ items since it seems limited already and the server immediately tells me to hurry up as there are other people in the queue. A lot of attitude and the drink wasn’t even cold.

Had menu recently thought give it a try on Thursday night first time ordered from there my daughter did the order on just eat via her phone , the delivery was late due to traffic as I was told food was luke warm had to go in mcrowave ,, was tasty tho ,, considering it only came from Newhall Green to peelhall ? So tonight Sunday did another order by phone to give them benefit of doubt , was charged £37.54 it took an hour to be delivered food was luke warm and they'd sent a large box of chicken wings wich i didnt order ide asked for boneless strips ,, I rang em straight away when opened it up , the guy on phone didn't really seem interested and said he'd get them sent out straight away , and didn't arrive ,, terrible customer service won't use or order again

Food was nice but environment was really unwelcoming. Owner shouting at staff, tables left uncleaned, kids swearing and throwing football against the glass window. Nothing like a bad neighbourhood.

Food was great some of the best wings and chips I've ever had and for a very good affordable price. What let it down was the service. Had to wait quite a while and the the guy behind the till looked quite miserable as if he didn't want to be there and was abit rude with other customers.

I recently tried the Tikka Pizza and Chicken Wings at Dixy Chicken in Wythenshawe, and both were absolutely delicious! The Tikka Pizza had fantastic flavors, and the chicken wings were perfectly cooked. The staff at the Wythenshawe location was friendly, and the service was efficient, making it an overall great dining experience.
