Good people, professional and honest.

The staff here are both very professional and friendly, providing a high quality of service and care. Both my Mother and I have got hearing aids from here with the expert help of the audiologist and have received excellent aftercare too, receiving regular contact about upcoming appointments and immediate help with any additional services we've required. I have worn hearing aids for the entirety of my teenage and adult life and am grateful for having such a facility so close to home that provides hassle-free support and consideration whenever needed

I have been a client in the Altrincham branch for many years and have always been well looked after by Julie and in the last 2 years by Emma.. I urgently needed some help because of the malfunction of one of the aids. Emma the audiologist was unable to provide an appointment for some days. Julie suggested I bring the aid in at a prearranged time and she would attempt to fix the problem. What luck and what service!! She was so helpful and fixed the problem for me very quickly. Thank goodness for your help Julie

Amplifon in Altrincham treated me very well and fitting me with 2 hearing aids for a trial period. I am pleased with the results and the way I was treated.

I was very impressed with the thorough testing and explaining by David. The hearing aids I tried were so much better than my existing aids. The aids enabled me to have a conversation in a group as the background noise was not the dominant sound.

Friendly staff and excellent service

Incredible staff. Absolutely recommend Amplifon in Altrincham. They have helped my father to hear again with their incredible quality ear in Ades. At a very affordable price. They also treated me for ear wax removal.. and I'm now able to hear much better. Highly recommended having ear wax removal here .. don't go your GP to have it done. Amplifon use much better equipment that does not leave you with any after effects to your ears.
