Andy should be stuffed and mounted! Turned up on time, friendly, happy, covid aware. Neat and tidy, gave me a thorough tutorial how to detach my towbar. Reminded me he had loosened a childseat. Then at 22.25 tonight got an email thanking me for my custom and reminding me of the loose car seat. True professional, thoroughly nice guy the work he did is second to none! Thanks Andy.

Andy was absolutely brilliant, explained exactly what he was going to do, laid everything out very methodically and talked me through everything I needed to know once he'd finished. He fitted two towbars for us, one on a jaguar f-pace and one for our van and we will definitely use him again in the future.

Really good service. I was after a detachable tow bar with hidden electrics. Despite multiple changes to fitted date due to my own scheduling issue, had good communication and rescheduled for me. Really happy with the quality of the work, he checked the electrical conector on the bike rack i was planning on using and fitted the same connector so i didn't have to worry about an adapter. Tow bar is quick and easy to remove and completely invisible when removed. I also got sent a video on how to attach and reattach which was an added extra to the instructions.

Andy did a good job, also came out for a second time to fit us in before he went on holiday. 4 stars due to being disappointed having to pay an additional £130 due to a cable mix up having to run the cable under the van. Friends had the same job with another local contractor with cable underneath and didn’t have to pay extra.

This service was excellent. Andy turned up on time, with all the exact equipment based on my older vehicle and caravan - all the relevant questions from him were asked in advance of him turning up. He was very helpful, answered all my stupid questions, and was able to give me clear notice of how long it would take so that I could work around it. Brilliant job, really clear and worthwhile advice, fully tested before he left. Will definitely use again should the need arise!
