Aka Heald Green Pharmacy. I chose this pharmacy to order day 2/8 COVID tests for someone traveling into the UK. As it was last minute and a few days before Christmas I did not want to risk mail delivery. The great thing about this pharmacy is that you can pick up the tests and hand-in the results there. And the results came very fast.

The Asian lady who did the test did not communicate at all as to how she will do the test. She asked me to open my mouth and after that put the swab in my nose without warning she is going to do it. This made me very uncomfortable and felt if as a doctor I could feel so this way what about the commoner. Please educate you staff as to how to behave with clients!! The staff may have done this test hundreds of time but it might be still first time for the person getting it done!!!!

We arrived today slightly ahead of our appointment time of 9.30am for our Covid PCR Fit To Fly tests. We were attended to without any waiting. The staff were very helpful. The test was professionally carried out. The results were received by email at 4.00pm this afternoon. Very satisfied. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that there was a small problem when we printed out the certificate. Luckily my wife noticed that the QR code did not print in full. The bottom part was cut off. We found that we needed to reduce the print size to 95% before it printed in full.

This clinic literally SAVED MY LIFE! I used a different company 3 days prior who made a mess of my pcr test. I learn 4 hours before my flight that the test was invalid. At 10.30am I went to the Heald Green pharmacy and was taken care of by a kind gentleman named Saeed for an emergency PCR test. They managed to turn around a result within 2 hours of the test. I'm on my way to the airport to catch my 2pm flight. Thank you so much! I'm so grateful!!

I’ve used the travel clinic twice and both times I’m so impressed. The staff are helpful, friendly and give a speedy service! The pharmacy that the travel clinic is situated in is so well stocked! We bought many products for our holiday Inc sweets, hairbrush, travel sick bands, vitamins etc. great place and price competitive. Best around

Very good and reliable service, professional staff. I took a PCR test same day result. No hassle at all, very clear instructions, they don’t take the payment in advance, results came after a few hours. Highly recommended!

I picked up my online purchase with only one problem, the person I dealt with first didn’t understand what I was talking about when I said ‘I have come to pick up an online purchase’. By chance someone from the online side of the pharmacy was nearby and I then was able to complete my pick up.

The positive is that we did indeed get our PCR on 13 hours which was great. The downside are the staff aren’t particularly welcoming, they make you sit in the car to fill out the paperwork and when they swab you they do not wear any gloves, aprons or visors. Doesn’t seem very clinical or safe for them!

So happy! Came here first thing 7am. There was some confusion in terms of you have to scan the package and fill in an online form, then you will be screened. But after I understood, it went very smooth! I ordered same day and got the results back at 3pm :)!!! That's 8 hours. Super happy would definitely use again. The pharmacy did start to get busy just as I was leaving so clearly is recommended! Thank you xx

Was panicking as needed urgent antigen tests to return to France and no appointments at the airport where we had done our test to release. No problem in fitting us in, very relaxed and the pharmacist was French! Excellent service and negative! So worth paying for and now safely back in France ☺

Relatively quick and easy to get rapid Antigen testing to allow us to go on a holiday cruise. Cheaper than larger companies at the airport and more convenient with parking outside the shop. Wait was <30 min from testing to getting paper certificate

Really poor, rushed service in the shop. Staff couldn't have cared less. Wasn't given the right information about travel medication, and the pharmacist was Whatsapping the Doctor to get information. Had a callback scheduled, and they called 2 weeks later after I had already been elsewhere. Would recommend to avoid.

Very easy to book and sort out travel injections etc . Had advise re not needing yellow fever which was good . I was a bit nervous but now I’ve been would happily use again

Poor instruction and hostile attitude by the Indian staff, poor hygiene in which the doctor didn’t wear a mask and gloves when conducting the test. Unable to deliver the result on time. It’s a little cheaper than other clinics but definitely not reliable. I got positive result in this clinic (which possibly contaminated by the doctors without any protective gear), but negative in another clinic in the next day. I can see many others in the comments judging their hygiene and professionalism too. Just pay $10 more for professional test in the airport and get the results within 1-3 hours, which is much more reliable.

Unclear instructions when arrived the clinic. The staff are hostile, not friendly and answer your questions with poor attitude. When conducting the PCR test, the doctor didn’t even wear a mask, gloves and any protective gears, which definitely will affect the accuracy of your results. I got a positive result in this clinic, but a negative result in Manchester Airport clinic conducted by professional doctors in the next day. They claimed you can get the results between 5 pm to 9 pm at the same day if your appointment is before 1 pm, but I eventually got the results at 10 pm. Definitely won’t recommend this clinic due to its staff, unprofessional doctor and poor hygiene.

Fantastic service for travel Covid tests. Excellent price. The best place so far I have found for such tests. Test is done A to B, results are available in the time advertised.

Need urgent antigen test for COVID (that UK has now abandoned at airports) so that could fly to Brazil. Amazingly helpful and fast and efficient as i had taxi waiting outside.

