Cozy and very nice location. Tasty coffee and very nice staff.

The food and drink was ok, however the lady who served us with dark brown hair in a fringe, slim build with glasses, was horrible and seems to have attitude problems. She threw my drinks together in a hurry, then waved me off with her hand and turned her back. Then I asked could they bring the hot food over as I have a back fracture and my mother is unwell, they agreed. Then as I was on my way out with the drinks, she refused to bring the food over and dumped it on the counter shouting ‘there you go’ and turned away. I don’t know what her problem was. I don’t write reviews usually but being treated like a piece of dirt on the ground is not nice. I hope treating people the way she does makes her feel better about herself!

This Costa provides stable steady regular great service; food is always good, coffee is always amazing. My only issue is some of the staff members REALLY seem like they absolutely don't want to be there and their service is always a bit... Off. I always feel like I am just annoying them by just asking for a coffee. It is only about two staff members and always the same ones, and their service is consistently unsatisfactory.

Lovely staff, prices are good, just could improve the cleaning of tables, chairs and in general.

Great. I now use a mobility scooter, and they allowed me inside to order my coffee while on it, and gave me any help I needed. Really nice girls and young man. Highly recommend them.

This place was never the best but the service from the woman with the ginger hair was always brilliant. The other staff in here though are atrocious. I have never come across more unprofessional people. They seem to delight when the coffee machine breaks and they tell you no coffee at the door as soon as you walk in. If you say you are taking out you will inevitably have to ask again as they'll get this wrong. You feel like a burden to them. The woman I mention above is the only good thing about this place. With staff not on shift making porridge behind the counter whilst there is a queue of people waiting I think I'll get my coffee elsewhere. Costa, train your staff. If they're overworked, underpaid or understaffed then sort it out. But this is a shocking representation of the chain.

Popped into Costa Coffee to collect my complimentary birthday cake on 11th June 2023. Whilst there I bought an iced caramel latte which was lovely. It was refreshing, not too sweet and much needed because it was a sunny hot day. Highly recommended!

Cold drinks (strawberry iced infusion) were made with hot water without ice. Tasted like very weak cordial. Went back to complain and they just put ice in it.

Some tables could have done with a wipe as sticky/had crumbs on. Staff seem polite enough but didn't listen to the order very well.

I think this shop has recently changed hands. Coffee is okay, but I find it a bit hit and miss.

Great polite service though they did seem to be short of staff, tables were not clean but they were still very polite and accommodating. The iced whipped vanilla was nice, I wanted to go with something different and didn't disappoint. It is a cosy store

I have been few times but always one lady is there with “lisa “she is ignoring me and the customers. She is very careless and every time I have to wait more than ten minutes to order, even in quite time she entertains herself with her friends and I am still waiting to order. She is very rude.

Coffee really hit the spot this morning, staff always friendly and helpful.

They have some vegan options, soya latte toast and jam.

Costa makes a decent cup of coffee and it's not super busy so a good place to meet friends or get some work done

Nice location for a cheeky latte,there are lots of foodie hubs opening and it's a nice village to wander around.

This is a small Costa in Corlton-cum-Hardy. Plenty of cosy seats and warm atmosphere with some outdoor seating. The coffee is usual Costa standard with a good dairy free milk decaf option. Can be busy and outside Covid times a little noisy from children coming with families.

would probably say that this place is a must for coffee lovers! The service was good and the variety of coffee served in the ambience was really pleasant. If you like coffee shops, this is a must-visit! Will be a classic again!

Staff are incredibly considerate, very friendly to my toddlers. Offered to carry my tray to my table. Which will always be a big deal to me.

How some people like this place is beyond me! Open and close when they want, rude staff, dirty tables, slow service, expensive, surely Costa HQ can see this place has failed! It needs closing and a proper local coffee shop is needed urgently

Cant beat a cup of Costa, latte is my favourite. Nice to have a local outlet near where I live, I much prefer it being made by a barista rather that out of a machine.

AWFUL PLACE! Rude member of staff taking in chairs and tables nearly 2 hours before closing! Ordered a HOT CHOCOLATE its was warm and raw powder on the bottom! Never again! Costa is never consistent! Thank god we have starbucks!!

They had customers arranging the display packages. One customer was sprawled over the display cabinet. I know they are regulars but for me it was off putting. No matter how well you know the staff or even if you are off duty staff there are other patrons

Called in here today & had a much needed latte coffee & something to eat. Service was good. Wasn't too busy so was served fairly quickly. Found a nice table by the window Just so nice to sit & enjoy my latte coffee!

Decent coffee place I'm the Chorlt9n precinct. Quite small but the same Costa quality.

Costa has re-opened after the national lockdown and have kicked off their 50p drinks to celebrate 50 years. Even if the app isn’t working you can still come down and show them you have it! Staff were lovely and were quick to make drinks. Everything socially distanced and you’re able to sit outside providing you check-in via track and trace.

Good food and coffee, I enjoy the limited edition festive drinks

Often very slow, even a small queue of four people takes fifteen minutes to clear. This can happen even in the middle of a week day afternoon. Just watched them give the wrong orders and not realise until the customers has left - tuna sandwich instead of cheese so let's hope no one had a fish allergy. I think they're under staffed and the staff seem a bit burnt out. Clean and tidy if you want to sit in.