I wanted to book an appointment to get certain vaccine. I talked few times with different consultants. At the end when I called to book an appointment i was informed that they don't have that vaccine and they don't know when will they have it. Very unprofessional. They should have made it clear from the beginning.

I highly recommend the COVID-19 PCR testing service offered by South Manchester Travel Clinic. The staff were incredibly helpful on the phone as we discussed the best timing for the test before my flight, and I was quickly able to get an appointment. My two young daughters were nervous when we arrived but the staff were so kind and patient with them that they immediately felt at ease. All three tests were over with no discomfort within minutes. We received our same-day test results by email even earlier than we'd been told to expect them!

Excellent service. I booked an appointment through email. The HG team asked specifically when my flight arrives so that we could be sure I would get tested at the correct timing. As soon as I arrived they were very polite and the lady that took my test was extra careful not to hurt me because I was a bit stressed. My results arrived on time and everything went well with my flight.

Brilliant service. I got my results same day but started to panic at 10pm when they Hadnt arrived as my flight was 4am the next morning. I emailed the clinic and to my surprise got a call back soon after from the owner. He had even got me an update directly from the lab and assured me the results would be received and they arrived soon after! Really supporting staff and so much better then online cheaper clinics where you cant even speak to people to book an appointment so imagine what you have to do if there is a problem

Excellent service! It was easy to get an appointment to do a PCR fit to fly test, even at the weekend and the results were back, as promised, the following day. I would fully recommend and use again. Easy to find, close to motorway and parking right outside.

Great service. They really go the extra mile. I was stuck at passport control as my travel agent only told me about the PCR certificate but i needed an additional supporting letter signed by a clinician saying I had been examined and was fit to travel. I called these guys and they got straight on it emailing me with a letter signed by the pharmacist. Life savers !!

We needed rapid Covid antigen tests in order to travel to Europe. Abid was very quick to communicate, arrange our tests and produce the fit to fly certificates in order to make our flight. I would highly recommend for anyone requiring tests to travel

WOW had to travel last minute. Called these guys and they fit me in straight away. I got my certificate 8 hours later!! I only paid £165. Most clinics are over £200 for such fast service

Required pcr testing for travel. We originally went to this clinic as they were the only one able to offer a guaranteed same day certificate when tested early in the morning. It was easy to book and price was good. Wasn’t expecting much apart from a quick test but they turned out to be brilliant. Great service and really reliable as the results came same day as promised. I was in and out and didn't have to wait like I did at the Airport clinic for two hours!. The airport clinic is so unorganised and you have to wait despite having an appointment. On top of that the airport let me down and didnt have my results when ! went 48 hours later! so the test money and two lots of parking down the drain!! These guys are well worth the little extra

Would highly recommend!!!! Quick helpful and no stress. Ordered a test online from another company but as my flight is in the evening it just didn’t work out with timings to get the results back in time when delivery to the lab was factored in. Was feeling panicked about it all and then found south Manchester travel clinic and booked in as they guaranteed results in time - they were very helpful and got my results back in just under 24 hours (had the evening appointment not same day). A bit more expensive than other options but much cheaper than other same day ones, and the peace of mind and reassurance was more than worth the extra £20!!!

Absolute lifesavers; the airport COVID place messed up my appointment and I was screwed as I needed a test to fly home from uni for winter. Cheapest around but very professional with great service. They also have appointments from 7am till 10pm and Sundays!! Would really recommend them

I was off to the Far East and left my vaccinations to the last minute. South Manchester Travel Clinic gave me an appointment on the same day and overall the experience was great. The staff were really friendly, I didn't have to wait long when I got there and the pharmacist gave me great advise. Would definitely recommend them

Great customer service and easy to book appointments. I called last minute for a covid PCR test for flying and they were able to accomodate me. Got my results the next day in the evening.

The clinic and staff here are great unfortunately the labs carrying out the PCR test DID NOT DELIVER over 300 lots of certification from Friday 11th to 14 December causing many customers lots of upset and disappointment I paid almost £300 for a 24 hr turnaround that didn’t happen and had to re test on arrival at my destination more expense and very stressful we are now awaiting full refund think twice before booking PCR test with Medicspot!

Being disappointed after missing my flight this is the only pharmacy who promised me the test results on the same day. Customer service excellent and attended to me and my kids at the time of our appointment. Thank you South Manchester team for your commitment. I highly reccomend everyone who needs to travel to get their service.

Very helpful on the phone regarding a Hep B vaccination. Early appointment 7:20 was great before work. Quick, flexible and efficient when in the shop and cheaper than some of the major high street branches.

We required Yellow Fever exception certificates. From initial contact and appointment days later we were impressed both with their professionism and travel advice. Much better than that we received from our GP.

After being failed by the NHS, and making an appointment with Boots and on arrival being told they couldn't vaccinate my young son, despite having his details, the South Manchester Travel Clinic vaccinated my 4 year old son within days of making an appointment, everything in stock and very professional experience, couldn't recommend enough. I left travel vaccinations late especially for yellow fever and they were superb , creating space for us and advising on all our travel needs .
